Visiting the Buffalo site for the first time was an enjoyable experience. The staff was so friendly and inviting making you feel comfortable and removing any fears. The Doctor was so knowledgeable and thoroughly reviewed all options and took the time to answer all my questions. I got the opportunity to view a bit of the 3D imaging which was super cool. I will have to return for my procedure but I am thankful that The staff have my best interest at heart.

Dr. Lee firmly believes in treating each patient as he would like to be treated. Its a conviction he passed on to future dentists during his 27 years as a clinical assistant professor in restorative dentistry at UB School of Dental Medicine. While retired from teaching, Dr. Lee continues to treat patients at Inspires Buffalo office.

. They really don't seem to care about your comfort level when they're treating you .I wish they would just try to make sure that they could manage pain a little better during treatment so that I'm not so hesitant to return. Might be time to look elsewhere for a dentist that cares about your pain level.

Tran was so wonderful with my daughter. It was my daughter's first time and Tran made it playful with my daughter by showing her the tools she was using. Tran was so calm and sweet. I highly recommend her with children.

This was my son's first experience going to the dentist and I have to say they were great! Tim our hygenist was great and was very reassuring that my son's fear was normal and was very kind. Highly recommend!!!! Update 2022: We keep going back all these years later and Tim has been nothing but awesome. Highly recommend still!

Great staff, always friendly . Clean office, comp coffee too. When you have a 10:15 appointment they mean you HAVE a 10:15 appointment, there is no waiting here! Very efficient :) First visit after covid and nothing has changed! Still great staff and no waiting for your appointment

I am definitely a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist. And it was my first time at the West Seneca location. I had Jess do my cleaning ans she was fantastic. Very gentle and explained everything as she went about. Thank you for an awesome first experience here!

My wife took our son who is 3yrs old there for the third time. Tim was absolutely great with our son who has sensory problems. Both times prior he was terrified to even let any instrument come near his mouth. With Tim being so calm, fun, and easy going he made our son feel very comfortable. He made it thru an entire cleaning without trying to slide off the chair. Very personable staff. Definitely would recommend coming to this dental office for kids!

Everyone that works here is very nice! Everything is very clean and a professional environment. The reminder texts and emails are helpful. Online forms are easy for me and speeds up the process, so no waiting -I just go right in. Melissa is a super gentle and caring hygienist!
