Dr. Bills is proud of his longstanding ties to this area. His father taught English at Clearview Regional High School for 40 years and his mother taught elementary school in West Deptford for 25 years.
Dr. Bills is a graduate of Lenape High School. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Lafayette College where he graduated with honors. He then obtained his dental degree with honors from Harvard University. Subsequently, Dr. Bills headed to the University of Illinois, where he completed a three-year orthodontic residency. Dr. Bills is Board Certified and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Bills involvement in the profession is extensive. He has held several local and national positions in the American Dental Association, and he is aPast-President of the Southern Dental Society of New Jersey. In addition, Dr. Bills is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, the New Jersey Association of Orthodontists and the Harvard Society for the Advancement of Orthodontics.
Dr. Bills is also extremely committed to scholarly activity.He is on the Orthodontic Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and is on Staff in the Department of Dentistry at Virtua Hospital, and he has been honored as Teacher of the Year at both of these prestigious institutions. He is a published author and lectures regularly, both stateside and abroad, about a variety of clinical topics as well as how to better utilize technology to connect with orthodontic and dental patients.
Dr. JV Kracke graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and is a proud Villanova alumnus that loves to watch college basketball. GO CATS! He is a former varsity college swimmer but he refuses to give up wearing his floaties. When hes not swimming or having fun at Innovative Orthodontics, then hes trying to make any excuse he can to watch Friends!
He is a proud New Jersey native that loves spending the summers at the Jersey shore. Now that hes finally convinced his beautiful wife, Kristianne, and their golden retriever, Penny, that New Jersey is the best state he has moved back to join the Innovative Orthodontics team.
Dr. JV is a proud alumnus of Villanova University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and graduated with honors. He went on to complete his dental training at the University of Pennsylvania where he again graduated with honors and was accepted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honors society. He loved Philadelphia and decided to continue his education and training in Orthodontics at the University of Pennsylvania.
He is passionate about education and served as an adjunct professor in the Villanova Department of Biology. He taught Human Anatomy and Physiology to many aspiring health professional undergraduate students. He has since been asked to come back as a guest lecturer to teach new orthodontic residents at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. JV is a dedicated member of dental study clubs where he continues his education and shares his experience and expertise about the dental profession so he can ensure that he is providing the most innovative and exceptional care to all of his patients.
Dr. L might have grown up in Northern Virginia, but she has made a home here. She moved to Philadelphia to pursue her dental and orthodontic training and fell in love with the area. Now she considers herself a true local!
Dr. L received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from the University of Virginia. She continued her education and went to the University of Pennsylvania to pursue her dental and orthodontic training. Here, she met Dr. JV Kracke, and they were actually co-residents when she was working on her orthodontics degree. In fact, she and Dr. JV were both chief residents of their respective classes! Dr. Dan Bills even got the chance to work with Dr. L in residency when he came out to lecture.

Great office! I am a dental hygienist of ten years and I will only send my patients, family, and friends to iortho. I also had my Invisalign done here last year. The office is up to date and Dr. Bills makes sure to stay with the new emerging studies and practices. The staff is very friendly and have accommodated my busy schedule. They always took the extra time to explain things and address any concerns I had. Highly recommend.

This practice is phenomenal, and the staff here are very hospitable. They offer reasonable flexible payment options, and I experienced ZERO issues for the duration of my treatment. It's imperative that their instructions are followed diligently, otherwise both you and the practice could experience needless stress.

I had braces when i was about 13 years old and since I never wore my retainers, my teeth moved back out of place and become completely crooked again. Now, as an adult, I decided to get them again to feel confident in my smile and everyone here was so nice and friendly and assisted me through the whole process! Highly reccomend for anyone looking for better service.

I had a great experience at this location. I had my permanent retainer removed after 25 years and replaced with a plastic retainer. The technology used to make the impression for the retainers was top of the line. I've had my retainers for over a week and they fit great. I love that they come with a second set, whitening gel, and the impressions themselves. I feel at ease with the lifetime guarantee in place as well. Thank you for making something I was nervous about a great experience.

I could not be happier with this Orthodontist office! My daughter just got her braces off today and the journey could not have been more pleasant with this office. Anytime we called I received nothing less but the nicest helpful response and service. We were with the office for 3 years and not one bad experience. That's just about unheard of. Everyone was so friendly and they are very good about explaining the whole process. They made me feel very comfortable about what lies up the road for my children's orthodontia care. Lexie and Dr. Bills made sure I understood my children's orthodontia needs. They do not rush you or keep you waiting! I really appreciated that they didn't rush us into starting work right now because they recognized that my children's mouths were still in a state of change. Great office, great team, great experience for my family! I am so happy they were recommended to me and look forward to working with them in the future!

The experience we have had with Dr. Bills and the IO team has been incredible and will continue with our second child shortly. He has created an environment that is so friendly... from the technicians, to the front desk reception staff, and ending with the staff who now manage the parking lot during COVID, everyone goes out of their way for patients and their families. You can easily search and find out how accomplished Dr. Bills is. He is legit and artist when it comes to orthodontics. However, upon your first visit you will see that his true gift is his genuine care for his clients and their families. You are never just a number with Dr. Bills, and his unique ability to speak with and get to know patients is unbelievable.
