This experience was very easy with AMAZING staff who explained everything step by step. It's the most comfortable I've felt in a dentist office in a very long time. I'm looking for to starting my treatment plan.

The doctors and staff were terrific during my visit. I called in for emergency dental treatment and the receptionist was so kind to fit me in to the morning schedule. The dental assistant made me feel comfortable as I have high anxiety at the dentist. The dentist was also great and listened to my needs. I am grateful for the care I received today. Thank you!

Long overdue teeth cleaning! I hadn't gotten around to finding a dentist after moving to Baltimore eight years ago. Great first experienced in a clean/new office with: easy scheduling, thorough cleaning/examination, and friendly staff. *Update, this is still an excellent place. Just had my 1st cleaning since the pandemic shutdown. Delighted to see the same friendly staff and appreciate the thorough cleaning & checkup. *Update, still an excellent place for thorough teeth cleaning and looking forward to seeing Dr. Lee again!

I always have a good experience from the Front Desk with Peggy, to my Hygienist (Mary, she is the absolute best). Mary has a wonderful bedside manner, she is professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in her cleaning technique. I am just getting to know Dr. Merritt and she demonstrates the same attention to detail and precision as Dr. Querida and I couldn't be more happy. 8-25-2022 This is post pandemic and I had my routine cleaning today. So many changes have occurred from the doctors to the staff. It was quite a shock. It's unfortunate, but if Mary leaves the practice, so will I.

I took off work to get a cleaning. By me being a new patient they asked what my insurance is over the phone. I told them. They called to confirm my appointment then I told them again. I get there just to be told they don't take my insurance. Like what? I told the receptionist twice the name of my insurance. I'm kind of glad they couldn't take me because why will I trust a company to clean my teeth if they don't even know what insurance they take.

I use to be afraid of the dentist office until I found this office. They are extremely friendly and go over everything in great detail. They have even treated a few of my coworkers. I love this place

Mary, the technician was thorough, engaged and has excellent customer service skills. The ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming. A wonderful first visit. It is July 21, 2022 and I had another visit today. Mary Pomykala continues to be awesome. She is the reason I'm going to get veneers, I hope she get a bonus because of this.

Great dentist new to the practice : Dr Fridie !! Outstanding communication skills. Shared good preventative care ideas, so necessary for middle aged patients determined to keep our original teeth. 5 Stars !!
