Philip K. Talley, D.D.S. Dr. Philip Talley has committed himself to excellence in dentistry as a student and well regarded practitioner. He graduated at the top of his class at Meharry College, where he was recognized as a future leader in the profession as he was awarded membership into the highly coveted Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Fraternity (one of the highest awards given in dentistry). He then served a general practice residency in the United States Navy, where his commitment to quality care earned him the Navy Commendation medal and Navy Achievement medal. Dr. Talley is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, ADA, and Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. He is also an instructor for other dentists at the renowned Nash Institute for Dental Learning.

After graduating as Vice President of my dental hygiene class in June 2008, I spent about four months working as a temporary hygienist at numerous offices throughout Atlanta and Gwinnett County. I am grateful I had this opportunity because I was able to see how different offices operate and it allowed me to find my dream job here at Innovative Smiles. Dr. Talley does amazing work and we do a fantastic job with staying up to date with new technology to make our patients visits more enjoyable and relaxing. I want all our patients to love their smile as much as I love my job. In my spare time, I love being outside, riding my bike, being with friends, and playing with my only child Chloe who is a Toy Shih-tzu.

Jenisha, our Registered Dental Hygienist was raised in India, Jenisha graduated from University of New Mexico in 2018 with an Bachelors degree. She enjoys listening to music, shopping and eating. She is thankful and feels truly blessed to work in such an exceptional dental practice.

My passion for the field of dentistry began when I participated in the Work Based Leaning program my senior year of high school. I spent time each day at a local office shadowing and even assisting with a few procedures. Later, after working in an office as patient coordinator and dental assistant, I finally pursued my dream of becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist and earned my Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Athens Technical College. When I was younger, I always wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. My favorite part of my career as a dental hygienist is that I still get to fulfill that desire to teach by educating each of my patients on the importance of oral health. Outside of the operatory, I love spending time with my boyfriend Peter and my family, attending concerts and live music events, curling up with a good book, lounging around with our two extremely lazy cats, and enjoying time outdoors biking, kayaking, and hiking.

My name is Asia. I am one of Dr. Talleys assistants. Ive been a Dental Assistant for 3 years. My favorite part about being an assistant is educating patients on having a healthy smile, and also how to transform their smile. Its a pleasure to be a part of the Innovative Smiles at the Forum team.

I have been in the dental field as a financial coordinator for 20 years now. In January 2020, I was asked to join Dr. Talleys team, and for the first time in a long time, I feel as though I am home with my family. I look forward to working and growing with Dr. Talley and his wonderful team!

Dr. Talley is a great leader and has an amazing team that strives to make every visit as enjoyable and informative as possible for every one of our patients. It is a privilege to be a part of such a wonderful and caring dental family. On my time off, I enjoy the outdoors with my family, taking long walks, and listening to music.

My name is Kieana and I am a treatment plan coordinator here at Innovative Smiles. I recently relocated from Chicago to the Peach State but I feel right at home with Dr. Talley and the rest of my dental family here at Innovative Smiles. I have worked in dental field the last four years. I started off as a Dental Assistant and the last two years Ive been working as a Patient Coordinator. My favorite part of my job is helping people get their smiles back! I love being a witness to a patient gaining their confidence back. Outside of work I love being with my son Darien, going to concerts and being outdoors.

I am the AR/Financial Coordinator with Innovative Smiles and have been in the dental field for over 8 years dealing with all sides of administrative duties from checking in to management. Although I have only been with Innovative Smiles for an short period of time I enjoy my new work family and the different smiling faces that we welcome in on an daily basis. I am from New Jersey and have been in the Peach State for about 10 years. Youll know me as the one who references all as Sunshine because a smile is always worthwhile. In my free time, I enjoy play time and sporting events with my young son, reading, nature, festivals and any outdoor activities.

Barbara has over 20 years in sales and customer service. Patients enjoy listening to her South African Accent. She enjoys helping patients with getting their dental needs met so they can live their best life. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, friends and volunteering.
