I had to do re treatment of an old root canal and a new root canal on adjacent tooth needless to say i was very scared. I arrived to the office and front staff were very friendly. Inside I was lucky my initial treatment appointment I was with Maria who made sure i was calm, explained everything and even hold my hand during the procedure! Dr Ballagas explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything before starting was very knowledgeable and caring! I just had my last appointment everything went perfectly and I had Estrella who again explained everything thoroughly and took amazing care of me! Thank you so much Dr Ballagas and to all the Amazing staff!!

Doctor Ballagas office is a prime example of how a dentist office should be. From the moment I stepped in, her team made me feel comfortable and at ease, once in the back Maria continued to make sure I was comfortable with everything and quickly handled everything needed prior to meeting the doctor. Once doctor Ballagas came in, she quickly explained everything and performed the procedure with extreme caution and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Ballagas and her team to anyone. I walked in Innovative Endodontics without an appointment and in extreme pain. Within the past week I had been to the ER, my primary dentist and 2 oral surgeons without any relief or diagnosis. Everyone in the office was so kind and knowledgeable. They fit me in, identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. So grateful for this practice who is really in the industry to the right reasons. I will forever send all of my friends and family here.

When my general dentist told me that I needed some root canals done and referred me to a different endodontist, I must admit that I was a bit fearful having never had one before. Fortunately, several of my family members had seen Dr. Ballagas and her amazing staff and they had wonderful things to say. I'm so glad that i listened because the doctor and the entire staff, especially assistant Maria, are highly skilled, caring, compassionate, highly skilled, and very nice. Being a minimally invasive surgeon myself, the GentleWave technology was definitely the best way to go for me. VERY highly recommended!

Very good specialist she saved me over $2000.00 in what i thought a good dentist that performed work on my mouth.I wish i wouldve found her earlier she wouldve saved me $10000.00.Staff is great very passionate people.Highly recommend them.

Dr. Ballagas and her team was amazing! My dentist Dr. Castellini referred me to her to redo an old root canal. I was beside myself with worry, since I'd originally gotten the root canal 18 years ago and I had a huge abscess that I had to get rid of. I hadn't had dental surgery in so long, and I imagined this would be my worst nightmare. But Dr. Ballagas and her team put me to ease, the pain during the operation was non-existent, and I could tell she really knew what she was doing. I'm beyond grateful I came to her office for my operation, as opposed to anyone else's!

I had an amazing experience with Innovative Endodontics office. Front desk was super nice and helpful. And Dr. Ballagas and the assistant Estrella did amazing job with my root canal. I felt no pain or discomfort. They really care about their patients and the quality of work they provide. I highly recommend Innovative Endodontics.

This was my first root canal, and the staff at Innovative Endodontics made the whole experience easy. The staff and Dr. Ballagas took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. They were very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was way easier and quicker than I expected!

Super sweet staff, made me feel like family. Wish they could be my general dentist. High tech, modern equipment. My root canal work was better than I have ever had done. So very happy to have Dr Ballagas as my Endodontist . Her assistant is Estrella, loved her kind ways. All of her staff, i loved them all! Both Dr. Ballagas and my hygienist, Estrella, were wonderful during my appointment. On a referral for a possible root canal, it was clear after an x-ray and a few tests it needed to be done. After much reassurance, walking me through the procedure, and letting me know it would be fast, precise, and done right then and there, they made it happen. Estrella was stellar at calming me down during the initial numbing, and Doctor worked quickly, administering more novocaine when necessary, talking about what was happening to ease my fears, and quite literally helped save a tooth. Thank you to everyone at the facility! Highly recommended
