Dr. Grant Olson of Innovative Dental is passionate about giving people brighter and healthier smiles through the use of innovative techniques. Was nervous about some dental work, Dr. Grey made me feel comfortable and did a great job. The staff is always so nice and I got to sit in a massage chair and be cozy while waiting. 5 stars!

I've been coming to innovative dental for about 6 years now. And my review still stands the same! I've always been treated with respect here and they have made going to the dentist actually fun! Their modern technology makes getting your cavities and root canals done quick and efficiently. Their new building has a free coffee bar with cookies and there's also Massage chairs while you wait. I will never go to a different dentist!

It's was a very good experience. All my appointments were quick and they explained everything very clearly. My teeth also look amazing and I'm grateful for they're hard work!

I grew up in STL going to a family dentist that was incredible. In 25 years, I've never had a cavity or any problems with my teeth. I recently moved to Springfield and decided to try innovative. At my first appointment they took all the normal x rays and did a cleaning. They told me I had two cavities and potentially a third spot they wanted to monitor. So I made an appointment to fill the two. After the filling appointment was done, the front desk asked when I wanted to schedule to get the rest of them filled. I was confused by "the rest of them" and the front desk said I had FOUR MORE cavities that needed filling. This was never communicated to me by the dentist or hygienist. I was only told about the initial two. I found it super suspicious that I've never had a single cavity in my life and now I suddenly have 6??? So I decided to make the trip back to my dentist in St. Louis and have them give a second opinion. They didn't find any cavities and said that the fillings I did get looked poorly done and would likely need fixing sooner rather than later. Please avoid Innovative dental and the unnecessary dental work they recommend! Update: the owner called me shortly after posting my review. He apologized and explained that the front desk accidentally pulled up a patient with a similar name when going to schedule my next appointment, and that she was the one who had four cavities, not me. He seemed genuinely sorry, and I do believe it was an honest mistake. I appreciate the apology, but I'm still hesitant about returning to innovative.

I highly recommended Dr Grant Olson. He and his team are top notch. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to answer all your questions. The best part is that you get your crowns the same day. I was so impressed with this office. You will not be disappointed. I'm one very satisfied patient!

The team at Innovative Dental are all amazing!! Kelsey did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable and giving me the best (and pain-free) experience. I needed a veneer and Dr. Megan Westrich made it fit so well and look so natural. Thanks to Innovative Dental, I have confidence in my smile again! 10/10 recommend!!

The best dentist me and my fiance have ever been to. He has always been terrified of going to the dentist, but he actually doesn't mind going now. They give you any kind of coffee you want and are always friendly. I went there today to get new retainers, and they cut them SO precisely! 10/10 recommend.

The professionalism and welcoming energy within this dental practice is absolutely astounding! It has always been my experience that I feel welcomed and comfortable immediately. I have been going to innovative for the past year after a bad experience at another office (wouldn't let my daughter come in the room). I have absolutely loved it at innovative!! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, they welcome my daughter in the room and even bring her very own frozen hot chocolate as a treat! She absolutely loves it here and we have been so pleased great hygienists, assistants, and doctors all around!
