I have SEVERE anxiety so coming to the dentist isn't fun for me. HOWEVER the doctor and staff here are completely amazing! They always ease my nerves and keep me calm. The doctor is amazing. She's patient and makes sure I never feel anything!!!! I highly recommend if you need work done to come here!

This place is amazing. Me and my kids have been to this place.Excellent staff , especially Dr. Kandimalla . She is very friendly, professional, caring and highly skilled. I am very impressed and would recommend the clinic to everyone.

A really great experience to be honest I'm a big chicken when it comes to needles and they were super gentle and took their time will always 10/10 reccomend and be back for all my dental needs

Great visit today. However, if you did your due diligence as I did beforehand, then you already knew that. Any doctor who will replace a temporary crown on a Saturday evening(6 pm extenuating circumstances) automatically gets five stars in my book.

This place is amazing! I went due to a bad wisdom tooth which was causing me a lot of pain. The Dr took her time and got it out! Two weeks later I told her I was so grateful that she removed it. I'd been searching for a good dentist who would do it because I couldn't afford an oral surgeon. I will definitely be sticking with this dentist from now on!

Dr. Kalpana was the epitome of Professionalism, gentle is an understatement; as I'm Dental-Phobic anyways, I was extremely happy as I left the office; furthermore, Natalie , & Victoria made it even better!! Highly recommend !

Last year, I started my "health" journey and really wanted to start taking care of my teeth (after an embarrassing number of years of neglect). I saw a recommendation on Facebook about this place and decided to check them out. The facility is very calming and clean. The staff is super nice and makes sure you're doing ok. Dr. Kandimallah is great! She goes over your treatment plan and let's you decide what course you want to take. She also lets you know beforehand how much everything will cost. She's very gentle and also makes sure you're ok during the treatment. Everyone is just super nice and makes everything "less scary". Definitely recommend this place!! If you're ready for your "health" journey, come see them!

My son and Myself have both been to the clinic. Our experience at the clinic was fantastic. We only have great things to say about Dr. Kandimalla. Our two and half year old son had a few cavities and we were nervous about how he would react. Dr. Kalpana Kandimalla made sure he was comfortable and his experience was great. She was very patient with him and spent more time to make sure his experience was great. Before we saw Dr. Kandimalla, we visited two other dentists. They said he had to undergo full body anesthesia instead of local anesthesia like for a surgery for taking care of cavities as he had a few l. We didn't like the idea of full body anesthesia and when we visited Dr. Kandimalla, she was very kind to first see if my son would be receptive if we treat one or two in each sitting and consider the full body anesthesia only as a second option. Glad he felt very comfortable like at home and we didnt have to consider second option. The best part is that the price from my pocket was 1/4 to 1/5 of what the other dentists suggested !!!. And for my dental work, it needed a long 2.5 hours of work and she was very patient through out the process without a tinge of tiresomeness. Also the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We are very happy and would recommend to everyone.

I don't even know where to begin. I've always had bad teeth and part of the reason I don't like go to the Dentist is because most dentists are very brutal. I recommend Innova family dental to everyone Dr. K is absolutely the most wonderful Dentist I have ever met and been treated by in my life. Last weekend I had a filing come out and my nerve with semi exposed . I was in an incredible amount of pain. I called around my area to about 10 different dentists all of them were too busy to see me.(please bear in mind I know it's the end of the year and everyone is using their leftover insurance benefits) when I called Innova dental and I explained how much pain I was in the receptionist spoke with the Doctor who personally texted me to find out about my condition. Even though her schedule was full she found room for me at the end of the day she brought me in her office gave me a quick exam and some medication to mitigate the pain and relieve the infection she then gave me an appointment two days later for a root canal. The morning of the root canal I was petrified I've heard horror stories on the amount of pain I would be experiencing. I went into see the doctor explained how nervous I was. Her assistant Victoria brought me in the back and did everything she could to make me feel at home. They took the time to explain to me the procedure and demonstrated that they had all the latest technology to keep me as comfortable as possible during the procedureDr. K treated me with kid gloves she took her time and although the root canal lasted longer than what I expected I experienced almost no pain. (I say almost no pain because the procedure lasted almost 4 hours and about midway through ,the Novocain was starting to wear off. When I informed the doctor she quickly gave me another Novacaine injection which mitigated my pain perfectly) So to all you people out there who are like me in afraid to go to the dentist this is one dentist you should try ,she'll take care of you like family!!!!! Thanks thanks again Dr. K and thank you again Victoria you guys did an absolutely outstanding job for me.

Dr. Kandimalla Is very good in what she does, very pleasant, kind and accommodating! And her staff are very nice too just like their Boss! I highly recommend her!

Omg from the moment i walked in i was greeted with the best energy ever ... smiles and a warm welcomes .. offered water and all . It was a comfy experience from beginning to end .. my dentist explained everything in detail and showed me as well .. she is not in it for the money . She truly cares and Will take the time needed to make sure your mouth health and smile will be great .. she has been the only dentist that has gave me step by step details on what's going on with my teeth and why .. .. and it's beautiful inside and warm .. i will tell everyone in the Bolingbrook/ Naperville/ Plainfield area to check it out .

Dr. Kandimalla is absolutely amazing! Along with her staff, they offer kind and compassionate care. She always takes my concerns into consideration, taking time to listen to me. Her work is quick, effective and I typically experience no pain. They work with my family and me well and I am so grateful to have her as my dentist.

Amazing place to go. I didn't visit any dentist for the past 14 years because I had a terrible experience with my first teeth cleaning in Chicago. I was referred to Dr.Kalpana by my friend and thought of giving it a try. It was a breeze through with Dr.Kalpana. She explains everything and very pleasant to talk to.

Innova Dental is great ! My first time going was last week for a deep cleaning. I was a bit nervous because I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS ! I appreciate everything about this place and their services. I love that the women are running the show, i love the decor it brings me peace, I love the extremely clean office, I love the friendly staff, and I love the informative staff I highly recommend this place for my dental needs Ps it doesn't give me boring dentist office vibes
