Amazing place and amazing staff. I was very scared to go to dentist until I found this place .Dr Nadeem is very knowledgeable. I've been going to inspired dentistry over a year and he is very professional. He makes sure that you understand the treatment plan.The staff is so professional and caring ! Thank you for your amazing service.

Dr. Nadeem was great! That's the only reason I gave two stars. I made my appointment over two weeks in advance and this was my first visit here. When I was leaving, no one was there to check me out so they said they would give me a call. I got a call the same day saying they might not take my insurance but they will let me know. A week goes by and I don't hear from anyone so I call them back. Come to find out, they do not take my insurance. Which would have been nice to know since I booked my appointment well in advance. The person on the phone told me they would ask the doctor about giving me a discount since they did NO work and just looked at my tooth. Two weeks later later no call, just a bill saying I owe them.

Hi All- I am a repeat client/patient. Everyone is wonderful to work with. All are talented. I get my teeth cleaned 4 times a year. Worth every cent to have that super-clean feeling. My issues are receding gums and extra tarter accumulation. No problem for Inspired Dentistry.

I'm torn on this review because I would give the 5 stars to Stacey(e?), because she was the best cleaning I've had in literally 5+ years, and I hear she's leaving, good for her, but damn. Awesome place, super clean, friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

Dr. Nadeem is amazing. He's incredibly kind, understanding, explains things in a way that makes sense and thinks about the patient as a whole. My hygienist Vanessa is an angel. I cannot explain how comforting it is to work with someone like her - she works so hard at detecting pain or sensitivity, adjusting things to make the experience better for you, and such a ray of light as a person too. I'm moving, but I wish I could take this office and team with me :( they are truly one of a kind

Dr Chen at Inspired Dentistry is an outstanding dentist with a great staff. I have been seeing her for close to 20 years (followed her from a previous office). I also like Stacey he does my teeth cleaning for me.

Dr. Chen and her staff are absolutely fabulous with my husband who has Parkinson's. She takes the time and care that he needs in all ways. Attention to the patient's comfort and well-being and providing the very best dental care comes so naturally to the whole staff, but this is clearly because of Dr. Chen's lead. Observing her in action is a real treat---she bends over backwards to make my husband's visit calming and successful.

New to the area and was referred to Inspired Dentistry by a friend. I was very pleased with the care, attention, and time they gave me. From the front desk to the assistant and hygienist and the dentist. They made me comfortable. Never been to a place where they offered a blanket to keep me warm during the procedure. I recommended inspired dentistry to my friends and family.

Dr. Chen is the best dentist! She uses the latest technology and is conservative in her approach to treatment. I have always felt welcome, respected and cared for by her and the staff at Inspired Dentistry. The office is very beautiful and clean.

Second Review: I have been a patient with Inspired Dentistry for 5 years. Except their excellent routing dental care, they are constantly work on state-of-art technology. I want to recommend their Oral Appliances Therapy for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). I grind my teeth, and snore, and have poor quality of sleep for years. However I declined Sleep Study in other clinics because I do not want to sleep in their lab and only one night testing. When Dr. Chen told me that they team with a Sleep Lab that can perform Sleep Study at my comfortable home with two nights testing at one price, I agree to take the test. I was shocked with the test results - mild to moderate Sleep Apnea with Oxygen Level dropped to dangerous low. So, Dr. Chen treated me with Oral Appliance. I am amazing with the results. Now, I do not need nap at daytime, I do not fall asleep while I am driving or studying, my blood pressure goes to normal, and I feel I have less wrinkles as well. I have more beautiful dreams during sleep. We all know that dreams are important to mental health, physical health, and emotional well-being. Sleep Apnea Treatment bring me a better quality of life for sure. Such Oral Appliance Therapy is relatively inexpensive and comfortable to use. Dr. Chen can also recommend continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machines for some Moderate or Server Sleep Apnea Cases. Thank you, Dr. Chen and your Staffs for bring me a new better life. First Review: They really care about your pain. They will do everything they can to comfort you and at same time do best to clean your teeth and take care your problems. Especially, they care about the long term results. Everyone in my family are taken care of by this group. So far, we are all happy with their services. Long story short: It is a team with a group of very organized members, very efficient, very friend members. I truly see patient first in this clinic.

I think that the staff is very professional and friendly. They also have a great sense of humor. Also because they are great at scheduling there's not a lot of waiting around in their office. Being new to Seattle I feel that I made the best choice with inspired dentistry P.S. My teeth are really looking good!!!!

I am so happy that I found Inspired Dentistry and Dr. Chen. She is so thorough and professional in every conduct. Her staff are very kind and efficient in every way. Her pricing is very transparent, reasonable and competitive. When it comes to the facility and cleanliness, they come second to none. I strongly recommend Inspired Dentistry!

5 stars for dentists and hygienists. 1 star for "Nicole" at the front desk. I have extreme dental anxiety. My first time at this office I hadn't been in to see a dentist in over 5 years. As I child I was held down and traumatized. Needless to say I needed a lot of work. I had to have several fillings re-done and a crown put in. I was so scared and hysterically and embarrassingly sobbed in the dentist chair. Dr. Marcial was my dentist that day and was non- judgmental and kind and comforting. He came up with a plan to get the work done in very few visits. Dr. Chen has also seen me in the year or so I have been a patient and she is always comforting and kind. They prescribed me Xanax for my appointments and I agreed to pay for the nitrous in order to get through the work. Today I am scheduled for a filling and I keep having prescription issues. I called the office last week to remind them to fill it. Over the weekend my pharmacy called and said that the prescription wouldn't be ready until they spoke with the doctor directly, as it is a controlled substance and someone from the office called and left a message. Today I called the dentist office to ask them to please call the pharmacy to make sure it gets filled and "Nicole" at the front desk told me, "You need nitrous AND a Xanax for this one little filling?" I was shocked and very upset by her remark. It raised my anxiety to nearly bubbling over and now I definitely don't want to go to the appointment! If my prescription doesn't get sorted I will have to cancel. I love the staff and have had incredible service but this really hurt.

The reviews are true! The staff and environment here are very welcoming and comforting. The quality of work they do is at that same level of their hospitality. If most dentist practices did half what Inspired did. I think people will go to their dentists more often. Take this from someone who the past five months had four fillings, a cleaning, and some other extensive work. I waited until the very end of it all to do this review. As I don't give five stars out to just any business.

Dr Chen is amazing! I've had some complicated dentistry issues over the years -thanks genetics- but she was thorough and solved them beautifully, moreover she's so gentle. I wholeheartedly recommend Inspired Dentistry!
