My whole experience at Infinity Dentistry was amazing. If you fear dental work, look no further. The entire staff put me at ease and Dr. Prouty is the kindest Dr. I have ever met. I can't sing his praises enough.

Staff are very caring. All staff I interacted with listened to my questions and concerns. Worked hard at seeing to my comfort. My dental issues were all taken care during my one visit. Staff DID NOT "open the door" and sent me on my way, I was escorted and assisted to my car by a nurse. My post visit instructions were clearly and verbally gone over and printed out and easy to follow.

I will happily travel the 3 hours it takes me to get here anytime it is necessary to have dental work done. The doctors and nurses actually LISTENED to me concerning what happens within my body when it comes to anesthesia and dental work. They were able to make necessary accommodations to place the IV in a spot that I know works best. The anesthesiologist didn't treat me as if I have no idea what is or isn't best for me concerning the medications used for sedation and such. Dr. Prouty explained some things to me that I had no knowledge of prior to my visit. I love to learn and appreciate everyone who helped today. From the receptionist to the medical staff- Thank you all for providing me with an amazing experience. [Something as simple as LISTENING and not treating me as if I'm an idiot (common decency!) is SO rare!!] You are all VERY appreciated! :)
