Dr. Laura Walters was born in Georgetown, South Carolina. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2016. Afterwards, she entered private practice in the Lowcountry of South Carolina for five years before relocating to the Midlands. She has spent many hours on continuing education and enjoys learning new ways to approach dentistry and provide a comfortable patient experience.
