Dr. Behram Shah spent his early childhood and grew up in a small town in Beaumont, Texas. Being a Texan at his core, Dr. Shah attended The University of Texas in Austin where he graduated with honors and received his undergraduate degree in biology. After completing his bachelor's degree, Dr. Shah went on to pursue his life long dream of becoming a dentist by gaining admissions at the prestigious Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Here, Dr. Shah earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) and graduated at the top of his class with magna cum laude honors. After his studies in Boston, Dr. Shah moved back home to Texas, where he has been in private practice since 2014 here in DFW.
Dedicated and passionate about dentistry, Dr. Shah is actively involved in dental organizations and continuing education courses to further his training. Dr. Shah provides treatment in all phases of general and cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, endodontics, and implant surgery. Dr. Shah is certified in Invisalign orthodontics, conscious oral sedation, nitrous sedation, and has been trained in CAD/CAM technology. Dr. Shah is dedicated to providing patient care that is comprehensive, courteous, responsive, and tailored to the individual needs of each patient. These goals are met while using the most current technology and techniques.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Shah loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Vivienne, and his family. Dr. Shah is a huge college football fan and burnt orange is his favorite color! His passions include cooking, traveling, and binge-watching The Office. Dr. Shah loves to stay active outdoors, in the gym, and most importantly, in the community.
'I 'm extremely passionate about my job because dentistry completely changed my confidence as a child. As a kid, I was very conscious of my smile due to crowding and underbite issues. I was fortunate that my parents found a caring and talented dentist that not only corrected bite problems but also enhanced and brightened my smile. This boosted my confidence significantly, and I was proud to smile and show it off.
That dentist's ability to ease my fears allowed me to relax and trust him with my teeth. He educated me and helped me develop good habits so that I would hopefully always be cavity free as an adult. I've always admired my dentist for boosting my confidence and wanted to do the same for others since that age. I shadowed many dentists in high school and was involved in every dental association I could join since then.

Great experience! Very pleased to be a patient here. I would highly recommend for anyone especially children. They go over and beyond for their patients ! Dr.Shah is by far the most caring and honest Dentist I have come across . My husband and children are all pleased to be seen by him! Everyone in the office is sweet !

First time patient and was very happy with my visit. From front desk to actual treatment, everything was smooth and most importantly on time. Even though it was a regular cleaning, Dr Shah took time to explain regular dental x rays and answer questions.

My very first time here went great. As a nervous person staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The hygienist was very nice and very helpful. I was so relaxed I almost felt as if I were at a spa. Dr. Sha answered all of my questions and concerns. I look forward to continuing treatment at this office.

Dr. Shah and his team are the best and they make you feel very welcoming when you're there! He is very detailed and talented in everything he does. He has made all of my appointments very pleasant. Dr. Shah Is by far one of the most attentive and informative dentists I've ever been to and they worked with my budget. I went in for a cleaning and he found two root infections I didn't realize I had. After a few procedures and a beautiful porcelain crown my mouth is healthy again! I highly recommend Dr. Shah and his team, you won't be disappointed!

Dr. Shah creates a very calming and supportive tone during his visits. He doesn't make you feel ashamed or anxious, and he strives to get you the care the works the best for you. You WILL NOT experience price gouging with Dr. Shah & you definitely can tell he cares about his patients best interest. Honestly the best and most caring dentist you'll find! Also the office is extremely clean and tidy. His staff is also wonderful. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Shah, and would recommend him to anybody!

I visited InSmile Dental in June and had a really good experience. I was really nervous knowing I would have to take my mask off. Candace and Dee were very helpful in reassuring me everything was sanitized and safe. Dr. Shah was very caring and amazing. He took his time to explain my x-rays and what I needed to have done. Everything went smoothly I'm so happy I chose Dr. Shah's office. The entire staff was so great. Will definitely visit InSmile Dental in the future for all my dental needs .

Staff was amazing!! From booking the appointment all the way to the dentist the staff were warm and welcoming. Hands down my best experience for dental visits. I've had to have a lot of work done over the years so I didnt have high hopes, but I was in serious pain so I caved and had to do something about it. I am so very glad I did! They took their time in making sure I was as comfortable as possible every step of the way and made sure I knew what they were about to do and why. I 10/10 recommend this establishment.
