Jared Van Ittersum, D.D.S., a Spring Lake native, has been practicing dentistry for the past twelve years while also founding and co-owning Infinity Dental, a private collection of offices throughout West Michigan.
Dr. Van Ittersum attended Jeffers Elementary and Spring Lake High School before graduating in the top 5% of his class from the University of Michigan in 2008. He and his brother, Dr. Jason Van Ittersum, the areas top dermatologist, are dedicated to providing the best medical care and attention to their city. Surgical implant implantation, Cerec CADCAM same-day crowns, and digital Invisalign are among Dr. Jareds specialties. Hes noted for his kind demeanor and gentle chair-side demeanor.
Dr. Jared is a best-selling author and national dental speaker who has mentored and taught high-end dental techniques to dentists in our area for the past ten years. He is thrilled to contribute his passion for providing a positive patient experience to the office. Dr. Van Ittersum lives in Spring Lake with his wife, Daisy, and his three children, Ariana, Leilani, and Jared Jr., who all attend Spring Lake schools. When hes not working as a top dentist in West Michigan, youll find him enjoying the outdoors and the lakes with his family.
Dr. Elias Achey, D.M.D. has been practicing dentistry for fourteen years and co-founded Infinity Dental with Dr. Jared Van Ittersum. Elias pioneered the Comprehensive Health Dentistry model inside Infinity Dentals sites as a leader in the organization, stressing the oral-systemic relationship and pioneering total health and wellbeing for everybody.
Dr. Achey is a California native who graduated in the top 5% of his class from the University of Alabama in 2006. Dr. Elias is a cosmetic dentist who also practices CADCAM dentistry. His cheery and lively attitude, as well as his love for health and wellbeing, have made him well-known. He is a Henry Schein Dental Business Institute faculty member and a Key Opinion Leader for the multinational firm Sirona for CAD/CAM same-day crowns in the state of Michigan.
Dr. Achey lives in Spring Lake with his wife, Ann Claire, and their three children, Margot, Elias III, and Vida. He can frequently be spotted at a Cross Fit gym, in a yoga class, or engaging in his actual hobbies of fishing and water sports. He is ecstatic to be able to provide world-class dental care to the residents of Spring Lake, Grand Haven, and the surrounding areas.
Dr. Emily Reinhardt Getz joined the Infinity Dental team recently. She is a native of Birch Run, Michigan, and has just relocated to the Grand Rapids region. Her undergraduate studies included a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University, followed by a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, which she received in 2019.
Dr. Emily has wanted to be a dentist since she was a child. While pursuing her degrees, she had the opportunity to shadow and assist in a dental practice, which solidified her decision. She enjoys spending time in the clinical setting with her employees and patients while maintaining a positive, easygoing atmosphere. One of her favorite features of dentistry is the constant developments and learning opportunities that allow her to pursue her passion.
Dr. Emily recently married Austin Getz, who is also a dentist in West Michigan, in August 2021. They like spending time with their friends and family, as well as trying new restaurants and cuisines together. Emily participated in a variety of sports as a child and now enjoys rooting for her favorite teams. Shes up for a friendly competition at any time.

Hands down, Infinity Dental provides the most comprehensive dental care under one roof. They have state of the art equipment and capabilities to provide nearly any dental service. The staff is very friendly and their experience makes you feel at ease. I will definitely return for future visits.

I am so pleased with infinity dental and I'm thrilled that I'm going to begin a new treatment plan with them. My dental hygienist, Brooke, was amazing and explained everything to me in great detail. I felt completely at ease. The doctor was awesome as well and was willing to listen to my concerns and come up with a treatment plan which included my preferences and priorities. The office is extremely comfortable, inviting and very warm. I am thrilled that I am going to begin a whole new treatment and I'm looking forward to a new smile.

After recently moving to the area, I needed to find a dentist. I had been going to the same dentist office for 35 years so this was an important decision. Within a mile of our condo, I noticed Infinity Dental and prayed for wisdom to know if this would be the best place for my wife and I. It didn't take long for me to sense a very uplifting subculture. The front desk personnel were courteous, and my dental hygienist Kim demonstrated competence and a love for her job. She then complimented the dentists and shared how I would like Dr. Achey, and how much she loved working at Infinity Dental. When I met Dr. Elias Achey, it was obvious why the working environment was so positive. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and intentionality was very impressive. I knew right then this would be the Dentist's office for my wife and I.

They canceled a first time appointment on me the day before I had it. Did the paperwork early and everything. Made the appointment over 2 months ago too. Then they tell me they don't have another opening for 2 months. Thanks for wasting my time and PTO.

I am really happy to be a patient at this location and refer them to everyone! I appreciate Dr. Van Ittersum and his attention to detail. He made sure I was comfortable during my appointment and was kind enough to explain their high-tech dental equipment to me when I asked.
