I was going to be New patient at this place. Appointment 1pm Checked in 12:55pm It wasn't crowed and another new patient checked in 1:10 for 1:00pm appointment too He was called in first After 50 mins gone by no one acknowledged me So I decided to leave Left 1:45pm Not a recomendable place to go ..... smh

DONOT AND I MEAN DO OT GO TO THIS DENTIST. They are nasty and rude. Treat black people like TRASH. They accused me of having a GUN! Racial profiled me. Declined my service because I didn't take their offer they were trying to sell which was a laser for the deep clean which is not covered by my insurance it clear their trying to make a side dollar. The place is gross dirty looking nasty brown and dusty. Unsanitary environment I had to ask if they cleaned their dental supplies before they did the X-rays. The manager is DISGUSTING, nasty Hispanic woman . Save yourself time and go to another office one that's clean professional and worth the experience. This ain't that!

I had a great experience at this dental office. I would recommend Dr.Park. He is very professional and communicative regarding treatment. Plus It is clear that he cares about his patients.

The 5 star is specifically for Jeannette and Dr.Nicole. I generally am happy with them and their service. They treated me with kindness and helped me better understand what services I was receiving during my visit. Marlene was also very kind at the front desk.Thank you very much

Dr. Parks is the greatest dentist I know in STATE of California! Yes! the STATE. I've follow him from UCLA Dental where he did my braces. He has done a phenomenal not only on my teeth but my wife's teeth as well. Amazing customer service! If you go here ask for Dr. K Parks, if you want a guaranteed high quality job done! I am the happiest customer alive!!!

Dr. Park is the best, and the staff is always so nice and helpful. Everyone knows their job, and they work together as a team. Always good vibes every visit for a year now. Lily, Jeannette, and Joana are sweethearts and super friendly.

This review is about the orthdo side. As an orthodontist office they have waaaay to many patients and not enough staff to meet their high patient number. They are usually booked 3 months out, so if you have to reschedule you will have to wait 3 months. The wait time for an appointment is long 45mins to an hour. The lady's at the front desk have very little patience and can be quick to catch an attitude. The amount of times I have seen patients get loud/ go off on staff is ridiculous, but when you are rude and have long wait times what would you expect. People's lives shouldn't have to be inconvenienced because the office accepts too many patients. If you get to your appt on time you should be seen on time. Some of the dental assistants are great others are terrible. It's a 50/50 shot. However the actual orthodontist is so kind. He actually talks to you and treats you like a person. A little Kindness and respect to a long way. The three stars are because of the orthodontist. Without him this place would be a solid one star.

I've been going here for a year now. The Dentist and Dental Assistants are friendly and professional. However, the this places is constantly OVERBOOKED! Wait time is anywhere from 45-80 mins on avereage!!! Plus the THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS CONSTANTLY messing up appointments times, blaming patients, and almost always have a poor attitude!!! I will no longer be referring anyone here because everyone I do reffer says the same thing!!!! Plus the front office staff dress like unprofessional with revealing clothing often!!! Im done!!!

I just got my bridge and ITS AHMAZING!!! It is worth every penny!!! I look like my old self again and I want to thank DR.Ash and Dr.new and Dianne , Suzie, jasmine EVERYONE they all played a role and I am forever grateful Thanks team!!!!!

This dental office was so neat and clean. They offer snacks and drinks while you wait. There was no long wait time. The Dentist was amazing! Cleo at the front desk is such a sweet heart! She explained everything and comforted me through my experience there. I had to get a tooth pulled and it was done quickly and smoothly by the experienced Dentist. Definitely will make this my new dental care home.

Horrible place, i got my braces done here, I paid for my braces finish my treatment and told the doctor I didn't like the way my front tooth's looked I make my complaint and they told me I needed to pay another 3k and start my treatment all over again for a mistake THEY make, and if I wanted to take out my braces I was gonna have to paid $150 like whatttt? Horrible horrible place don't come here if you want a serious and good place for your braces please look somewhere else they only care about your money not you!! I already make my complaint to the dental board and I suggest you to do the same thing, let's take this people out of bussines, thief not dentist in my opinion.

The best place to go for full service dental needs. Susie was warm and welcoming from the start of my treatments, until the very end. This is a great place for adults and children who are in need or orthodontic or general dental work, also very affordable.
