I know this might be a little long, but there are just not enough wonderful things that I can say about Dr Nicole Martino. She is the most awesome, amazing dentist I have ever had. I am so thankful to have found her after a few dentists, who are actually good, somehow managed to ruin my mouth with bad fitting crowns and bite adjustments causing me to suffer with such pain, TMJ, sinuse and Eustachan problems and tinnitus. Dr Martino fixed and healed it all, I am back to my old self after suffering for approximately five years. She is not only an amazing dentist, she truly cares and will spend all the time needed, no limit for her, I am so amazed at her expertise and her dedication to perfection for you that I cannot even begin to express it all. Her and her entire staff are so personable and caring with such a great atmosphere that you feel like you are visiting your family. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants truly great care. Sent from my iPad

If I could give negative stars I would The worst dentist ive ever been to in my entire life. I have always loved going to the dentist and getting my teeth cleaned however Dr. Martino has nearly ruined my trust and faith in dentistry. She pulled a tooth of mine with such little numbing that I swear I felt every single incision and stitch she made. I was gripping the chair so hard my nails indented the arms, I had literal tears coming from my eyes. One of the most painful things ive experienced in my whole life. She seemed to have rushed the procedure when she realized that I was crying Ended up with a dry socket about a week later which she then had to RE CUT the incision to pull the rest of the tooth out that she forgot. That was the last time I ever went to see her I'm now a patient with a different dentist who is amazing and so nice and actually knows what she's doing. She did an x-ray of where the tooth was "removed" and found I still had remaining tooth fragments in my mouth... 3 months of healing and several thousand more dollars later and the tooth is finally out. I can verbally explain how much I DO NOT recommend this awful practice. Save your money and your mouth and go somewhere else! Absolute worst dentist that i've ever been to. Really she should owe me the money it costs to have my mouth cut open again

Awesome is the best word to describe Dr. Martino and her staff of professionals. Everyone is caring, they take time to get to know you, and treat you like family. Dr. Martino is highly skilled, detail oriented, and makes sure you understand what she is talking about. I had to have a full mouth rehabilitation and am so thrilled I chose Innovative Dental Solutions of Seminole. I now have a healthy mouth and beautiful smile.

Dr. Nicole Martino, Arthur and the rest of the staff always give me the best care everytime I have a dental appointment with them. These dental professionals are the best I've ever experience with. They make you feel comfortable. If you care to have a dog on your lap during procedure, you can request. I always have Ashley ( their dog) to comfort me when I am there. The place itself feels like you are inside in a SPA. The ambience is soothing to the mind. Not enough adjectives in the dictionary that can describe how great this place is to have a dental procedures. LBlair.

What an amazing dental experience. Dr Martini and her staff go above and beyond to make sure the patients are as comfortable as possible. They have televisions, blankets, pillows, and even two therapy dogs. I had a procedure I was nervous about and one of the sweet hogs came up in my lap to comfort me, at my request of course. It kept me calmer and much more relaxed than I would normally be during a dental procedure. I am so glad I find a dentist who I feel comfortable with and most importantly someone I trust to mainintain my extensive heavily restored dental work.

This Dantist place is horrible Doctor Martino and her's husband are both together for my teeth treatment so bad Dr. Matino had to my teeth No#14 filling after next day my gum nerve very sore painful but they didn't treatment nothing so I gonna different Dantist treatment root canerand and crown I am so upset everything all my pocket money 1000 and plus they charge fillings $255 too . really bad Dantist places and Dr . Matino she's not very much experienced. If someone go over there be careful. When I did complain her husband said I am the call the police .

I don't often write reviews. I don't consider myself somebody who is easily able to express oneself. A man of few words, so to speak. So you better believe if I'm writing something it's worth paying attention. In this day and age, and in this new world we live in, it's not often you get a true five-star experience. I can write words like "wow" or "fantastic experience", or even perhaps "Amazing". Those words are common, over used, and seem to fall short of what trying to convey. So, I will use a term we use in the United States Navy. This term is not often used or given out lightly. You truly have to earn it. You have to go above and beyond to hear it. It's also a term that few civilians get bestowed upon them. So, it is with great pleasure that I give Innovative Dental a well deserved Navy " Bravo Zulu". Again, I'm a man who doesn't like to use common words, and I can sit here and list all the reasons why my experience was worth giving out a "Bravo Zulu", but it still will seem to fall short. You need to experience it for yourself. I don't like to peddle or push my own agenda or propaganda However, in this case you need to do yourself and your mouth a favor and get over there.

