Dr. Jonathan Bensoussan is a trained Prosthodontist and Owner of the Institute for Advanced Dentistry. He was born and raised in Paris, France and moved to the United States in his early teens. At a very young age, Dr. Bensoussan was drawn to the anatomy and physiology of teeth, ultimately driving him to pursue his passion for dentistry and become a respected specialist in the field.
He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni, School of Dentistry. Out of his class, he was recognized for outstanding clinical skills in implant, digital dentistry and complex restorative care.
To perfect his skillsets, he pursued training in complex restorative dentistry by completing a three year Prosthodontics residency at the University of California, San Francisco, School of Dentistry. His training had a strong clinical focus in implants, cosmetic dentistry and dental rehabilitations.

Dr. Jonathan and his staff were exemplary in their care of me for a pretty extensive dental surgery/procedure recently. Being a new referred patient with normal uncertainty, I was put at ease almost immediately and it was that way the entire process. I highly recommend his acumen and good nature and his staff are in the same category!

I had the pleasure of having Doc.Jonathan Bensoussan do two crowns on my front teeth and they turned out beautiful. The whole experience from the time you get there was so nice, wonderful staff and Doctor.

All in all a very positive encounter. Dr. B explained the whole process and does excellent work and his assistant Crystal takes good care of you. You will be surprised and happy with the outcome of your procedure .

Dr. Bensoussan and his team made me feel right at home with every visit. He not only has extended Dental experience but also top of the line Dental technology. My smile has never felt or looked this good. I have gotten so many compliments on my new teeth.

The Institute for Advanced Dentistry is the best place to go for any dental needs. The office is beautiful, the team is kind and Dr. Bensoussan is knowledgeable and caring. I needed an implant and invisalign. It was such a seamless process and I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone looking for the highest dental care.

HEAVENLY!! After spending some 60 years in various dentist chairs and experiencing fear, pain and shame, going to a dentist rated right up there with the word "Hades".Heavenly is not a word I would have used to describe my visit to the dentist, back in the day. Fast forward to March 2021 and that is exactly the word ,HEAVENLY, that I would use to describe my consultation with my Prosthodontist, Dr. Jonathan Bensoussan, Institute for Advanced Dentistry. His office staff was welcoming, courteous and efficient. There were no long waits in the waiting room, I was seen almost immediately. Dr. Bensoussan put me at ease right away. I asked several questions before, during and after the examination regarding the issues with my teeth. We put together a comprehensive plan that I felt comfortable with and now I have dental implants and a beautiful smile!
