As always this dental office exceeds expectations!! I am a very busy person and almost never have time for the dentist lol well I had an emergency happen to were I needed dental work fast. As soon as I called and let them know my situation they took care of me right away and all smiles threw out!! Even got me scheduled up for my kids!! Seriously 5 stars is not enough you guys are awesome

My experience as a patient at Integrated Dental Arts has been a very positive one starting with my first phone call with the highly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly front office staff. At my initial visit with Dr. Hakes a thorough exam was performed and a workable treatment plan with all my concerns and preferences was drawn up. I've now had a delightful dental cleaning, quick and painless restorative dental treatment plus a sleep apnea evaluation with a home sleep study followed by an initial consult with the therapist to start to improve my sleep hygiene. I had stayed away from the dentist because of Covid so Dr. Hakes had her work cut out for her. If you need dental treatment please don't put it off. At IDA you will not feel discomfort with the old fashioned xrays or gag on impression material or be injected with blocked anesthetic that may or may not numb the pain adequately. The "ART" in IDA is that the professionals here use state of the art equipment and techniques that save you time, money, emotional trauma and stress. I look forward to all my dental visits at IDA! Thank you Dr. Hakes and staff!

All the staff is kind and through. The dentist was gentle and very efficient. I had multiple cavities filled in one visit and it's probably the best filling experience I've ever had. The single tooth sedation technique they use (when possible) significantly reduced the swollen lip sensation. My mouth was barely sore afterward. I've left so many appointments from other dentists with lots of pain and cuts in my mouth but there was none of that at all. In addition, the staff was very skillful using their tools. Many before seemed to brace their hands on my face, pushing my lips into my teeth and causing discomfort. Neither the doctor, assistant, or hygienist did that and it increased my comfort during my visit. The office staff is very kind and friendly and everything was quite clean. Sarah is a gem of a human! I've been bouncing around to try to find the right dentist for a few years now and I think I've finally found them!

I had a wonderful experience here at this office! I had an issue with one of my teeth and a potential infection; Dr. Eliassen got me in for an emergency appointment and gave me the care I needed to fix the issue. I went in today to have a crown done and I can tell you that Dr. Eliassen and her staff did not skip a beat on customer service! I'm dental phobic so going to the dentist for any reason has always been traumatic for me. You won't find a nicer group of people here in Spokane! From the minute you walk in and are greeted by the front desk, during treatment, and submitting payment, you will have a wonderful experience! I wish google had more stars because I would give them 10! Thank you Team for such a great experience and for taking great care in the way you handle your patients! I will be referring people to such a great practice!! 10/13/22 Another GREAT visit to a WONDERFUL dentist team! I went in for a deep teeth cleaning; the procedure was painless and Dr. Eliassen and Alex were a great team to work with! I've been to many dental offices and this one beats them all!
