Dr. Jess Haymore is continuing the tradition of providing trusted, quality dental care set by his father Dr. John Haymore, who was the first dentist in Oro Valley more than 30 years ago. Dr. Haymore's practice is an extension of family and community. His patients receive the finest care dentistry has to offer.
Dr. Haymore obtained his DDS degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2002, and has since established himself as a leading dental provider in Oro Valley. His extensive skills in the areas of restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry combined with his pleasant chairside manner and sense of humor makes him a favorite with patients of all ages.
Dr. Jess and his wife Tania are both Arizona natives. They have five children who are active in sports, dance, music and many other activites! Dr. Jess is actively involved in the Oro Valley community and church-based services. He has participatedin projects ranging from community service to organizing youth dances and manning aid-stations for El Tour de Tucson. An avid athlete himself, Dr. Jess enjoys playing soccer and participating in a variety of running and cycling events.
Dr. Peterson graduated from Temple University's Kornberg School of Dentistry in 2013, and has used the years since gaining extensive experience in comprehensive general dentistry for the entire family. His years working at Fine Arts Dental Lab prior to dental school gave him an amazing artistic ability to perfect the balance of aesthetics and function. This allows him to provide his patients beautiful restorations that can last. His commitment to professional excellence is evident daily to our entire team andeverypatient he treats. He ensures each patient is welcomed with sincerity, feels heard, understands the ideal treatment he is recommending and any options he or she may have. Then, provides dental treatment with exacting dental precision. Dr. Peterson simply knows the difference truly caring makes.
When he is not in the office, he and his beautiful wife and children enjoy their time together. The family is very involved in their church, and the children participate in many different sports and activities. As the youngest of eight, Dr. Peterson and his family always look forward to the fun times of memories made at family reunions every two years ... they are always on the go. If Dr. Peterson can find a spare minute, he also enjoys reading, cooking, and rock climbing.
Dr. Peterson has quickly become integrated into our practice. His daily investment in open communication, patient devotion, and a dedication to provide only his best, demonstrates that his patients and team are an extension of his family. Hello! I am Allison! I am a proud Tucson Native and have worked with Dr. Haymore for fifteen years. Dr. Haymore has built an incredible dental practice that projects compassion, skill, and innovation. Every time I get to come to work and care for my patients, I feel like I hit the jackpot! I am happily married for over twenty years to the love of my life, Michael. We have been blessed with a son (Michael) and a daughter (Anntonette). I enjoy serving in my church, and I do my best to follow the golden rule. Reading a great book, spoiling my dogs, cooking, four wheeling, and making people laugh and smile are some of my favorite things to do!
We have been able to have Rebecca with our Innovation Dental family since 2010. She has been a hygienist for over eleven years and graduated from Grand Rapids Community College in Michigan where she was born and raised. Rebecca loves spending time with her son, traveling, hiking, and socializing with her friends. We are thrilled she made the decision to leave the snow country for our Arizona sunshine!
Gailhas been a Dental Assistant for over 22 years and has been with Innovation Dental and Dr. Haymore since August 2015. Gail graduated from the White Mountain School of Dental Assisting andis married with 3 children and 3 grandchildren! She enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family. Gail also volunteers with the non-profit AWANA, and has been doing so for the last 15 years.
Crystal has been a dental assistant for over 8 years and joined Innovation Dental in September 2015. Crystal graduated from Pima Medical Institute and was born and raised here in Arizona. She enjoys watching and playing basketball and football, and traveling abroad with her husband!
My name is Nicole and I have been a dental hygienist in the northwest community for over nine years. I was very excited when a position came available at Innovation Dental as it was the kind of practice I was seeking due to their great reputation for patient care, the best dentists, and their caring team. I am terrified of the dentist 4 good reason so having a place I can trust is #1 for this gal. Knowing you're in a safe, reliable and professional practice makes the fear of going under and dental work a little easier to bear. Great work!

Very good service, friendly staff. clean environment. No complaints. Unfortunately we had a falling out with Dr. Peter's. My wife had to have emergency dental work while in Mexico. When we returned home my wife needed a very minor adjustment and he refused to do it and told her to go back to Mexico. She went to another dentist and problem fixed in 2 minutes. I talked to the owner of Innovation and apparently Dr Peters gave him a lame excuse for not correcting the problem. We won't be back and are now seeing another dentist. After all it was Dr Peter's that refused us service so we no longer will obtain service from him. So what Dr. Peter's is really telling us if he doesn't work on your teeth. You need to go back to your previous dentist!

Found the staff very friendly from the moment I walked in the door, while they showed me to the treatment room, the discussions with Dr. Peterson and staff, and walking through my treatment plan. Very nice, respectful, courteous staff. I highly recommend.

Everyone is so nice! Rebecca's my hygienist is so gentle & thorough! The dentist SM Peterson never seems rushed & seems focused on only the patient. A very rare find these days. I felt completely safe & protected while I got my teeth cleaned during this Pandemic. Everyone is keeping you safe from the moment you walk in until you walk back out. No need to cancel your cleaning appointment.

Dr. Haymore and his staff are very polite and professional. The dentist is a stressful place for alot of people but here they go out of their way to communicate what they are doing and be as gentle as they can. They do throughout and high quality work. Definitely recommend!
