My oldest who is 15 had an absolutely terrible experience at his prior dentist. We came here(from Pennsylvania ) and the staff was amazing!!! Jen, Laurie and Dr. Blias were able to calm my 15 year old son down who was already terrified and completely consumed by anxiety when he went in. Not only did they address the problems, they put us on a treatment plan to help fix my son's issues! Staff was calm, nurturing and supportive of my son and my self. Highly recommended, worth the drive! Completely changed how my son feels about a dentist, because he was comfortable and actually in great hands!

This is the absolute best dental practice in the state of Maryland!!! The reason I still have my natural teeth is because of the superior dental skills of Dr. Paul Bylis and his amazing dental hygiene team. As a patient for over 14 years, I have not seen this level of competence, efficiency, consistency and professionalism in any dental or medical practice anywhere!! In all of my visits over the years, I don't remember ever having to wait more than one or two minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time to be seen.That fact alone is an anomaly in the medical profession. The icing on the cake is the way Dr. Paul Bylis and Dr. Elaine Bylis take the time to explain every detail of your dental health and treatment options in plain language and answer all of your questions with the honesty and integrity that simply blows you away. FIVE STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH!!!

I am a dentist myself and I specifically decided to come to Dr Bylis for my veneers and cosmetic dentistry and I couldnt be happier. Best decision that I have made in a long time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I would've liked for myself and my husband to be new patients at this location but after speaking with staff I noticed that they are never open they close before most people even get off of work and they're not open on the weekends and they are closed on Wednesdays so they really are not open long enough for people to make appointments or to be seen unless they lose a day of pay I think if they stay open until 5 o'clock at least some days and maybe be open on Saturdays for a couple of hours I think it might bring more business their hours for the office are not friendly for those that have careers and families

Finding this dental clinic has been a blessing. I've always had terrible luck in the past with dentist offices, which unfortunately led to damage at a young age. Dr Elaine not only made me feel comfortable, but went above and beyond in her work. For once in my life I am in love with how my teeth look, which I never thought I would be able to say. I've seen both Dr Paul and Elaine Bylis and they are both absolutely amazing; the entire staff are super friendly and sweet and make you actually look forward to going to your appointments.

I came to Dr. Bylis over a year ago for Invisalign and have since decided to come to them for all of my dental care. I had been seeing my prior dentist for about 10 years and never really had any complaints. I decided I wanted to look into Invisalign and found this office on Google. Dr. Elaine did a complete exam and found a few problem areas. I never took very good care of my teeth when I was younger and have quite a few fillings. Over the course of several months, Dr. Elaine replaced every single filling I had from my old dentist. For the first time in years I am no longer in pain. Prior to coming here I thought it was normal to have pain like that and thought everyone had it. I'm not being dramatic when I say they have changed my life. For the first time ever I am pain free and actually proud to show my smile. Dr. Elaine never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed, everyone in that office actually cares and wants to help you feel better. If you are on the fence about coming here, do yourself a favor and make the call. You won't regret it.

I've been a patient of Dr. Paul Bylis 25+ years. He is the best dentist and truly cares about his patients very much. I'd recommend him to anyone! The staff is very professional, kind, and welcoming. Kathy takes great care of my teeth cleaning twice a year. Karen has been with the practice since the beginning and is amazing! She will answer your questions and schedule your appointment that works best for you. Any dental or cosmetic need call the team at Bylis & Bylis the fantastic father/daughter team!

Where do I even start?!! I wanted to fix my smile sooo bad and just happened to stumble across the best office to do it! Dr. Elaine Bylis is AMAZING! Like AMAZING I've never been so comfortable in a dentist office before. She made me feel so relaxed with her gentle and kind spirit. My visit with her on Wednesday went better than I could have ever imagined. She definitely took her time and cared about how I was feeling throughout the whole procedure. Not to mention, we was jamming out to music from the early 2000's I have a few more procedures to go and I'm so excited I chose this office to help me complete my smile! I can't forget about her assistant Karin, who held my hand almost the whole time! This place is amazing and I will continue to go back for years to come. Thank you both so much for your time, patience, and caring hearts.

