Dr. Matthew Katz was awarded his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida in 1998. He completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Barksdale Air Force Base while serving as a Captain in the United States Air Force. Dr. Katz served for 5 years before moving to the Atlanta area in 2003.
Dr. Katz spent the next 8 years working as an associate dentist becoming an expert in many aspects of dentistry. He enjoys all aspects, but what sets him apart from others is his ability to offer more services than most general dentists. After being trained by Oral Surgeons, he is highly skilled at extracting all teeth including impacted wisdom teeth with mild to moderate sedation. Dr. Katz is also well trained at placing and restoring dental implants. If a beautiful smile make over is what you desire, his porcelain veneer and crown skills are second to none.
Dr. Katz met his wife, Gina, while serving in the military. They were married in 2004 and their daughter, Avery, was born in 2006. He also has two wonderful stepsons, Hunter and Chase. Most of his time is spent with family and friends. Dr. Katz enjoys playing golf, working out, listening to music and watching all sorts of sporting events.
Dr. Fred Leydecker III received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University Of Buffalo School Of Dental Medicine. He then completed an advanced General Practice Residency at Millard Fillmore Hospital in Buffalo. Early in his career, he returned to UB as an Associate Clinical Instructor. Dr. Leydecker continually advances his training by attending seminars in all aspects of practice. His current areas of interest include advanced implant placement and bone grafting techniques.
After his residency, Dr. Leydecker practiced for nineteen years in his own private practice in Western New York. Years of experience and advanced training has made Dr. Leydecker an expert in all phases of comprehensive dentistry. In addition to routine care and cosmetic treatments, Dr. Leydecker has worked extensively with full mouth rehabilitation, root canals, and implant placement and restoration. Coupled with Dr.Katz surgical experience, Infinite Smiles can provide a full range of services that other practices would have to refer elsewhere.
Dr. Leydecker has been married to his wife Tricia for thirty years. They have two children, both living in Atlanta. Victoria is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Connor a graduate of Emory University. Dr. Leydecker enjoys spending time at home with family,friends and many pets. His hobbies include golf, car clubs, travel and watching sporting events.

Great Dentist and staff! So nice to go into an office that they don't try to find things wrong with your teeth just to make money. Plus they have reasonable prices.

Very kind staff and patient staff. Milky was my hygienist and it was great. He was very gentle and it didn't hurt at any point. My teeth feel very clean and they are so much whiter the next morning. Didn't try to tell my I had all these extra cavities to make more money. Would definitely recommend.

Great experiences every time I go for a regular cleaning appointment and X-rays. Easy to schedule, no issues with insurance coverage or payments, and every hygienist I've had has been so friendly and efficient. Highly recommend :)

Very bad experience dealing with Infinite Smiles' billing practices. Not only this office mislead my wife when a quote for a dental procedure was provided (in theory it was a procedure covered by the insurance based on the urgency); but on top of that, they just didn't want to finalize the review process with the insurance provider, insurance company that was willing to do what was needed in terms of interacting with Infinite Smiles through phone call, to review paperwork and then change categorization of the procedure in order to be properly covered...just one phone call away, and Infinite Smiles just say "we already exhausted all our options"...

McKenna was kind and efficient. It was a very gentle cleaning, and she answered questions thoroughly. Dr. Katz was friendly and took a conservative approach, which is important to me. I'm glad I made the switch to Infinite Smiles!

Started at $74.00 for new patient cleaning and x rays and ended with x rays and no cleaning because i need deep cleaning , as expected. The cost for just cleaning 2 visits at $423.00 per visit. Total cleaning fee $940! Claimed i have periodontal disease but have never had a symptom and other than plak from missing 2 cleanings no issues. Very disappointed. Staff and Doc very nice.

Hands down my favorite dentist group so far! Both dentists and their staff have been polite, informative and helpful. They took the time to explain what was going on and my options for repair. Even helped to devise a plan that works with my insurance so that I won't have to spend as much out of pocket. Detail oriented and thorough. Did their best to keep me comfortable throughout the procedure.

I highly recommend Infinite Smiles in Johns Creek, GA. Dr. Matthew Katz is a Dentist I trust. I have been a client of his for the past 7 years and have been consistently impressed by his professionalism. He is one of the best dentists I have seen period and I'm in my mid-50s. A few years ago I had to have a crown replaced and he did excellent work. My dental hygienist Marie Lawrence is one of the best hygienists I have ever had. I love the fact that I have had the same excellent hygienist for 7 years. That's almost unheard of! Having the same dentist and hygienist team makes a world of difference because it gives you consistency of care. I trust them implicitly with helping me maintain my dental health which is crucial to my overall health. I give both of these professionals my Highest Rating.
