Dr. Bills is proud of his longstanding ties to this area. His father taught English at Clearview Regional High School for 40 years and his mother taught elementary school in West Deptford for 25 years.
Dr. Bills is a graduate of Lenape High School. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Lafayette College where he graduated with honors. He then obtained his dental degree with honors from Harvard University. Subsequently, Dr. Bills headed to the University of Illinois, where he completed a three-year orthodontic residency. Dr. Bills is Board Certified and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Bills involvement in the profession is extensive. He has held several local and national positions in the American Dental Association, and he is aPast-President of the Southern Dental Society of New Jersey. In addition, Dr. Bills is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, the New Jersey Association of Orthodontists and the Harvard Society for the Advancement of Orthodontics.
Dr. Bills is also extremely committed to scholarly activity.He is on the Orthodontic Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and is on Staff in the Department of Dentistry at Virtua Hospital, and he has been honored as Teacher of the Year at both of these prestigious institutions. He is a published author and lectures regularly, both stateside and abroad, about a variety of clinical topics as well as how to better utilize technology to connect with orthodontic and dental patients.
Dr. JV Kracke graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and is a proud Villanova alumnus that loves to watch college basketball. GO CATS! He is a former varsity college swimmer but he refuses to give up wearing his floaties. When hes not swimming or having fun at Innovative Orthodontics, then hes trying to make any excuse he can to watch Friends!
He is a proud New Jersey native that loves spending the summers at the Jersey shore. Now that hes finally convinced his beautiful wife, Kristianne, and their golden retriever, Penny, that New Jersey is the best state he has moved back to join the Innovative Orthodontics team.
Dr. JV is a proud alumnus of Villanova University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and graduated with honors. He went on to complete his dental training at the University of Pennsylvania where he again graduated with honors and was accepted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honors society. He loved Philadelphia and decided to continue his education and training in Orthodontics at the University of Pennsylvania.
He is passionate about education and served as an adjunct professor in the Villanova Department of Biology. He taught Human Anatomy and Physiology to many aspiring health professional undergraduate students. He has since been asked to come back as a guest lecturer to teach new orthodontic residents at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. JV is a dedicated member of dental study clubs where he continues his education and shares his experience and expertise about the dental profession so he can ensure that he is providing the most innovative and exceptional care to all of his patients.
Dr. L might have grown up in Northern Virginia, but she has made a home here. She moved to Philadelphia to pursue her dental and orthodontic training and fell in love with the area. Now she considers herself a true local!
Dr. L received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from the University of Virginia. She continued her education and went to the University of Pennsylvania to pursue her dental and orthodontic training. Here, she met Dr. JV Kracke, and they were actually co-residents when she was working on her orthodontics degree. In fact, she and Dr. JV were both chief residents of their respective classes! Dr. Dan Bills even got the chance to work with Dr. L in residency when he came out to lecture.

Dr. Bills & Staff were amazing through the entire process. My son was resisting having braces in the beginning, kept breaking the wires (on purpose) I was ready to just take them off & cut our loss. When I'd call in tears, Nancy was kind, calming, and understanding, most of reassuring that it would be okay! Then came Amber! She connected with my son and found things in common to chat about during visits. It was Amber that push our son to continue. A total Godsend! Almost 4 years later he is finally done! His teeth look amazing! We can't thank you enough!!!

My experience was amazing from beginning to end. The staff was incredible. The Orthodontist were knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. It was a long journey but absolutely worth it! I Love My Smile! Thank You Innovative Orthodontics

Can I give 6 stars? The best place we have been to for my 2 boys. Many consultations and experiences later ~ no one can top this place. The staff and the office are so up to date and will go above and beyond to help you and your child. This place is a futuristic model for every doctor/ Ortho/ dentist. Kelly has been amazing to us. Wonderful experience from the consult to the placement of clear braces yesterday. Thank you all! Great job!

Very nice & friendly office and staff! My daughter has very high anxiety and is usually super uncooperative with ANY Dr appointment and she was cooperative and laughing the entire time for her consultation. The technology they have to do things is also top notch.

My case was very severe and honestly didn't expect the aligners to work as well as they did to my surprise (and no surprise to Dr Bill and his team) they worked great. I even completed my program 3 months early! Very impressed with the guidance, support and the process.

Great office! I am a dental hygienist of ten years and I will only send my patients, family, and friends to iortho. I also had my Invisalign done here last year. The office is up to date and Dr. Bills makes sure to stay with the new emerging studies and practices. The staff is very friendly and have accommodated my busy schedule. They always took the extra time to explain things and address any concerns I had. Highly recommend.

Everyone has been incredible as we start our orthodontic treatment for our daughter. We just had her expander put in on Monday and while it is an exciting experience it is also very nerve wracking for this mama. Dr L and Nancy were fabulous as my daughter cried while they were placing the appliance in her mouth. Everything was explained in detail

A pleasant and positive experience each and every visit. The entire office staff is repeatedly friendly, welcoming and patient with our 10 year old.
