At Innovation Dental Center, we welcome new patients to our state-of-the-art facility. Your first visit to our office is important to establish a foundation for our relationship with you and give you a chance to become better acquainted with our practice. Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the forms, filling them out at home, and handing them into our office staff upon arrival.
Your first visit to our office will familiarize you with our practice and the services we offer. We will carefully review your medical and dental histories, then conduct a comprehensive exam of your oral health to determine if you will require any treatment.

We strive to provide dental health care vs. disease care; thats why we focus on thorough exams checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking X-rays when necessary. We know that routine cleanings, flossing, sealants, and fluoride are all helpful in preventing dental disease. Dr. Truesdale is the BEST dentist I have ever been to. Kind and incredibly knowledgeable. Squeezed me in for repeated emergency appts. Saved me from terrible pain. Staff is welcoming and patient. I am so grateful for all of them. Prices were great too.

This was my first time at Innovation Dental and I am absolutely blown away! Dr. Trousdale was amazing and everyone in the office was so sweet and professional. Dr. Trousdale really took her time to evaluate my teeth, potential problems, and gave me the best teeth cleaning I've ever had. I would recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore area! Definitely my new permanent dentist!

Today was my first visit with Dr. Truesdale, she came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. I've had the same family dentist for several years, and they are a very pleasant group of people. But I can not say that I've ever had an experience like today. I truly appreciate the time she took at the end of the appointment to educate me on my personal oral health. Answering every question and making sure I understood everything before I left. I think I've found our new dental home.

Dr. Truesdale is great and has taken care of me for multiple different situations however I don't feel like my concerns are ever truly considered. There is always some type of disconnect between her and the administrative people in her office.....Messages not being passed along, calls not being made, appointments not being mad, etc. etc.....She's a great BLACK DENTIST however that administrative team, complete trash. Smh. Also, make sure your insurance is accepted as well as the prices of things are clear before getting any work done (I've had multiple issues with that too). Do what you want with this info.

If you choose Innovation Dental as your primary dental practice, I implore you to be patient and allow them to get the most accurate estimate or authorization for services. If you sign off on an estimate, these folks will nickle and dime you!!!! Be sure that they communicate with you and are concise in reference to options that you may have. This office is full of well mannered and kind professionals that create a warm environment, but their billing practices will leave you feeling robbed!!!!! Furthermore, you will be stuck in a blame game between them and your insurance company. I'm so frustrated with this place, that at this point, I don't want any business with them ever again. I actually liked this practice.

The doctor is the best staff are great..my son will only go to her so i travel a little ways but its worth it as i have tried other dentist in the past and it caused him so much anxiety ..i believe when i leave the state i will have to travel back for our dentist appointment's
