My face is forever unsymettrical after having a ZMC surgery done by dr. Stanley. Id go to honeycutt or travel if you have a severe facial surgery. Its not worth it. The guy drinks way too much coffee to be doing face surgeries.

Couldn't ask for a better experience with wisdom tooth extraction. The girl who did my IV was a pro, and I'm no fan of needles. I remember being told my arm would feel a cooling sensation, and next thing I know I'm in a chair and ready to go home. It's been about 24 hrs since my wisdom tooth extraction, and I have practically no pain (maybe just fortunate) but these guys did a phenomenal job.

Had a Lefort 1 osteomy surgery done 3 weeks ago. I expected a lot of pain but didn't experience any pain more than a level 1, mostly it was just very uncomfortable but totally doable. I still have numbness on the roof of my mouth and some face swelling which is normal. I think Dr. Stanley is a great surgeon!

I received a dental implant on May 4th 2018, I was required to prepay a week before the surgery with insurance as paying 1,086 of the procedure. Rather than running the procedure through my insurance once I paid a week in advance they just decided to go with the quote they provided me. A few weeks later I got a bill saying my insurance rejected the procedure and I was forced to pay the 1,086 that my insurance was quoted as paying. I spoke with billing and they said there is nothing I can do but pay it. I was referred to a third party for repayment, this could have been solved if they would have bothered to submit the procedure with my dental insurance rather than using an obviously outdated quote. Dr. Stanley is a great surgeon, I am not disputing that I am however pointing out the lack of customer service in both getting me accurate information, submitting the procedure in a timely manner, and lack of assistance with their billing oversight. I told them several times that if the insurance would not cover the procedure I could not afford it at this time. They reassured me it would be covered and now here we are.

Had my wisdom teeth removed, quick, cost effective and efficient. 10/10 would get work done there again.

I got my wisdom teeth out here on 4/10/18 Dr. Stanley said there was no need for a follow up since I had gotten dissolvable stitches and the procedure went well. The day after surgery the left side of my tounge was still numb. I called to let them know and was told by one of the nurses that it could be due to swelling pushing against the nerve and it should go away soon, that they'd call me in two weeks. It's been 1 week post surgery and it is difficult for me to talk, I now have a lisp. I also am having difficulty eating since I can't tell if I'm biting my tounge and can't feel hot or cold. I have reached out to them again and am hoping to get in to be seen since to see what can be done. I don't want to wait too long and have permanent damage. I have not gone to see my regular dentist yet because I don't believe I should be liable for the cost. I will update my review as the situation progresses, I am still willing to give them a chance to resolve the situation. Just for some background I am a 25 year old women with no serious medical conditions.