I knocked out 3 of my teeth Saturday night, and had a dental emergency. I was referred to Dr. Bylis by a friend, and she worked me in for an appointment first thing. I was horrified because I had braces for years, always wore my retainer, and focused on the whiteness of my teeth... and now I had no front teeth. Dr. Bylis was so understanding, positive, and helpful. She explained everything to me step by step. She went above and beyond! Overall, I ended up needing a root canal and 3 composite veneers. They look the exact same as my teeth did before, if not better. She matched the color, shape, and length. I cannot thank her enough for fixing this traumatizing event. I'm going back to her for all my dental needs, and recommending all my friends to her.

Dr. Elaine Bylis is amazing. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and explained thoroughly. With my past trauma with the care of my teeth, Dr. Bylis and her staff really went above and beyond. Not only does my smile reflect that, but I've decided to move to this practice for all my dental needs!! Only wish I could rate more than 5 stars!!

Dr. Elaine is a MUST-SEE! I have always hated going to the dentist, but now I look forward to it! My first experience with Dr. Elaine was a cosmetic case--I had a couple of teeth that had shifted over time that made me feel self-conscious. She planned out a super personalized smile design for me and hand layered veneers onto my existing teeth, allowing me to have the teeth I've always wanted in a matter of hours! She is meticulous and incredibly talented, while making the whole process fun! There is no better dentist around--go see Dr. Elaine!!!

I first heard of Dr Bylis when he came to my studio looking for portraits of his patients after he had finished various cosmetic and surgical treatments on them. Every one of his patients I photographed told me about how he transformed their lives by giving them their smile back. I needed some dental work around the same time, that like most people, I had been putting off, and Dr Bylis' friendly demeanor and presence, along with the raves from his patients gave me the confidence to call and make an appointment. His entire staff is a true reflection of who Dr Bylis is. Everyone is friendly, professional, and even after getting a tooth pulled, or getting a root canal, you feel the need to say thank you to all of them (whereas other dentists from my past made me want to run far and fast.. lol). I've been a patient of Dr Bylis for close to 10 years now, and having seen his daughter recently join the team and witnessing her dedication and professionalism equal to her father Paul's, I know I'll be in good hands for years to come, as long as I have teeth left... although if I have no teeth left, they could fix that too :) I can't recommend Dr Bylis' practice enough. I've referred many people over the years, and they've all had the same great experience.

Simply stated: This is an excellent dental practice. As a healthcare provider working in the field of TMJ pain, I have come in contact with an exceptional amount of dental practices. After years of formulating professional relationships with numerous dentists in Anne Arundel County, I specifically sought out the care Dr. Paul Bylis. He is an exceptional dentist with impeccable "chair-side" manner. Dr. Elaine Bylis was an outstanding addition to the practice and elevates the already high bar maintained by Innovative Dental Design. Because of this level of care, they became the personal dentists of both myself and my family. Additionally, the entire staff from front desk to hygienists are friendly, professional and accommodating. I recommend both Dr. Bylis' to any friend, colleague or patient in need of dental work.

Best experience you will ever get at a dentist office! Dr. Elaine Bylis is AMAZING. She absolutely makes my day even at 8:30am when I look a mess. Her and the other ladies in the office are so personable and lovely. I 100% recommended seeing Elaine Bylis to have a beautiful dentist experience. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Bylis for over 10 years and we could not ask for a better dental experience! Him and his entire staff are always pleasant and gentle. Recently I was in for a cleaning and mentioned I feel that I may grind and clench my teeth at night. Dr. Bylis fit me for a night guard and I have been using it about 2 weeks now. I don't think I could sleep without it now it has helped so much! If you are looking for a great dentist look no further then him and his daughter!
