Service is professional,; place is clean; needs, dos and don'ts are explained plain language but not dumbing down. Treatment plan documents are brilliant. Assistants are personable and courteous. Recommendation explained in neutral, no-sales pressure.

I love innovative Dental. Dr. Han is friendly, well mannered and easy to work with. I love his staff too! They are professional, accommodating, and hands down is the best in providing great customer service!

I went for deep cleaning at this clinic without any issues with my teeth and their doctors recommended filling on all sides for me for around 18 teeth throughout my whole mouth. After I got 8 teeth filled, I have been having major sensitivity issues in 2 of my teeth. It looks like the deep cleaning that I got done from this clinic has opened up all my gums and would require medication to close so that the sensitivity is reduced. My teeth were perfectly fine and I only went to this cilnic for deep cleaning, which along the fillings they did have now left my teeth in a worse condition than before I ever visited their clinic. I have showed my full mouth x-rays to multiple dentists after my visits here and it is clear that those many fillings were not NEEDED. This is a zero diversity clinic and these guys are running a business and not a public health service clinic. Because of their money-mindset, I am now suffering with sensitivity and pain with my teeth. They were hoping I would come back and pay them for more visits for the problems they created in my teeth but I've moved out of SF but am highly considering suing this clinic for their malpractices.

All of the staff there is very considerate ,professional and thorough.Outstanding attention to detail and needs of patient as well as details of treatment and success .I am confident and happy I chose Dr Alex Vilderman to be my Dental procedure specialist as well as all the Innovative Dental staff on my continuing treatment. This has been my dentist for about 6 years. Everyone, including the front desk staff is knowledgeable and upfront. They are very honest and the work that they do is great. Everything at this dentist is newer technology and they are fast and efficient

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! First time seeing the dentist was recommended for extreme surgery (getting a crown). Did not have a rapport with the dentist and was never seen before. I had NO PAIN prior to the crown and now i'm in extreme pain. I now don't have my original tooth AND I will have to get a root canal for what should've been a simple filling.

Dr. Kagen was so sweet and super gentle and careful while she was doing my fillings! Highly recommend going to her because she's super careful and so considerate!! She's the best dentist I have ever been to!!!
