The office staff is not friendly or helpful. Wait time is crazy. Hygienists and dentists are fine. They make you sign a document when you're waiting in the dentist chair, which seems strange. After your appointment they sit you in a tiny room. They told me that my insurance didn't cover things that I KNOW my insurance covers. "Oh, we'll look into that." This happened MULTIPLE times. Then they didn't call me back for weeks. Goodbye Inland Dental. I don't know exactly what it is, but something isn't right about this place.

Got my braces off after two years and this is the best ortho to come to! They were always so helpful and kind! I will recommend this place to everyone I know! My teeth look amazing!

My experience at Inland Dental was superb, the atmosphere was inviting, clean, and everyone was genuinely friendly. The office personnel was immensely professional, courteous, and informative, especially Dr. Patel, Rena the hygienist, and Melissa (Thank you for introducing me to this office)!

Dentist pulled down his mask while discussing my treatment. Two days later, tested positive for Covid. I have spent the last two years masking and had THREE vaccinates Two days after visit, positive. Had not interacted with people since Dec 25. I am ok as a 74 yo, but am leaving this office. I have been director of 3 medical device companies. Shame on your delinquent practices I have never seen such disregard for minimum safety to patients

I came here because my tooth needed a root canal...the service was awesome the procedure was quick and basically painless...Not sure why others only give one stars..

Before choosing this dentist make sure you know what your insurance does and doesn't cover. This dental office will try and make a $35 cleaning a $700 cleaning if you are not careful. Their billers are trained to tell half truths, lie, and push unscientificly proven procedures your insurance doesn't cover to get more money. I have had it happen to myself multiple times. Don't let this office fool you, they are not disorganized. They are 100% shysters. Also note I didn't even want to give them one star.

February 2021: I am wheelchair bound and was very pleased with the care , consideration and excellent treatment I received. Barbie (X-rays) was kind, considerate and efficient. UPDATE:August 2021: Dolly (technician) was equally all those things: first dentures ever and she made sure they fitted perfectly and a good color match. Thanks ladies.

I had a dental emergency the day before we were leaving on vacation I called after hours and spoke with Cindy who was able to secure an appointment for me the following morning. I was out in an hour without too much delay to our vacation. I can't say enough good things about this customer service I experienced. Thank you Cindy and Dr. Cast.

They couldn't save a cracked tooth. Had to come back days later for extraction. Was in pain for 3 days. Got invisalign, complained of pain on the other side of my mouth, was told it was because of the teeth straightening. I actually had an infection. Probably the worst dental service I've ever had
