My experience with Dr. Evans was excellent from start to finish. I'm very happy with the results achieved after undergoing a palate expansion with MSE + 10 months of braces. Dr. Evans is a very committed, competent and caring professional. Her entire team is great. Highly recommend!

My son, Jacob, has been a patient of Infinity Dental for about six months now. He has Down syndrome and type 1 diabetes. We see many specialists to address his complex medical needs. At the urging of my son's sleep doctor, who is amazing, seeing my exhaustion and hearing my frustrations of nightly battles to get him to wear his bi- pap, she referred us to Infinity. She explained if his palette could be expanded wide enough, it may open his airway enough to say adios to his bi-pap. It made total sense to me. However, truth be told, the thought of seeing one more specialist, putting Jacob through one more uncomfortable medical procedures, with no guaranteed outcome was anxiety producing to say the least. Plus, Jacob's behaviors were becoming more challenging to maintain during doctors visits leaving both of us emotionally, mentally, and physically exhausted, feeling embarrassed by the end of the appointment. With that said, you can understand my apprehension. But, Jacob's sleep doctor persevered. Her gentle encouragement, empathy, and professionalism at each visit eventually persuaded me to explore this option. So, I must say, Infinity Dental Associates ROCK!!! They have gone over and above to accommodate us....late arrivals, blood sugar issues, acting out behaviors...you name it, they've experienced it with Jacob. And despite all this, they truly adore him and he adores them as well. For me, the fact they "get it" and do everything they can to support me makes all the difference in the world. Currently, we are half way through the expansion phase and according to his doctors the results have been amazing so far. We will know more in a few months when Jacob has his follow-up sleep study to determine the success of the expansion Jacob's Infinity doctor and sleep doctor collaborate regularly. Overall, I'm a big believer in word of mouth recommendations/ referrals. I do not have the time, energy, nor the patience, to waste on providers that fail to hear me, respect my input as the parent, and take the time to address concerns. Infinity Dental is so supportive especially for families that have a loved one requiring more individualized treatment. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Evans and her staff are extremely professional and outstanding in their work. It has been a pleasant experience with 2 kids being treated here, from start to finish. I highly recommend.

Dr. Evans is a highly knowledgeable dental professional. Her work is innovative and truly some of the best in the field. The rest of her team is fantastic as well. Highly recommend for any orthodontic needs!!

Horrible experience. We came for a consultation told it would be $250 but then we're also charged $400 for x-ray. We waited over 2 hours to finally have consultation with Dr Evans who recommended surgery which is a good direction for my daughter but when I asked a question about the major jaw surgery she said and I directly quote "If you lived in Africa you could leave your daughters face like this, but you live on the Mainline USA and you need to fix it". My 16 year old daughter then started to sob and we left. We visited the surgeon she recommended who was great and professional and agreed Dr. Evans can be harsh. Unacceptable we would never allow her to care for our daughter and would discourage anyone from being robbed by her for a rude, arrogant and cruel experience.

Dr. Evans and her team are fantastic! They are always so easy to work with and are very helpful and supportive!! The offices are beautiful, too!! We have been coming here for a few years (multiple kids) and would highly recommend this office for your orthodontic needs!

Dr. Evans and her team were absolutely fantastic. The office is beautiful and clean and her team is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not only that, she gave us additional time to answer all of our questions and was even kind enough to follow up that evening to make sure the recovery was progressing. I would highly recommend Dr. Evans and her team to anyone-

Dr. Evans and the whole staff of Infinity Dental have taken excellent care of both of my children and their orthodontic needs for a few years now. The front desk staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Dr. Evans and her staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fantastic working with young children. My children never complain about having to go to the orthodontist because Dr. Evans has created such a warm and welcoming environment. We highly recommend Infinity Dental!

Dr. Evans and her staff are amazing. My older son just completed his treatment and now my younger son is starting. We had an issue over the weekend and Kris was just so wonderful with him! Dr. Evans and Kris along with the staff were just so sincere in helping him with his needs!!

Before coming to Infinity Dental, I had crippling jaw pain that led to me quitting a job I loved due to my inability to even hold conversations some days. Living in Cincinnati, Ohio, I sought out help from a reputable specialist locally who diagnosed me with a crossbite and referred me to Dr. Evans. The specialist (Dr. Harding in Mason, Ohio) knew it would be a lot of traveling for me, but because she had employees who had great experiences with Dr. Evans, and because I had already had braces once before, it wasn't a recommendation she was making lightly- Dr. Evans is one of the best orthodontists she knows. Immediately upon seeing Dr. Evans, I know I was it great hands! She and all her employees empathized with my pain and struggles and made every trip to Pennsylvania worthwhile. They always made an effort to make the most of my appointments and see me in a timely manner due to me coming from so far away. I now have a smile I can't stop staring at, and have little to no jaw pain. I cannot recommend this practice enough. My quality of life has improved so much thanks to Dr. Evans and her team.

Infinity Dental is outstanding!!! They get an A plus! They are extremely thorough, gentle and accommodating! The staff as a whole are very knowledgeable!!! We love the physicians and assistants and would let any of them care for our son who has complex care needs!! Recommend them to anyone and can't begin to say how appreciative we are with the care we receive!
