Visiting the Buffalo site for the first time was an enjoyable experience. The staff was so friendly and inviting making you feel comfortable and removing any fears. The Doctor was so knowledgeable and thoroughly reviewed all options and took the time to answer all my questions. I got the opportunity to view a bit of the 3D imaging which was super cool. I will have to return for my procedure but I am thankful that The staff have my best interest at heart.
My kids love going to the dentist at inspire west Seneca! The staff is friendly and so patient with my 4 small children. This is a great place to bring your family if you want them to have the best dental experience.
As a new patient to this location i had a pleasant experience. Immediately greeted and welcomed to complete xrays and cleaning. By far the best customer service ever. Was treated with care and expertise. Definitely looking forward to coming back in six months for my visit.

Dr. Lee is so polite, gentle and takes the best care of you, just like the entire staff! Whether it is rescheduling, any issue I always feel comfortable and overly taken care of! Everyone at the podium have been so pleasant and made everything so easy. Will not be going anywhere else.

Dr. Lee firmly believes in treating each patient as he would like to be treated. Its a conviction he passed on to future dentists during his 27 years as a clinical assistant professor in restorative dentistry at UB School of Dental Medicine. While retired from teaching, Dr. Lee continues to treat patients at Inspires Buffalo office.
Absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Lee is so polite, gentle and takes the best care of you, just like the entire staff! Whether it is rescheduling, any issue I always feel comfortable and overly taken care of!

Made an apt. a month ago, with Dr. Kemp. Asked the receptionist about billing and Medicare and supplement insurance. She said she would find out. It's been a month. My apt. was for Monday 10/31. I was called Friday 10/29 at 9 am to be told that they do not bill Medicare or supplement ins. companies. The cost would be anywhere from 200-2000. If they had gotten back to me in a reasonable amount of time I'd would have at least been given the chance to do the leg work myself and find a way to get it covered. This was for a biopsy. I guess their billing department needs help.

The one and main reason I keep going back here is because the hygienist Chad is amazing. He is always very honest and helpful in things I can do to help with grinding etc. I have no complaints about this location. Much better then other chain dental offices.

Total time from when I walked in the door until I was done was only 26 minutes! Impeccable service from everyone who is part of the team. I went in for 2 fillings, Dr. Lee was in the room ready to go and talked me through without issue. Highly recommend this team of professionals for your dental needs.

Such an excellent group of staff and dentists. Everyone is very kind and always makes me feel welcome. Never made my teeth or gums hurt they are always straight to the point and offer quality dental health guidance.

"Booked" a cleaning appointment two months in advance via their text service, but the staff member forgot to put it in their system. As I also work Monday to Friday, I had to use PTO for the appointment date which ended up being a waste. Only giving two stars as they did get me in within reasonable time (not having to wait 2 months for another appointment) - but still required using more PTO time on my side.

Dr. Kent and her assistant are the absolute best! I was greted and given paperwork to complete. After paperwork completed, I was taken promptly. No long waiting time is greatly appreciated. Dr. Kent and her assistant make you feel very comfortable and put me at ease. Having dental work done isn't pleasant, but they make an uncomfortable situation more bearable.

The dentists are extremely intentional in describing what they are doing - this makes the experience very gentle and quick for any long procedures. It's the least nervous I've ever been at a dentist. Everything is explained clearly and you are never judged or made to feel bad for how long its been since your last visit. Highly recommend!

Dentist and assistant were very nice, but the scheduling staff shuffle you around to a handful of people every time you call. They also got my appointment time wrong (told me one time but then sent confirmations for another) and couldn't honor the time I agreed to. I was able to reschedule, and had a consult for wisdom tooth removal, after which I booked surgery. Now four days prior to surgery they are calling to postpone my surgery because of licensure issues, and unwilling to try to work me into another doctor's schedule. For such a large practice with three locations, I would have thought they would have more together. Cancellation due to illness or Covid I understand, but why allow a surgeon to begin work and scheduling surgeries people have to take time off for without getting all their ducks in a row?
