Dr. Jonathan Bensoussan is a trained Prosthodontist and Owner of the Institute for Advanced Dentistry. He was born and raised in Paris, France and moved to the United States in his early teens. At a very young age, Dr. Bensoussan was drawn to the anatomy and physiology of teeth, ultimately driving him to pursue his passion for dentistry and become a respected specialist in the field.
He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni, School of Dentistry. Out of his class, he was recognized for outstanding clinical skills in implant, digital dentistry and complex restorative care.
To perfect his skillsets, he pursued training in complex restorative dentistry by completing a three year Prosthodontics residency at the University of California, San Francisco, School of Dentistry. His training had a strong clinical focus in implants, cosmetic dentistry and dental rehabilitations.

I had my entire mouth (crowns) redone by the doctor. In the last 25 years of major dental work, this doctor is the most skilled dental professional I have ever had work on me, and that is saying something. I highly reccomended his services, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Bensoussan is a nice guy, however his practice is poorly run and working with him wasn't a good experience. Over a 6 month period I had 15 appointments, in an attempt to get a mouth guard and a denture that fit. After several failed attempts, I went elsewhere. My new prosthodontist got it right the first shot.

Jonathan was so professional and made me feel at ease during the appointment. The Advanced Dentistry office has amazing views and an even better staff!! I am beyond pleased with the procedure I had and can't wait to tell my loved ones to go here.

This is Lori his wife and I had 3 crowns and a bridge, all perfect. 2 of my crowns are my front teeth and they look great and look very natural. The best part of my total experience is that my bite is correct for the first time in 15-years and it feels great. Thank you to the dentist and his staff who are all wonderful.

I appreciate the time Dr. Bensoussan took to walk me thru my options. Admittedly I hate going to the dentist but work with Dr. Bensoussan definitely helped calm my nerves.

My recent visit to Dr. Bensoussan's office was great. Staff were welcoming and nice. Hardly any wait between lobby and chair. Dr. Bensoussan was super knowledgeable and broke down my treatment plan in a way that was very easy to understand. His expertise in implants and prosthodontics are outstanding. I highly recommend the Institute for Advanced Dentistry!

After being tossed around from dentist to dentist, Dr. Bensoussan at the Institute for Advanced Dentistry took me in, as I had a "complex" case. The staff were all amazing and very pleasant. Dr. Bensoussan created a treatment plan that addressed all my needs, and the effort and care put into it shows. I received a new bite from multiple crowns, where I can now eat normally and my smile is complete, without any missing teeth due to several implants that were placed. I strongly recommend Dr. Bensoussan for all your dental needs and you will surely be happy with the results!

After searching extensively for a dentist I trusted for my treatment, I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Bensoussan at the Institute for Advanced Dentistry. I was very selective on the dentist I chose for my smile makeover, but Dr. Bensoussan was patient in explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable. I am very impressed with the results and I most definitely would like to recommend him to anyone interested in getting veneers!

Institute for advanced Dentistry My dentist told me my case was too advanced and that I needed to see a prosthodontist. Dr. Bensoussan was highly recommended and after meeting with him for a consult, I am so impressed!! From the moment I stepped into the Institute for Advanced Dentistry, I was treated with care and never felt bad about my teeth. Dr. Bensoussan thoroughly evaluated me and listened to what I had to say. The treatment plan he developed was great and I am so happy with the new smile he gave me! To add onto the new smile, Dr. Bensoussan placed a couple of implants for me to be able to chew well on my back teeth. I strongly recommend Dr. Bensoussan!! Fairly newer patient here, and finally I get to write a review after all the work that has been done. Dr. Bensoussan has fixed my teeth, better yet, these crowns look better than my original. He was thorough with explaining my needs and concerns. Whenever I had further questions or concerns, he thoughtfully answered them. Despite Dr. Bensoussan telling me he could treat me with ease, I didn't believe him at first. But after my temporary crowns, I had full trust in him. Thanks!!
