My root canal experience was very positive. Dr. Silvestrin and Patty(i) were kind and patient. My appointment was kept right on schedule and the procedure and any follow up were thoroughly explained. I had a moment of panic (just my own slight anxiety) and I was given a break and a moment to breath and collect myself before finishing. I recommend this office.

I had a great root canal experience here, Dr. Silvestrin (sp?) and Patti and the whole office were so very nice and helpful. I had a root canal, the experience was pretty painless, and I found the Dr. to be very gentle and caring. Patti was great too and helped me to get through it. Dr. Silvestrin and Patti took the extra time to answer all my questions, they even offered to stay late on a Friday evening to do a second tooth which I thought was amazing. My mother had a root canal here 3 weeks ago and she had a great experience too. Also, Betsy at the front desk was amazing and so great to deal with, she stayed on hold with my insurance for over two hours patiently waiting to get my insurance approval. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

February 2019: Highly recommend. I was extremely nervous about my appointment to have a lower back molar extracted because my spinal injury was going to prevent me lying back in the table. However, dentist Dr. Mark Conover was able to make me comfortable by allowing me to sit up with a cushion behind my back. He was very professional, kind - and funny, which brought my anxiety blood pressure down to near normality. I was surprised: he had the offending tooth out in a jiffy. Dr. Conover was ably assisted by Nurse Terry who was sweet and as soothing as could be! Front Office staff Chris, Jen and Giselle made sure everything ran smoothly. UPDATE: March 2021: had to return to have all but 4 of my teeth extracted. Due to medical reasons I had to stay awake: however I had complete faith in Dr. Conover, who once again, put me in a comfortable reclining position. He then calmly talked to me as I went through the extractions and stitching process. I didn't think I could go thorough with it all in one sitting, but I did with no problem - thanks Dr. Conover! Healed well and happy with my new dentures from Inland Dental Center.

I have been seeing the periodontal hygienist for two or three years now and never had a problem until now. This morning I went to my appointment and she began to express her political views and her views on mask wearing. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I found this inappropriate due to the divisive climate our country is experiencing and the ongoing pandemic. It's stressful enough being in a dental office with COVID cases on the rise but when the professional with their hands in your mouth informs you of her opposition to mask wearing, it's unsettling. These topics have no place in this setting.

Be prepared to cough up $300 for the privilege of sitting down in their chair. Went in for denture repair that I have paid $50 for in the past. I was told there would be no additional cost but just the repair. I was given an exam, X-ray, and then they tried to sell me dental insurance even though my mouth had all implants. Fortunately, I spoke up and ended up leaving without getting denture repair. Be on alert if you choose to use their services.

I was seen earlier this year 2019 and was charged a $40 co payment - which I later found out I had a zero copayment on. I called the office to discuss my refund, after they were RUDE to me and called my ins carrier to make sure that was the case they assured me they would give me the $40 back that was owed to me. I even provided my CC number so they could refund back the $, the last time I provided this info was on 7/26/19. It is now 8/14/19 & I have yet to see the funds back in my account. They are rude and unprofessional and I don't recommend them.
