Dr. Slavin graduated from New York College of Dentistry in 2000 with Honors in Endodontics. After successful completion of dental school, Dr. Slavin attended a one year General Practice Dental Residency at Staten Island University Hospital. Then Dr. Slavin continued practicing dentistry in her home town of Brooklyn, NY. In 2006 she became a solo practitioner and the owner of her own dental practice in Hackensack, NJ. Dr. Slavins office is conveniently located next to the Hackensack University Medical Center where she is a staff member of the Dental Residency Program.
Dr. Slavin is a Certified Invisalign Provider, and Certified in Soft Tissue Laser procedures. Dr. Slavin is staying on top of the newest and most advanced dental technology by attending necessary Continuing Education Courses.
In our office, we strive to always give superior service and friendly help to all of our patients. We take time to listen to and understand you and explain all procedures to your satisfaction. We use strict infection control and the most up to date sterilization techniques.

I would give Dr. Slavin six stars if I could! The professionalism, compassion, and dedication to a pain-free visit are just a few of the remarkable perks. The fantastic staff are welcoming and kind so you feel right at home when you visit. Dr. Slavin takes time to explain every aspect of what she is doing, is meticulous and gentle in her touch, and most importantly ensures patients are comfortable and leave with a smile! I would proudly recommend Dr. Slavin as she is an exceptional dentist and I'm so glad to be her patient!

Absolutely phenomenal work. So professional at all times. No complaints. Got my teeth filed to fit my mouth structure and no pain! I love how it looks. So careful and kind in the office. Love the outcome. Dr. Slavin is the best!

Going to see a dentist is never a pleasant experience. Visiting Dr. Slavin is different. She Profesional, courteous and has a great sense of humor that will put you at ease. She is also incredibly gentle. I was seen for a dental emergency ion the same day and my regular visits are always on time. Her staff is great. My kids and I love her.

I have been a patient, along with my husband, of Dr. Slavin for 12 years. She is always very gentle both during her exams and whenever I have needed to have a procedure performed by her. She has always been thorough and detailed in her care of my dental hygiene. She also was extremely helpful when I needed a procedure performed outside of her office guiding me to select an appropriate specialist. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Slavin and her staff were so understanding and accommodating..They went out of their way to see me and treat me same day. I was pain free few ours later!! She has hands of Gold!! She treated me like I was her family and not like just another patient!! I am very greatful and thankful for her honestly, caring personality, and her skills as a dentist!!
