After graduating from Louisvilles School of Dentistry, Dr. Fraiz began practicing dentistry in Warsaw, Indiana. Dr. Fraiz returned to his roots on the north side of Indianapolis and started Indy Dental Health.
Dr. Fraiz grew up in Carmel, Indiana, and followed the footsteps of his father (Joseph Fraiz, MD) into the health care industry. While his father practices infectious disease medicine, Dr. Fraiz loves taking care of peoples smile and oral health needs.
Dr. Fraiz did a post-graduate training at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, concentrating on IV sedation. Dr. Fraiz has successfully completed the International Dental Implant Association advanced implant and bone grafting surgeries course.The State of Indiana requires 20 CE hours every two years, and Dr Fraiz exceeds that three-fold, striving to achieve the best methods of practicing dentistry. Dr. Fraiz has a beautiful wife, Elizabeth, three young boys, Ethan, Issac and Jordan, and a daughter, Ester. In his spare time, Dr. Fraiz loves to spend time outdoors, whether that is playing golf, wakeboarding or snow skiing.
Dr. Wiener grew up in Rockport, Indiana. He received his undergraduate degree in microbiology from Indiana University in Bloomington before going on to receive his DDS degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis. Dr. Wiener strongly believes in getting involved and giving back to the community and is an active member of many civic boards. He believes in the importance of giving patients a comfortable experience as well as providing exceptional dental care to his patients.
Dr. Mallory Griffith grew up on a farm in Lebanon, Indiana. She began pursuing her dental career after graduating magna cum laude from Purdue University with a bachelors degree in biology, with a minor in psychology and honors in research. She went on to attend Indiana University Dental School, where she received her DDS.
Dr. Griffiths passion for dentistry stems from her desire to provide the most enjoyable experience possible for her patients. She strives to take as much time needed to effectively communicate with each patient to fully understand their dental needs. Cosmetic dentistry is especially enjoyable for her.
In 2009, she wed her high school sweetheart, Cody. They have two sons, Connor and Charlie, and also enjoy spending time with their two Goldendoodle dogs.On her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities including water-skiing, hiking and camping.
Donna has been in Dentistry since 1986, she graduated from the Indiana University South Bend, with a degree in dental hygiene, and later earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Health at Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Donna has served patients at Indy Dental Health for many years, her love of dental hygiene stems from knowing she is building long-term and lasting relationships with her patients. Ensuring that they all have the right tools for their future dental health, she is committed to total patient care while continuously honing her skills through clinical practice and the care she provides.
Lindsay has been in dentistry since 2020. With her strong prior experience working in customer service, she is able to assist patients with any key questions they may have. She is able to bring her expertise and knowledge to the forefront to help simplify your visit. Here at Indy Dental Health, Lindsay assists patients in understanding their dental options, working out a schedule that works best for their care and answering any questions regarding their diagnoses, treatment and financing options.
Cindy has been in dentistry since 1972. For over four decades, she has worked alongside various dentists and chooses to team up with Dr. Fraiz at Indy Dental Health. Her work duties includes working up at the front desk, chairside assisting the doctors and performing lab duties. The reason why she still is in dentistry is because she loves the patients! Cindys people skills are vital to helping patients feel welcome and cared for. She has been married to her husband for over 40 years. They have one son and a granddaughter.
Larissa has been in dentistry since 2009. She has worked alongside various dentists prior to joining our team as an insurance coordinator. Her responsibilities include verification of benefits and coverage requirements, processing of insurance payments, coordination of benefits for patients with multiple dental plans, and ongoing communication with the insurance carriers to solve any claims and coverage related issues.
Larissa grew up in Kazakhstan prior to moving to Germany, where she lived for six years, met and married her husband, Alex, and earned her bachelors degree in business administration. They moved to California in 2002 and then to Indiana in 2007 for Alexs work.
Amanda graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2011. She previously served patients as a dental hygienist in Tennessee for four years, where her husband, Wes, served as an active duty military member. She and her husband moved to Indianapolis in early 2015.
Amanda takes pride in her work as a dental hygienist and sincerely enjoys caring for her patients one-on-one. She does everything she can to make her patients dental experiences pleasant. Keeping up to date with the newest dental advances and research by taking continuous education classes is just one of the ways she ensures excellent dental care.
Nelly is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry with a B.S. degree in dental hygiene with high academic distinction. As the winner of Hu-Friedys Golden Scaler Award for outstanding clinical performance, she prides herself in optimal patient care and is committed to making your experience at Indy Dental Health feel like home.
Danni is one of our expanded dental assistants. Danni has been in dentistry since 2008. She grew up in Crosby, Texas. She enjoys baseball, hiking, country drives and spending time with her three children.
Lori is one of our fantastic expanded dental assistants. She has been in the dental field since 1996. She is from Crown Point, Indiana. Loris is married with two children and enjoys spending time with her family vacationing and attending country concerts.
Maddie grew up in Brownsburg with her parents and two older brothers. She has a puppy, and she went to dental office training and has been working as an assistant since July 2018. She is currently in school to become a dental hygienist.
Kyla and her husband, John, live on the Southside of Indianapolis. They have three children, Jonathin, Jillian and Kinsley, and two fur babies, Dexter and Menace. In her spare time, Kyla loves being outdoors with her kids, baking with her daughters and playing card games with her family.
Tracy has been in the dental field since 1998. She was trained at the University Hospital of Wales in the United Kingdom. She spent many years working alongside specialists that excel in the field of dentistry throughout the U.K. When she emigrated to the U.S., her continued love of dentistry and patient care continued as an expanded functions dental assistant (EFDA). Tracys primary focus has always been to stay up to date with the advancing technologies of dentistry. She has experience in all areas, and she brings this expertise to Indy Dental Health. Tracy is responsible for the smooth operation of all Indy Dental Health locations.
