There are many options when it comes to cosmetic dentistry, but for the best results, we focus on more than just your teeth. We also consider the wrinkles that appear whenever you smile or frown, and we use dermal fillers and cosmetic injections as appropriate to smooth out the skin. He loves that dentistry gives him the ability to improve someones wellbeing and self-esteem at the same time, and he values nothing more than the long-lasting relationships he has developed with his patients. I have always wanted to be some form of doctor once I realized I wasn't going to make it to the NBA. Once I started researching the different fields, dentistry stood out to me. I love working with my hands, helping people, and making people smile. After I became more interested in dentistry, I remembered back to when I was in junior high and just had my braces removed. I had miniature side teeth and was very self-conscious about them. My family dentist had crowns made for me, and the feeling I had when I saw myself with my improved smile was amazing. I strive to bring that feeling to other people. Dr. Mark Gaches
Dr. Gaches attended East Central University, and he went on to earn his dental degree from the University of Southern California. Since leaving school, he has consistently taken continuing education courses, because he believes that staying up to date and on the cutting-edge of dental care is extremely important. He has completed training in all aspects of dentistry and is currently pursuing a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry as well as accreditation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Away from the dental office, Dr. Gaches mostly likes to spend his time relaxing with his wife, Val, and their adorable dachshund, Archer. He is a big Oklahoma sports fan and frequently travels to watch OU football (hes a season ticket holder) as well as cheer on the OKC Thunder.
Val worked as a registered nurse for three years before joining Dr. Mark in dentistry, and these days, she loves helping patients in collaboration with her husband. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tulsa, and when not at the dental office, she enjoys gardening, playing piano, and going to OU football games. She speaks both English and Russian, and loves loves loves their Dachsund, aptly named Archer.
Rachel has been a dental assistant since 2018. She serves in the United States Air Force Reserves as a dental assistant where she provides mission critical dental readiness for our deployers. Rachel enjoys working with children the most and substitute teaches for Claremore Sequoyah schools where she can be close to her five year old daughter Jade. Her favorite part of dental assisting is providing self love, oral health, and the confidence for our patients to achieve anything and everything possible.
Taylor has worked as a dental assistant for 8 years. She has worked along side Dr. Gaches since January of 2019. She is married to her high school sweetheart and they have one little boy together. When not at work, she enjoys spending a lot of her quality time with her family and close friends. Her favorite part of her job is making patients feel comfortable at the dentist and helping patients love their smile again.

Absolutely wonderful staff and dentist! Extremely welcoming and friendly! Dentist was very knowledgeable and able to explain things prior dentist's have not done before. Really enjoyed coming here!

My husband and I moved to the area almost 2 years ago and have been looking for a dentist. He tried a local place spent 90 min appointment doing x- rays and trying to sale various services. Never even got his teeth cleaned like he scheduled. I immediately looked for another place and this came up. I was nervous it would be a big corporate dentistry, but it wasn't. It's the opposite. It is a beautiful private family owned business. The dentist took his time asking for my opinions and ensuring I understood everything. I had mentioned a sensitive crown I had placed years ago and he said he would be perfectly fine to replace it, but if I wanted it was appropriate to also clean the tooth really well and wait to see if it gets better. In other words he was there to provide best care possible, not just what would produce money for him. Furthermore, when I requested flouride treatment the hygienist looked it up and informed me that my insurance didn't cover it and it would be $20. I love that they ensured I was aware of the added costs and got to choose if I still wanted it or not. The staff is very friendly and welcoming both on the phone and in person! This encounter makes my normal nervousness about the dentist vanish. When flossing my teeth I have had several hygienist pull the floss straight down and slice my gums to where they bleed profusely. Not here!! She used the seesaw method and was gentle, yet thorough! It was a very pleasant experience. Also, they have a program (fair priced ) for those who either don't have good dental insurance or none at all. One payment and covers the standard 2 cleanings and x rays! Great to see a business doing what it can for those in community at an affordable price!

There are not enough good words to say about Dr. Mark Gaches and his entire staff. Not only was I able to get a same day appt but also all work completed. They are warm, caring, and take the time to listen. You don't feel rushed or like you don't matter. In fact they go above and beyond to make you feel important. You won't have to worry about anything. You can feel at peace knowing you are getting quality care with a staff that truly cares. My entire family has switched and I am willing to say this is hands down the best dentist in all of Oklahoma.

Dr. Gaches and his team are amazing! They were so great walking me through the process of invisible braces, I switched to them as my dentist as well. I've never had a painful or uncomfortable visit, they make sure if it! I highly recommend Infinite Smiles if you're looking for a new dentist!!

I was terrified to go to the dentist, it kept me away for a very long time, I was so nervous. The staff made me feel really welcomed and comfortable, the doctor was quite gentle throughout the entire procedure. I left with a huge " infinite " smile!

I had some work by Dr Gaches when he was at another office and was extremely pleased! I was sad when he was not there. Come to find out he opened his own private practice in Owasso! I called today with a dental emergency and they got me in same day! He is such a nice and knowledgeable Dentist that honestly does the best work that I have ever experienced! His staff is also very friendly and helpful!

My whole family loves it here! We moved here from out of state and have been looking for a dentist home for years... Ages 7, 15 and adult, we finally found the whole package that fits us all! Very friendly and warm staff, haven't met one person yet I wouldn't mind being friends with. My children feel welcome and not overwhelmed. No scare tactics to make money off of procedures you don't need. I feel super confident about my families dental health and trust them completely. I can't recommend enough!

My experience at Infinite Smiles Dentistry was wonderful. I had a toothache and they fit me in the same day. I winded up needing a root canal. During my procedure I felt no pain, I was comfortable and at ease the whole time!

This was my first visit, sometimes you can get nervous going to new place; however; they took great care of me! The staff was super friendly, they listened to any concerns I had, and went above and beyond. I would recommend infinite smiles to anyone

I would rate him 10 stars if I could. I'm 54 and have had several dentist. He is the first and only dentist that I've felt no pain with shot and no pain whatsoever with a root canal. Didn't think that was possible. Very modern dentistry. Modern office. Great staff! Dr. Gaches is a miracle worker. Stop who you have now. Go see him !

5 out of 5!!! Everyone was so nice, helpful, and professional. The office was new and very welcoming. My son was a tad nervous, as it had been a while since he saw the dentist and they made him feel right at ease. Thankful to have found this dentist office in Owasso. Highly recommend!
