Excellent staff! Everyone not only cares for my dental needs, but truly cares about my family's overall health and well being. I would highly recommend anyone to come here. I also really love how clean everything is.

Kelley in reception is so helpful and always excited to help get convenient appointments! Both Dr. Larsons and the hygienists are very thorough and gentle.

The staff is very nice. Mindy and Melissa are both gentle but thorough in their cleaning of my teeth. Kelly, at the front desk is super friendly. Dr Jim is quiet and efficient. I am pleased with their whole operation.

Highly recommend. Dr. Carolyn is awesome. Kelly in reception and the hygienists do a great job. Office is a very clean and professional environment, and they care about their patients.

Amazing dentists and Kelley is helpful and easy to work with in the front. The whole staff was great after I worked 12 hour night shift and had a three hour appointment in the morning it was mostly painless.

I always have a good experience at Innovative Dentistry from Kellies welcome and Minds's expert cleaning. Dr Larson is always willing to address any concerns. I'm happy to be a patient here!

I have been a patient at Innovative Dentistry for at least 20 years. The staff here is awesome! I absolutely love Kelly the Receptionist! She is very friendly and helpful. She always greets me with a big smile and even during these mask wearing times, I can still hear the smile in her voice. Dr. Jim & Dr. Carolyn are awesome at what they do. When my boys got older I didn't hesitate to switch them over from their Pediatric Dentist! I highly recommend Innovative Dentistry if you are looking for a dentist!

Incredible service, I personally have had bad experiences with dentists not taking my pain seriously, and not treating me in the best way. No issue here though, all of the staff are helpful and happy to listen to any concerns or questions you may have about whats going on, they have consistently been the least painful dental apps I've had. Sad I won't be living in Illinois after this summer as I would love to have these people be my main dental. Lastly shout out to my BFF Kelly for being a great receptionist and helpful throughout the multitude of apps I've had with innovative dentistry.

I can't believe my sisters hate the dentist!. It's a spa day for me at Innovative Dentistry! Beth was awesome. Kelly is fabulous. And Dr. Carolyn and Dr. Jim are the best!

Always a joy to come to this office! Kelley , the office receptionist, is the most efficient and thorough I've seen. Dr. Carolyn is awesome and has done a phenomenal job fixing a difficult problem with my bite structure and missing teeth. I cannot thank her enough! Assistants and hygienists Cindy and Mindy are the best! The entire office greets everyone with a smile and treats you like family.
