Jennifer Briggs is the New Patient Coordinator for Innovative Dental Implants. She has been in dentistry since 1996 and loves serving her patients. Jennifer can be described as the hometown girl as she drives here daily from Lima Ohio where she resides with her husband Tony and his son Michael. Jennifers patient expertise is making each person feel at home and comfortable with their dentistry and also their dental decisions. She uses an advocacy approach when finding ways to help people afford their dentistry. Jennifer is an expert in the field of Implantology and her competence in this area is very beneficial for patient education. When Jennifer is not at work or driving to work she enjoys her horses, helping her husband build their new home, camping, working with 4H kids, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
J.R. Cropper is the Certified Dental Technician at Innovative Dental Implants. J.R.s area of expertise in our practice is the fine craftsmanship and artistry that he puts in every crown or bridge he creates for us. John has a very keen eye for color and is often used during the patient examination in planning the perfect custom shade for that patients prosthesis. John is an avid runner and usually runs about 24 miles each week. He enjoys doing his own home improvement projects and helping others with theirs when needed. J.R. and his wife Ranie reside in Worthington Ohio with their two daughters Brenna and Sydney. As a family, they are very active at the Xenos Christian Fellowship, and they love being together at the various sports events in which the girls participate

Dr. Butler and his team are fantastic!! I walked in with horrible dentures and hardly any teeth on the bottom of my mouth. Today, I have a full set of beautiful teeth and can actually eat healthy crunchy food again . Along, with a beautiful smile. You need to stop looking for a dentist! Go see Dr. James Butler !! 12yr. old implant needed repair. Dr.butler did the original fitting.and successfully fixed it! and found I needed 2filling repairs due to age & wear..I am grateful for the extra time he took to fix this serious problem in just one visit. I have been under the dental care of James Butler, DMD for around 25+ years. He and his staff are are always professional and polite. Office environment is clean, attractive and relaxing. Front desk reception staff is genuine and friendly. Natalie the dental hygienist is awesome. Cleans teeth gently and thoroughly. Dr. Butler is always up to date on the most current dental best practices and explains completely why he is doing what he is doing with your dental health plan. My comfort during procedures and providing quality dental work and preventative treatment has always been his top priority. Over the years Dr Butler has done everything from bite adjustments, resin cavity repairs, caps, and even a dental implant. He is very good at what he does and so is his staff. I value and have trusted Innovative Dental Ideas and Dr James Butler with my dental health for 25+ years. I am very happy with the care My family and I have received. I am sure you will too.

Dr. Butler and his staff are quite amazing! I was nervous to get dental implants but trusted Dr. Butler and his expertise. I am so very glad I did!!! I absolutely love my implants and how they fit! My smile is everything I wanted it to be. I've had dentures for a really long time and I can tell you, this is the closest thing to having real teeth as you'll get! Kudos to Dr. Butler- if you need any type of dental work done and want to improve your smile - THIS is the place to go! Everyone in his office is pleasant and so nice to talk to. You won't have any regrets!

I've been going to Doctor Butler for 30+ years! He's treated my teeth for long term health! I've told him he's not allowed to retire! I'd never go to anyone else! Natalie is a very knowledgeable hygienist and always does a thorough job. I love them all!
