After putting up with the disappointing results for two years I broke free and found a new dentist. I had complained that the anchor tooth for my new bridge was hurting. The dentist at IDC became very unpleasant and told me that the bridge was perfect, where he graduated from and sent me home. I left for the last time. My new dentist had to do a root canal on my anchor tooth because the bridge was not fit prolly and the actor tooth was hitting way too early causing the pain. IDC is "assembly line dentistry" at its worst. Safe yourself the pain and look elsewhere!

Wow this place is awesome and the staff was very polite and friendly. That was the first impression, then I get to the back and dental assistant Junior is such a people person and he made me feel so welcome and he has a bag of jokes to comfort you LOL. But it didn't stop there the one that was supposed to be the big bad wolf in my eyes was the doctor he was such a gentle soul Dr. Bruny is awesome and has a calm spirit to keep you at peace. This was my first time but it won't be the last definitely my new dental office from here on out. I'm excited and pleased with S.B IDC TEAM THANKS

Dr is GREAT friendly, professional and too , my complaint is with the front office, when I went to billing they wanted me to pay "miscellaneous fees" that other providers never charged ever.. BUT my insurance co in their contract with the DDS says that there is a cap on what they can charge. So I Canceled all further appointments and reported them to my insurance. Provider removed and investigation started. Nope, no way..

Wasted $200 on a CT scan because staff member lacked skill or knowledge to set machine properly, to take proper pic.

Me and my husband have been going here for over 25 years we are currently looking for a new dentist. This office is horrible customer svc, only cares about upselling. Nothing like Dr Boyd. Save your money and go elsewhere. They show time and time again how they don't care about their customers just wanted to add this office is on Vanderbilt way.. horrible!!

My husband and I left Inland Dental about 7 years ago after going there for over 15 years. They were okay when they were located on Inland Center Drive, but started showing signs of complete rudeness, additional and unnecessary billing charges, and an uncaring attitude from all staff. (the dentists were okay). Then they moved to Vanderbilt Way and it went from bad to worse. They never take you in on time (at least up to an hour wait), the receptionists are not the most friendly (they are actually quite rude) and one of them thinks she's 'all that' (her name is mentioned in another's post), and most importantly, the receptionists will add on charges for work that wasn't done (it happened to both me and my husband on separate appointment dates). They also add on charges for their 'other' stuff. If you choose to go to this dental office because you've read a few 4-5 star reviews, at least make sure you double-check the billing charges the receptionists give you because they will definitely add on additional charges. Most patients don't check their billing charges because they rely on the honesty and accuracy of their insurance and IDC. Unfortunately, IDC will cheat you. Check your billing charges before you check out.

My experience with them was very good and Taylor at the front desk was amazing, since I was a first time patient I needed to fill out the forms but was seen right away and the staff was very friendly! Was in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dental office!

I LOVE MY NEW DENTIST! Childhood experiences kept me out of dental offices for over a decade, until I was finally in enough pain I couldn't take it anymore. Thankfully I found Inland Dental Center, explained my situation to Karen at the front and she immediately recommended Dr. Vaca. Dr. Vaca has been fantastic every step of the way; patient, gentle, understanding, and skilled. In total I had 9 teeth extracted, 2 crowns and a partial denture built and I really don't think there's anything Dr. Vaca or anyone else could have done to make it a better process. Entire staff is great; friendly and assistants are gentle/patient. Taylor always welcomes with a smile at the front, and half the girls stopped me to see my new smile on my way out. I really wanted to hug everyone! This will be my home office from now on, and recommend everyone I care about to see Dr. Vaca. Their specialty wing needs some help administratively though, as some other reviews noted the office manager I think she is, is quite rude and really shouldn't be allowed to talk to patients. The surgical staff was great as well though, they were able to remove HIGHLY problematic teeth with minimal additional healing time. In short, if you're hesitant about the dentist, SEE DR. VACA!!

The first dentist evaluates you. They give you a break down. I paid 150 only for the evaluation and x rays. Then, they send me to the other side with 3 specialists and each one charges 100 bucks just to look over my x rays and teeth again....they call it consultation fees. Overall, I'll pay out of pocket 450 bucks and they haven't even done any work on my teeth! This is a rip off!

They basically do not care how much pain they inflict by not using the right medications or the right amount even though they changed.then they all cover up and won't admit to nothing even when you complain especially Liza P. (I RECOMMEND TO SAY AWAY)

When I made the appointment I asked them how much I had to pay they told me nothing that the insurance covered everything then they send me to do a filling on the other side and until the end they tell me they are 150 dollars they are supposed to notify me first to know if one can pay or not .. nothing peofesinal I never go back!
