Staff is very friendly and efficient. There was zero wait time. Dr. Mandel was thorough and took the time to carefully explain my diagnosis, possible causes of my condition, and treatment plan. Heather was thorough in scheduling and explaining the costs and scheduling of future visits and planning for medication orders associated with next visit. Initial consultation cost and incremental costs for future visits were explained, printed out, and while not cheap, we're reasonable for completion of tooth extraction, bone graft, and tooth implant processes.

Dr. Mandel and his staff were great. They took great care from beginning to end. Most impressive of all, Dr. Mandel listened to me and even adjusted his discussion based on things that I had said. I think this will be a great clinical relationship.

Dr. Keisers's office is efficient, nice, friendly, concerned about the comfort of the paitent, always, and they do a fantastic and professional job. No pain, make one more thank comfortable. I can't say enough. They are the best.

I was pleasantly surprised by the very thorough evaluation I received by Dr. Mandel who took time to explain in detail my diagnosis and treatment options. Very impressed by the latest digital xrays-3 Dimension which contributed to a very accurate evaluation. Also impressed by the office staff , especially Dental asst.Jenny, who spent extra time ensuring I would be comfortable. Will be returning to the office for a procedure. Thanks

I've been a patient here for 38 years and it has always been 5-star! The front office staff are always friendly and welcoming especially Heather. Dr. Mandel is best periodontist you could have. He truly cares about you as a patient and how your family is doing. My hygienist Erin is the best! She is personable, friendly and she also cares about the health of your gums and teeth.

Dr. Mandel is not only the most gentle dentist I have ever used, he is also the very best at what he does! I had great results with the lower teeth crown lengthening he performed in the past, and I am thrilled with the bonding he did for me today. He is a master at his profession. He deserves 10 stars!
