I absolutely love being a dentist! I know, its crazy but I am one of those people who gets up in the morning and gets excited about going to work! Dentistry doesnt have to be scary it can be a fun adventure and that is the experience I strive to achieve for my patient family. I have been given the nickname of Dr. McPicky because nothing is too good for my patient family. I strive for excellence in the quality of dentistry you receive and work very hard to stay up to date on the latest technology, techniques and education so I can be best prepared to continue to deliver excellence in my profession.
Dr. Gwinn has been practicing dentistry for over ten years and strives to provide a fun and rewarding experience for any age. Dr. Gwinn strives for excellence in your care to ensure you receive the best dental treatment for your needs. Dr Gwinn is member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association and the local Louisville Dental Association. She is committed to staying current with the lastest in technology in order to provide the greatest health benefit to patients. Dr Gwinn enjoys spending time with her large extended family and friends. She is active with her local church and with her childrens school and activities. Dr. Gwinn resides in Summerfield with her husband, Larin and their four children.
Kim has been in the dental field for over 35 years and became a dental hygienist in 1982. Kim is passionate about dental health and has had extensive periodontal training. She spends a lot of time with patients to educate and encourage them to maintain good periodontal health. Our patients and staff enjoy her vibrant, positive personality and radiant smile. Kim is a Louisville native and loves to play tennis in her spare time.
I graduated from the University of Louisville Dental School followed by a one year general practice residency at ULSD several years ago. I have been working many years with a wonderful company and the most amazing work and patient family. Each year I have attended courses to stay up to date and certified in areas of dentistry which will best serve my patient family. I enjoy learning therefore education is a high priority in my career.
Now a brief introduction about my family. My husband and I have been married for 25 years and we have four beautiful children. Our daughters, Olivia and Madisyn, attend SOHS- GO DRAGONS!! Blake goes to Kenwood Station, (GO TIGERS!), and our fourth child, Carson, was born with super powers! Little did we know we would have a super hero grace our family and that his extra chromosome would bring the power to transform the way we view, love and serve others! Carson has brought in a spirit to our family that inspires me daily to be a better dentist, wife, mother and person. While I will greatly miss the work and patient families I have grown to love all these years, our family has decided to make a move that will bring me closer to home thus the creation of Infinite Smiles Dental Center, my new dental office in Crestwood, Ky.

I wont bore you with the details of my certifications in this introduction however I have included a list, in this website, of what you can expect from me. As you can see I am not a fancy person but I love what I do. There are many wonderful, amazing and talented dentists in our community. Dr. Gwinn and her staff are great! Allison really knows her stuff, and is always helpful and friendly. The office is always neat and clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Gwinn is patient, kind, and is the best dentist I have ever had in my 46 years. Highly recommend this dentist office. 5 stars!!!

I and my whole family have been going to Infinite Smiles for many years now. We continue to return since we get such great care! You can tell Dr. Gwinn really loves dentistry plus she really cares about her patients. She is always on time for appointments. If you are looking for a new dentist: she's the one!! I highly recommend her and her staff.

Dr. Gwenn is wonderful. I trust her completely with my dental care. She's very kind and direct. Will let you know exactly what she's doing, if you have a filling, or crown, very professional, overall top notch dentist. If your looking for a dental office, try Infinite Smiles. :)

I absolutely love coming here. Everyone is so kind hearted and informative! They are very caring, I told them I have anxiety and was nervous for my first filling, they did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible. I am so grateful I found such an awesome dentistry! Thank you all for being awesome!

I really appreciate the family friendly culture, but even more than that Dr. Vonnahme is really thorough. She is a perfectionist on the teeth which is what you want- she wants to get it right more than you do. I always appreciate the information provided as well- there aren't ever any surprises because of the communication before, during and after any treatment. Our family switched dentists a few short years ago and are really glad we did.

I went here for a second opinion. They got me in fairly quickly. There were very friendly and thorough. I am glad I got a second opinion and long story short I have now switched dentists to Infinite Smiles!

Went to Infinite Smiles in Crestwood after a friend referred them. Had tooth pain and needed a cleaning. They will become my regular dentist even with my phobia. The entire team is very thorough, knowledgeable and nice. Dr. Vonnahme explained everything and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Vonnahme was awesome. The office was clean and beautiful with massage dental chairs! Dr. Vonnahme was very friendly and happy to help fix my broken tooth. She made sure I was comfortable several times during my visit as well as making sure my bite was correct after filling it. Best dentist visit I've ever had, I will be returning with my family for cleanings etc.

I recently moved to Louisville and needed to find a dentist. I was recommended to Infinite Smiles by friends in Louisville. Specifically to Kim the Dental Hygienist and I was not disappointed. My initial contact was with Heather who sent me all the paperwork required prior to my appointment, she had already reached out to my insurance provider so I was aware of my benefits as soon as I walked through the door. Kim was friendly, professional and very informative. I was really impressed as I waited for Dr. Gwinn and over heard Kim helping a young child overcome her anxiety of her dental cleaning. She is a real pro! I couldn't be happier and look forward to returning in 6 months. Dr Gwinn was very through in assessing my x-rays and discussing a plan for maintaining my current dental health today and in the future. If you have ever moved to a new city. You know how important it is to find a great dental practice. I couldn't be happier!
