Dr. Bills is proud of his longstanding ties to this area. His father taught English at Clearview Regional High School for 40 years and his mother taught elementary school in West Deptford for 25 years.
Dr. Bills is a graduate of Lenape High School. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Lafayette College where he graduated with honors. He then obtained his dental degree with honors from Harvard University. Subsequently, Dr. Bills headed to the University of Illinois, where he completed a three-year orthodontic residency. Dr. Bills is Board Certified and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Bills involvement in the profession is extensive. He has held several local and national positions in the American Dental Association, and he is aPast-President of the Southern Dental Society of New Jersey. In addition, Dr. Bills is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, the New Jersey Association of Orthodontists and the Harvard Society for the Advancement of Orthodontics.
Dr. Bills is also extremely committed to scholarly activity.He is on the Orthodontic Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and is on Staff in the Department of Dentistry at Virtua Hospital, and he has been honored as Teacher of the Year at both of these prestigious institutions. He is a published author and lectures regularly, both stateside and abroad, about a variety of clinical topics as well as how to better utilize technology to connect with orthodontic and dental patients.
Dr. JV Kracke graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and is a proud Villanova alumnus that loves to watch college basketball. GO CATS! He is a former varsity college swimmer but he refuses to give up wearing his floaties. When hes not swimming or having fun at Innovative Orthodontics, then hes trying to make any excuse he can to watch Friends!
He is a proud New Jersey native that loves spending the summers at the Jersey shore. Now that hes finally convinced his beautiful wife, Kristianne, and their golden retriever, Penny, that New Jersey is the best state he has moved back to join the Innovative Orthodontics team.
Dr. JV is a proud alumnus of Villanova University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and graduated with honors. He went on to complete his dental training at the University of Pennsylvania where he again graduated with honors and was accepted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honors society. He loved Philadelphia and decided to continue his education and training in Orthodontics at the University of Pennsylvania.
He is passionate about education and served as an adjunct professor in the Villanova Department of Biology. He taught Human Anatomy and Physiology to many aspiring health professional undergraduate students. He has since been asked to come back as a guest lecturer to teach new orthodontic residents at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. JV is a dedicated member of dental study clubs where he continues his education and shares his experience and expertise about the dental profession so he can ensure that he is providing the most innovative and exceptional care to all of his patients.
Dr. L might have grown up in Northern Virginia, but she has made a home here. She moved to Philadelphia to pursue her dental and orthodontic training and fell in love with the area. Now she considers herself a true local!
Dr. L received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from the University of Virginia. She continued her education and went to the University of Pennsylvania to pursue her dental and orthodontic training. Here, she met Dr. JV Kracke, and they were actually co-residents when she was working on her orthodontics degree. In fact, she and Dr. JV were both chief residents of their respective classes! Dr. Dan Bills even got the chance to work with Dr. L in residency when he came out to lecture.

Great office! I am a dental hygienist of ten years and I will only send my patients, family, and friends to iortho. I also had my Invisalign done here last year. The office is up to date and Dr. Bills makes sure to stay with the new emerging studies and practices. The staff is very friendly and have accommodated my busy schedule. They always took the extra time to explain things and address any concerns I had. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff from the front of the house to the back. Smiles and upbeat music always greet you when you enter the building. The Dental Assistant answered every question we had. My son was at ease thru is treatment.

Today was our first appointment at IO and from the second we were greeted it was a wonderful experience. So much personal care and many extra touches to allow you to know they care for not only your teeth and smile but for you as a person as well! Always a great experience at iOrtho! They make you feel more than comfortable, extremely thorough, and so friendly and kind. Very informative about everything they do. I wouldn't trust any other orthodontist with the treatment of my teeth! I can't recommend them enough!

They are so good here. My daughter who was so scared about starting the process did great. When we left she said to me "They are so friendly like Disney workers but at a dentist". She loves going to Disney so this is the highest compliment!! Thank you for making her feel relaxed!

I had a great experience from beginning to end. The staff at Innovative Ortho is SO accommodating, knowledgeable, and well-trained. I had my braces on for almost 2.5 years. Even with the pandemic, Dr. Bills' team quickly adjusted and I didn't lose any time/appointments. They were always professional and understanding. I get compliments on my smile all the time and I love it!! I can't thank Dr. Bills and his team enough! I recommend them to all of my family and friends
