I was scheduled to have one of my wisdom teeth pulled. I was escorted back to the procedure room, and I was seated. Dr Grenevicki greeted me and was very pleasant. He proceeded to stick me with a needle, without warning!!! Of course I jumped and screamed! Shouldn't you inform the patient before you perform any invasive procedure? After my wisdom tooth was pulled, I asked Michelle, (I'm unsure of her title) what sedative was administered. I'm assuming this wasn't the first time I inquired what medication I was given, because of her response. Michelle responded, "I already told you we gave you Versad. I can't keep telling you". Wow! Is this how medical professionals respond to patients? I believe she thought I wouldn't remember, because she denied it later when I asked her why she responded in such a way. Very unprofessional.

I was a patient who received oral care at this facility. The manager Pam was completely unprofessional. She was rude to her coworkers and acted like she was better then them. When the doctor would come around she would put on a fake smile, than the moment he left she would put her moody face back on like she was just in a bad mood to be there. She is not the type of person I want myself or my kids to be around so unfortunately I will have to look else where for oral care. Your company and fellow employees deserve better than her. Your company will lose all its good employees due to the horrible management that Pam provides. She has no respect for your employees and to act at such a behavior infront of your patients is intolerable. Please do something with her so I can continue to give you my services.

This office is running a scam with a $320 X-ray, the elderly and Medicare. They will be reported. Stay far away.

The only oral surgeon that I trust and he is very transparent. The last two weeks have been horrible tooth pain. While some of the other surgeons didn't even want to take the time to really explain the process to me. Dr. Grenevicki and his staff are amazing. Love the fact he went through my chart with time and was not rushed like the others. His assistant Pam was kind and also very knowledgeable. He works with some of the top hospitals in the areas which it perfect and a piece of mind. He is definitely knowledgeable in all aspects, even having a complex patient like me. I had an issue with billing. My information was sent to my Mom's address instead of mine. The front desk lady named "Mary" was very rude and refused to fix the error done on her part and then proceeded to hang up the phone on me when I insisted to speak with her office manager to fix the issue. I'm not happy with her work performance and will be contacting the office manager to file a complaint.

Dr. Grenevicki completed wisdom tooth removal for both my wife and I. He removed 4 teeth for each of us, 8 total. Although his front office staff was a little hard to work with at times, his work was fantastic.

Dr. Grenivicki is a wonderful doctor! He makes sure you know exactly what you need done, and why. His work is unparalleled to any other. As for the comments about cost and insurance, make sure you know what your coverage is and if the office excepts your insurance. It's easy to blame the office staff for things like that (i am a medical Assistant) but in reality those problems are the insurance companies fault, not the office... just saying....

Dr. Grenivicki is a wonderful doctor! He makes sure you know exactly what you need done, and why. His work is unparalleled to any other. As for the comments about cost and insurance, make sure you know what your coverage is and if the office excepts your insurance. It's easy to blame the office staff for things like that (i am a medical Assistant) but in reality those problems are the insurance companies fault, not the office... just saying....

I wouldn't give this place such a low rating before but now I'd like to not even give it one star. It doesn't deserve any. Two years ago I got my wisdom teeth out and paid $833 out of pocket. Well last week I get a paper in the mail stating my delinquent debt of $1600 with them is being sent to collections. The office did not give a single call, or email to tell me my insurance didn't accept the claim. They did not once try to call, email, or send a bill this whole 2 years stating I owed them money. The office manager is rude, and so are the other ladies I've been in contact with. It's excuse after excuse. They take no responsibility for their bad business. If you want to be screwed over then choose this office. I'd advise to look elsewhere for your needs. Terrible staff means terrible doctor.

My very first review on Google in over 10 years. In short they charged $138 for nothing. After I explicitly asked to go over any charges I might incur before proceeding. And the receptionist is rude just like the other reviews state

When I first made my appointment here would have been nice to know that these guys have 100$ consultation fee (with insurance) instead of being surprised by it at the end of the visit. Based on this deception I would not this place recommend to anyone, even if they are the only people in town, I would make the trip not come here again. For privacy purposes I will not give my name.
