Faith earned her dental assistant certificate from Hayes Technical School. She also served as a surgical dental assistant in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Here, she was nominated for the Distinguished Staff Award.
Sara has experience as a licensed massage therapist where she learned the importance of patient care, trust and comfort. She enjoys meeting patients and watching them gain new confidence after a smile makeover.

Laura started working with Dr. Patel after graduating from The Ohio State University in 2012. She has certifications in multiple anesthetic techniques, CPR, and blood draws for dental surgeries. Laura believes that every patient deserves customized care to ensure a positive experience when they visit Infinite Smiles.
Christy is an accomplished and enthusiastic treatment coordinator with a passion for perfecting smiles and improving oral health. Her extensive knowledge comes from her 26 years of experience in the dental industry, and many prior years as a surgical dental assistant.
Ashley graduated from Youngstown State University in 2011. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, she enjoys sharing her enthusiasm about dentistry and educating patients about oral-systemic health. After all, dental health has been shown to be related to full-body health and well-being. To her, sharing knowledge with her clients helps them form habits that keep their teeth healthy for decades to come. In her free time, Ashley loves being with her kids, who keep her busy and motivated.
Dr. Neal Patel graduated from The Ohio State University with his DDS and a bachelors degree in molecular genetics. After completing his dental degree, he trained under world-renowned authorities in restorative, aesthetic, and neuromuscular dentistry. In 2008, Dr. Patel started Infinite Smiles of Powell, OH to combine his passion for visual arts, computer technology, and medical science into his dental practice.
A testimony to his expertise, Dr. Patel travels extensively around the world, training other doctors in the use of modern dental technology. This includes advanced techniques in 3D imaging, computer-guided implantology and dental stereolithography.
Kate is a passionate 2-D and 3-D graphics, brand and website design specialist with a diverse background working for both small and large businesses. She enjoys helping others achieve their goals and her talent in brand design has drawn her to Infinite Smiles.

Andrew attended the Ohio State University with the dream of becoming a dentist, but changed his emphasis to business during school. After years working in finance, Andrew came full circle and pursued his initial interest in dentistry.
For Dr. Patel, Andrew works with all departments to oversee budgetary matters, day-to-day operations, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Andrew works effectively to ensure that each staff member has the resources, continuing education, and tools to give patients a wonderful dental experience.
From a young age, Jennifer wanted to work in dentistry. She grew up admiring the passion and commitment of her older sister, Faith, also a dental assistant for Dr. Patel. Jennifer earned her clinical dental assistant (CDA) certification from the Ohio Commission of Dentistry in 2017 and joined the Infinite Smiles team shortly thereafter.
She is currently taking classes to become an expanded functions dental assistant (EFDA), broadening her abilities in restorative dentistry. Striving for excellence, Jennifer sets high standards and ensures each patient feels special in her care.
Kelsey is a talented dental hygienist who enjoys working with patients to reduce the risk of tooth decay and gum disease. She graduated from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry with a degree in dental hygiene and has completed courses in orthodontic treatments. She holds an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary certification and is a phlebotomist, a medical professional trained to draw blood.
Jenn Lee has been working in dentistry since 2001 and received her EFDA from The Ohio State University in 2007. As an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, she is able to perform expanded duties for Dr. Patel. Jenn Lee most enjoys building trusting relationships with her clients and creating amazing dental restorations.
A passionate dental hygienist since 2005, Carlie prides herself in taking part in the transformational process of cosmetic dentistry. She is trained in administering dental anesthetics to help make each patient procedure more comfortable. She enjoys educating patients on how to ensure life-long dental health. Versatile in the clinic, Carlie assists the clinical team with some of the practice's most dramatic smile makeovers.
Following his studies at Franklin University and The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, Minas earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management. He is a published author and has written several courses geared toward dental assistants. His role at Infinite Smiles includes streamlining and implementing clinical processes, and working with the team toward mutual professional growth.
