I am passionate about dentistry because it combines the best aspects of engineering with the ability to help people in a meaningful way. I find it extremely rewarding to be able to meet patients, hear their concerns, and take tangible steps to improving their oral health.
Dr. Lau was raised in Minnesota and is thrilled to be practicing dentistry in Seattle. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota, where he also earned his DDS. Following this, he completed advanced training in hospital dentistry at the University of Washington.
Prior to pursuing dentistry, he worked for two years as an electrical engineer. Although he loved working with my hands and solving problems, he missed the ability to connect with different people and help others on a day-to-day basis. Dentistry was the one career that he felt he could do both.
Outside of dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my family and raising our son, Hudson. We are involved with our church, Bethany Community Church and, in our spare time, we enjoy taking walks around Greenlake, watching movies, Crossfit, and traveling to new and exciting places. I love playing and watching all sports, especially basketball and baseball.
I have a few. First, my mom. She raised my sister and I as a single parent after my dad passed away when I was three years old. Also, David Platt, a pastor at McLean Bible Church and founder of the Radical ministry. His theology and teaching has had a huge influence on my faith. Finally, Ken Griffey Jr. I grew up an avid sports plan and baseball player. Growing up watching the passion and love Griffey played the game with was something I always admired.
The date I got baptized, declaring my love and desire to follow Jesus. The day I married my wife and also when we had our first child four years later. Then the date I went into remission from cancer.
Dr. Sharma grew up in Berkeley, CA and Atlanta, GA. She completed her B.S. and M.S. from Georgia State University where she also participated in cancer research and published in scientific journals. She worked as a radiation analyst for a year prior to attending dental school. She completed her D.M.D. training at the Dental College of Georgia. She then broadened her skill set as she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, at Temple University. She is bilingual and speaks Hindi.
I love being able to bring a positive change into my patients life that allows them to express confidence in their smile! It is important to me to talk my patients through any anxiety associated with getting dental treatment so they could have a positive experience in the future.

I first ended up in Seattle while returning from a study abroad trip back in 2013 and it was love at first sight. Which is why once I finished school, I had to make it my home. I love the beautiful scenery and a mix of different cultures. In my free time I enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest, painting, cooking, traveling and exploring new cultures.
I grew up primarily in Southern California, spending most of my time at the beach. I loved to paint and draw and worked as a graphic designer both in high school and then in college at BYU in Utah. Eventually, I changed course and pursued dentistry, which took me to Indiana University to get my DDS degree.
After working for several years as a graphic designer, I realized that dentistry was a better fit. I love the people I get to associate with every day. That includes both my patients and incredible team!
Im married to the love of my life, and we have two boys. I still enjoy spending time at the beach or in the ocean, but I equally love spending time in the mountains and on trails. I play the guitar and the piano and adore just about any kind of music.
Most of my time these days is spent playing with my two boys building Legos, building forts, or exploring parks and trails around the Pacific NW. I love to play music, and when I can find the time, I still like to make it out to live concerts.

All members of the office go above and beyond in terms of customer service. They are extremely friendly, flexible with scheduling and payments, and take their time with patients. Dr. Tremblay wants the BEST for his patients and he shows that by taking his time explaining everything, checking for any issues, and expecting perfect results from products ordered from third parties for his patients. I experienced a miscommunication with regards to a balance due, and the office manager and Dr. Tremblay took it upon themselves to take care of the entire charge due to the confusion and inconvenience caused. I will continue to go to Dr. Tremblay for as long as I live in Seattle, and will do my best to always refer people to his office! Such great experiences!
The staff is beyond friendly and super diligent. Dr. Tremblay is meticulous in his work, always making sure everything is perfect before I get out of the chair. Moreover, he shows genuine concern for both my comfort during procedures and satisfaction with the outcome. This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to.
I have only received excellent care here. The staff are friendly and professional, plus they really care about your comfort and the integrity of your teeth. They're open and honest about what your mouth needs to be healthy and I've never felt pressured into paying for anything extraneous (I've actually been discouraged from seeking out cosmetic treatments). I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is either afraid of the dentist or just wants the best for their teeth!

