Jeanine and the staff were very helpful and patient with me! The atmosphere here is very peaceful and relaxing, which really helped me with my dental anxiety. This was the smoothest experience I've had at the dentist and I was more comfortable than I've ever been at the dentist. Thank you!

Janine and Jenny in the front are so sweet! I am terrified of the dentist and had a wisdom tooth extraction, yet they listened and gave me so many strategies to calm down. They told me all the right things and never once made me feel crazy. The procedure was such a breeze and they were so right. From the surgeon to the assistant I can't recommend this place enough to calm all your nerves and dental anxiety.

There is something to be said about a special group of caring people who can bring a stubborn guy like me back to the dentist after 5+ years. Innovative Smiles is awesome. They are very patient and caring in taking care of an important part of my health, my mouth. They are all so accommodating and are very good at what they do. Thank you for being super professional but more importantly so caring in taking care of me. Oh and did I mention, they are our family dentist with all my family now going, including my granddaughter who just turned 4. Keep us all smiling!!

Be warned - they will over-diagnose... Went in for cleaning, after getting XRays, I told the dentist about some sensitive areas, and immediately after the XRay, before even looking at my teeth she said it's likely I have 4 cavities, and she "confirmed" it shortly after inspecting my teeth, and said needed to come back and schedule a 4 deep cleaning sessions before they can do anything further. This came as a surprise to me considering I've never had a cavity in my life. They refused to do a standard cleaning, and when I asked to discuss with the dentist afterwards for my concerns, she never called me. I followed up multiple times, and it went ignored. I then requested xray photos so I can get a 2nd opinion. After weeks of badgering, I was told there was a cost to get the XRay photo ($25), I eventually got the XRay photo and checked with an out of state family member who is a dentist, she said you can't tell any cavities from the Xray photo... I eventually got an appointment with another dentist, and told let them do the exam without any input from me. They said my teeth were just fine! I then disclosed my previous diagnosis, and they examined further and said there aren't any concerns for cavities.... They did a fabulous job with a normal cleaning. It's really a shame that the dentist was not honest as it would have been very convenient for me as a dentist if they were any good. I now have to drive 45 min to go to a good dentist instead 2 min to Innovative Smiles.... but it's well worth it.

I hate going to the dentist, but I was in so much pain that I had to go... so I found this place and they made an appointment for me within days. On my first appointment they had to Refer me to a specialist(who turned out great). And then come back to Finnish up the work. I have been back taking care of all my other teeth and felt comfortable every time since.

I am a fairly new patient to Innovative Smiles and I am in the middle of my dental plan. I have had extractions, deep cleaning, and a buccal cavity filling. (But enough about me) Today's visit was because my teenage daughter chipped her front tooth! I was able to get her an appointment the same time as mine. Not only that they were able to do X-rays for her and repair the tooth same day!! It took less than 40 minutes!! My daughter is soooooo excited to have her smile back. I'm one happy father that we were able to get this all taken care of ASAP. But even happier that my daughter is happy!! Thanks again Innovative Smiles!!

I have been going to this dentist since 2017. My teeth are not the best thanks to genetics but the staff is always very kind. Dr. Jesmine is very nice and has done all of my major dental work like crowns and root canals. Great Dentist!

Employees who work there are awesome! This company would be so successful reaching there Production Goal always, if the Dr. would actually care about the patients and her employees. Dr. Treats her employees like slaves. When she ask someone to do something she pulls them in 10 different directions and later on says "why is this not done? I asked you to do this hours ago? You're not doing your job.." well the job would get done if one is not interrupted or pulled to do something else in the midst of doing her job. The Dr. is always on a power trip and is always putting a lot of pressure on employees but never gives any recognition to her employees when they're doing a good job, so it's hard to work somewhere where your boss is ALWAYS pointing out the mistakes and not appraising you for your excellent work. Communication in the office is horrible... and the Dr has a huge problem admitting to her mistakes due to lack of detail when communicating . You can put in these long hours and your boss still is very ungrateful. Pros Hygienist, Dental Assistants, & receptionist are very helpful supportive and awesome to work with. Cons No communication, bad system, lack of organization, lack of detail when instructed, lack of order, Bad self centered Dr. Jesmine Boghawala

So far so good. I have more work. Today I did a lot. Dr. Kim was very patient and displayed excellent customer care. She treated me like a patient not a money bank. Staff as a whole too good care of me. I also loved how they explained everything so that I understood what was needed, being done and what I was paying for. Thank you all.

If I could give them 0 I would. I have to chase them around as to when my Invisalign trays come in. They never called me to tell me when they're in. Also the doctor never walked me through the treatment plan and then I didn't even get to achieve the smile I wanted after I was already at the end of my trays some doctor I've never seen before tells me they can't do anything else. Another thing is you never seen the doctor I always had to wait 30 minutes + to be seen. The nurse did all the work on my teeth practically. Very unhappy.
