Originally from San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, it is there Dr. Milagros Diaz received an associates degree in Science with honors from the University of Puerto Ricos College of Arecibo and bachelors degree of science in Medical Technology from the University of Puerto Ricos Medical Sciences Campus. After coming to the United States, she graduated top 10 in her class at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in 2009. Dr. Diaz followed up, in 2010, by completing a general practice residency at Meharry Medical College.
Dr. Diaz worked as an assocciate dentist in Wilmington, NC alongside her husband, Dr. Alex Ramos, before relocating to the Charlotte area where they opened Infinity Dental Arts in 2014 serving Indian Trail and the surrounding communities. Their practice is centered on the strong belief in the importance of life long advanced education in dental health and family denistry while providing cosmetic, implant and geriatric dentistry. She is an active member in the American Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Diaz also participate at the local dental study clubs : OLE study club and Greater Charlotte study club .
Some of Dr. Diazs accomplishments and awards include OKU National Dental Society, National Deans List, The Pierre Fauchard Academy International Honor Dental Organization, and Whos Who Among Students in American Universities and College Awards. Her personal interests include outdoor activiites such as mountain biking, spending time at the beach with her blessed family, listening to several styles of music, as well as watching comedy and action movies.

Dr. Diaz and the rest of the crew treat me so well everytime I go. They make going to the dentist a not so bad experience. Oh and the front desk lady, Melanie always puts a smile on my face when I walk in and see her shining smile. Thanks everyone!

Absolutely the best dentist I've been to. Staff is great...front desk is helpful with insurance etc. Hygienist is friendly, gentle, and pays attention to details. They don't pressure you to do unnecessary procedures.

Yesterday my dental appointment went very well. I was having pain in my lower rear tooth. They identified the area were it was painful and refilled the tooth. I am chewing without any pain with that tooth. Dr. Diaz and team did a wonderful job. Very Good . I went to Infinity Dental Arts for the first time this week. I was really impress with the staff members and how fast they were able to see me. The Dental Hygienist did an exceptional job on my teeth and Dr. Diaz was great as she made my experience there wonderful. I am happy to say that this is a great place to go to for my dental care.

Dr.Diaz and her staff is awesome. From the minute you walk in to the time you leave. They are very knowledgeable and walk you through every step of the procedure. I would highly recommend this dentist office to all my friends and family.

Unfortunately, I will never return to this practice or recommend them to anyone. I went in to establish care and receive a treatment plan for upcoming work that was needed. That appointment was fine; the hygienist was gentle. I was told I needed a crown and went in for the preliminary work which ended up turning into several hours because they were understaffed. Fine. At this same appointment, however, I would not numb and complained of severe pain and sensitivity to everyone who worked on my mouth. Okay. In between that appointment and my follow up to secure the crown I was still very uncomfortable. Went back to have the crown, but prefaced with all of my same symptoms (pain, sensitivity to hot/cold, cannot eat on that side, trouble sleeping, etc.) and they proceeded to cement the crown and ignored my attempts for repair. Should've trusted my instincts and left beforehand. This was followed by several days of pain and discomfort and reaching out about how to remedy with no one taking me seriously or even calling me back. Terrible patient care. Finally, I received a referral for a root canal to a different provider but zero apologies for stringing me along, wasting my time, and spending over a $1000 in out of pocket and insurance money for a procedure that I should have never had. They opted to maximize financial gain over a the patients needs - unethical in my opinion. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and Infinity didn't even take the time to respond to the claim. I found a new dentist throughout who confirmed I had an infection, definitely needed the root canal from the get-go, and was shocked by the treatment I received. Go elsewhere!