Lori the hygienist did a fantastic job. Dr. Martino was very kind and helpful. The experience put me at ease about dentistry and had a wonderful appointment. Highly recommended.

By far the best Dental experiences I have ever had. Innovative Dental Solutions' entire staff has not only continued to exceed my expectations they have raised the bar of standard in their industry across all areas. The quality of work performed, quality of product used, unparalleled customer service, extensive knowledge base, and apparent continued education are just a few assets this business holds that propels them into a class all their own. My experiences at this office have felt like a rejuvenating trip to a day spa and resort. One of the most unique and appealing things about this practice is the building itself. No matter what work you are having done you have spectacular ceiling to floor views out to beautiful courtyards with calming water features, gorgeous landscaping, and lots of sunlight all while feeling extremly private. Dr. Martino is truly an anomaly. Her passion for her craft, thoroughness, and her attention to detail makes you feel confident you are recieving the best the industry has to offer. She makes sure you understand fully what she recommendeds for you and comprehend the process it will take to reach those goals/outcomes. Patricia has a presence about her that instantly makes you feel comfortable and safe as if you were conversing with a life long friend or trusted family member. She makes the entire experience a relationship rather than just a transaction. Lori takes such care and detail with you in every aspect of what she does. She makes X-rays and regular cleanings more like an anticipated event rather than what can sometimes be an anxious and uncertain experience. Arthur & Monika are both so understanding and down to earth. They go above and beyond to accommodate you & are very sincere about the entire process. I highly recommend anyone to come check out this office & staff and forever change how you feel about 'going to the dentist'.

Dr. Nicole Martino and Dr. Lori Lundh (hygienist) are extremely professional and detail oriented. Their bedside manners, gentle touch, and efficiency are beyond remarkable. Innovative Dental Solutions of Seminole is conveniently situated, very clean, and efficiently run by a team who sincerely love their job. Everyone is very warm, kind, and welcoming and go above and beyond to put their patients' nerves at ease. All this, including the peaceful and beautiful garden of potted plants (and if you're lucky to be taken to interact with Mary Kate and Ashley, the adorable service dogs) make me say, "I love going to the Dentist!"

There isn't enough good I can say about Dr. Martino and her staff. They are all very friendly and caring. I would recommend them 10 times over. Going to the dentist can be a scary thing for a lot of people. I used to be so nervous but walking into their office, you dont even fell like you are walking into a dental facility. Their hygenist Lori is very thorough and nice and tells you everything she is going to do before she does it. Dr. Martino and her assistant are the same way. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Just sat for 4 crowns. Best dental experience ever! Great staff and very knowledgeable dental care. Dr Martini uses a lot of up to date equipment to give her patients the best care. If your looking for a new dentist as I was a couple months ago, look no further. So happy I found this one!

I would give dr. Martino and her staff 6 stars if I could! I have seen a lot of dentists over the years, and I can say that NOONE treated me with as much care as she and her staff did. First of all, they are genuinely very friendly and made me feel at ease literally as soon as I walked in the door. Sencond, they took a bunch of x-rays AND a full interactive 3D mouth scan that showed my teeth in every detail on a tv screen. Third, the doc herself inspected every tooth manually and told me and showed me exactly what was going on and what needed immediate care, she answered all my questions, and gave me a lot of information. At no point did I feel pressured to buy, on the contrary, she uses a soft approach and educates you instead so you can make a decision yourself based on the information you got. I honestly wish there were more dentists like her and fewer of those that stress out about money and forget to give good service to their clients. Fourth, she is more educated than a general dentist, she is a prosthodontist, which means she can treat more complex cases, she is more qualified than a general dentist and uses more advanced technology. And fifth, the dental office overlooked a small garden that, as Monika (the dental assistant that worked with me) told me, dr. Martino created herself in her spare time on weekends. I am really impressed, and honestly, touched, you don't see this kind of approach a lot. And to top it off, they gave me a $99 new patient special. They honestly should have charged me more for all the service they delivered, and I am definitely coming back to get some work done.

Top notch staff and service. I've never experienced a dental hygienist with such bedside manner- if you're a nervous dental type THIS is the place for you. And as for the dentist herself- I felt like she personally invested in me and my concerns and finding solutions. 100% would recommend. I truly can't sing enough praises. The front desk staff even changed the music in the office to suit my preferences.

Just started seeing Dr. Martino, and I'm obsessed! Everyone in this office is so kind and welcoming. I had a small chip on my tooth, and they were able to squeeze me in before a vacation to get it fixed. The office atmosphere is AMAZING. Would give 10 stars if I could!
