This dental office was referred to me by a friend. They did take insurance from SCAN. First visit I was told about some things that they needed to be referred. After calling my former dentist I was told that I didn't have the things they wanted to send me out for. Charged me 80 dollars for the visit. I only wanted my teeth cleaned. When I finally got an appointment I was asked to sign forms for some laser treatment. I was NEVER told that it was not covered under my insurance. The cost was 230 dollars for half of my mouth. I was very upset that I was charged this amount. On second visit I told them only wanted my teeth cleaned. Once again I told them I was NEVER told of the fee. I was directly told before I left that the remaining fee was waived and my account would be zero. Got two invoices from them for overdue payment..Called to inquire about the bill and all of a sudden they had selective memory about waiving the remaining fee. Said I signed forms so I owed it. Will be looking for a new dentist. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU ARE INFORMED WHAT THE PROCEDURE IS AND HOW MUCH IT COSTS. I think they are very money oriented.

My family has been seen by IDC for over 10 years. Dentists are great and supporting staff are the same. Big shout out to Rahema one of the dental assistants. She has the softest most gentle hands. You can see she loves her job. I am never worried about my dental procedure as long as she is assisting that day. Dr Karin is amazing. She takes the time to listen and understand patient needs. Another caring, gentle and competent professional. Thank you all for taking your job seriously.

Absolutely unbelievable! This dental office is very unprofessional when it comes to collecting payments. I have never been to a dentist office that advises of amounts not collected due to "human error". Let me explain, I had a procedure done and was charged the exact amount that I was quoted. My payment was collected, as I am one who makes sure that my account is paid in full. At a later visit, I was then advised that I had a balance due. This surprised me of course because I was told initially that my account was up to par in regards to payment. When I asked a lady there named Sharon as to why this was not addressed to me at my initial visit, she stated, "Well, you know that thing called human error, this is what happened." No way! That did not sit well with me. Most dentist organizations I have went to do not operate like this! Whenever I have been told that I was due to pay a certain amount, that was the ONLY amount due AND collected. Aside from Sharon's rudeness, the incompetence of collecting correct amounts is what drove me to cancel the accounts of both myself and my son. As the consumer, PLEASE reach out to your dental insurance first before proceeding with any procedure from this office!! It is best that you go in with prior knowledge of what you are to pay versus what your insurance will cover. Unfortunately, Inland Dental Center needs to pick up the slack in relaying such information to the patient. My advice: go somewhere else and save yourself a headache!

Painless Dentistry! My family and I have been coming to Inland Dental for 20 years. I recently had an implant installed. Dr. Murray did the procedure. He said I would be sore and have some pain from the drilling. I never had to take my pain meds as there was literally no pain at all. The day following the procedure Dr. Murray called to check on me. Amazing care and customer service. Trust your family to Inland Dental.

Absolutely Unprofessional. Orthro Staff is extremely unorganized. Said we were all caught up on payments then get a Call about $400? even though we ask about billing and pay after every appointment. The Head Lady Robin called herself "The Mouth piece" and that the doctor has No say she does Ultimately. Very Unprofessional coming from "The boss". I feel extremely uncomfortable as a Young Adult coming in this office, they make me feel like a child and very less than them. the hygienist and Doctors are very nice, but the front ladies and Boss need some work. Do better, I'll pray for this business to be more at peace with patients and actually want to help instead of getting a paycheck.

Receptionists have attitudes and are very rude. Treatment coordinator tries to over charge what your plan covers. Advice! call your plan before you pay.

Inland Dental Center provides the best care. As soon as you come into the office, you are greeted and instructed on what paperwork needs to be completed. I had the opportunity to be seen by Michael Evanovich(dental hygienist) who provide the best care twice. He has so much patience, talked me through everything, and didn't rush the procress. I always been anxious at the dentist. Today was my first time feeling reassure, comfortable, and limited pain. Normallly im kicking, screaming, and crying ready to run out. I had a few moments where I jumped but nothing like before. I ended the visit with the lovely ladies up front who reminded me of my appointment and took payments. Thank you Inland Dental Center for great customer support and Thank You Michael for your kindness, professionalism, and walking me through each step.

Our family has been treated for many years now at IDC. So far, we have no complaints. Yesterday, I went for a check up and cleaning. I was called promptly at the time scheduled, which was an awesome experience, since many businesses have a difficult time honoring scheduled appointments. Anyway, I would recommend anyone to IDC.

Available when I have urgent needs. Highly qualified doctors, hygienists, and staff. Everyone is so friendly. All of their services, including the crowns that I needed, are absolutely the best. A second office of theirs in San Bernardino takes care of my more elaborate needs. I had tissue grafts done to repair receding gums. Expertly done, no pain, looks great, and keeps my gums healthy. Their San Bernardino office office is just as excellent as the Highland office where I get my primary work done. And, I'm not being referred to an unknown office when I have other needs like a periodontist.