I highly recommend this office! Everyone is super nice and professional from the ladies at the front desk to the hygienists, assistants and doctors. Everyone knows you on a first name basis and are very friendly. I frequently come into the office for my Invisaligns and Dr. Subherwal has been such a great doctor. She is very attentive, provides quality work and only wants the best outcome for me. As for my regular check up visits, everyone makes you feel very comfortable. They offer a blanket, pillow, beverages and also has a therapy dog for anyone feeling nervous. I also love that they provide you fresh baked cookies on or near your birthday. I'm one of those strange people that has always loved going to the dentist. Specifically I love to get my teeth cleaned and come out feeling oh so fresh and clean. Staff at Innovative dentistry is great. They are always accommodating and will work with you if you have any change of plans. Dr. O'Connor is very good and listen to his patients and solve the problem. They have an awesome therapy dog too. He is pretty friendly.
Innovative Dentistry is out of doubt one of the most amazing practices! I went to lots of practices in my life, in different countries but I've never met this high level of professionalism. They really take care about every patient personally and not just the usual way. I have the most horrible gag reflex and they figured out all the things which could make the treatments easier for me. The staff is amazing, I feel like family when I go there. They make me feel relaxed and I never felt how much trouble I cause with my bad level of gag tolerance. I was treated by Dr. Berman and Dr. O'Connor as well and they were both amazing, patient and on the top of their profession. I never had a doubt since I picked them that I'm in the best possible hands. I recommend the Innovative Dentistry with all my heart!:)
I recently had a large amount of dental work completed by Innovative Dentistry and cant say enough about the work and care I received. Following a 15 year hiatus from dental care, there was much to catch up on and not only did they take care of the emergent physical needs, they also addressed cosmetic issues I had conceded to for 30+ years and worked through my anxiety of the chair. What topped the entire experience off was the end of the day check-in call from my dentist to see how I was after my first major visit. Please visit this team. They made it about me and thats what its about.
I've had very positive experiences with Dr. Berman's office. I have a lot of issues with my teeth, and they've put me on a treatment plan to get back on track. My millions of questions are always answered thoroughly, including my insurance inquiries, which the staff has always taken the time to patiently explain and make sure I am making the best use of my benefits.Also, I am often treated with a warm neck pillow and made as comfortable as one can possibly be while in the dental chair!
I have a terrible fear of the dentist and was quite nervous to go to such an upscale office. But the staff has been very kind, encouraging, friendly and attentive. It seems like the team takes a very personalized approach to each patient and I appreciate that. I also really dig Humphrey, the therapy dog! I read the reviews of this office on Yelp! and was a bit nervous, but I have only had good experiences (3) so far. It's especially convenient for Amazon employees!
I am 78 years old and have been a patient at the dental practice Dr. Berman eventually joined for over 40 years. He has cared for me for about 20 of those years. Last month, a third molar which Dr. Berman had been preserving all those years began throbbing, and he said it had reached the end of its useful life. He referred me to Dr. Ryan O'connor for its extraction. My father had been a dentist back East, and I grew up hearing the stories of epic struggles with impacted molars. As a result, I was probably more reluctant than most people to have any tooth out. Twelve days ago, Dr. O'connor extracted the molar in the least painful procedure imaginable. I took a total of three ibuprofen the first day, more to ward off possible pain rather than because it was actually hurting. I have not had a twinge since that first day. I cannot recommend Dr. O'connor's dental surgical skills and his team's overall care highly enough.
I would like to say how great my Invisalign experience has been with Innovative Dentistry. I have 4 weeks to go on my set and have gotten a number of complements on my smile. People I work with daily have never even noticed I'm wearing them and I noticed that I've been having way fewer migraines. Also I lost a tray once and they quickly got me a new one within a couple days with out hassle.

Seattle is the only place I have ever called home. I grew up east of Seattle in Sammamish with my mom, dad, and big brother. Currently, I live on Lake Sammamish with my older brother and his dog, Rocky.
I found my love for helping others and dentistry at a young age. Growing up going to see the dentist and having my teeth cleaned was always a positive, fun, and even relaxing experience. My Grandpa was a dentist; my uncle is a practicing dentist in Kent, and most of my aunts were dental hygienists. You could say dentistry runs in my family. I chose dentistry for many reasons. I wanted to positively affect peoples health, continue to grow, and learn throughout my career and be able to teach and practice abroad. Dentistry has it all.
I started my dental career by working as a sterilization technician for my uncle and then become a dental hygienist for the late Dr. Files. As well as working in dental offices, I have volunteered for a number of organizations including going to Nicaragua for the Corner of Love Ministries.
Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family and friends and cant get enough of the outdoors. I enjoy backpacking, hiking, sailing, and traveling, as well as playing weekly co-ed soccer and beach volleyball in the spring/summer.
