The staff here is amazing , unfortunately the thing that brings them down is the head dentist or whatever her position is I'm not sure . She is very rude . 1.) There was scheduling error that happened because they didn't schedule me for the right procedure. This led to a lot of confusion and time being wasted on figuring out what was going on.I had to be back at work and hadn't set aside a whole day for this just an hour to hour and a half ,because it was supposed to only take that long. When I politely told them I had to be back at work and what were the fastest option ,she rudely said " well had you confirmed the appointment, we wouldn't be in this situation" . I was blown away at how nasty she was . Why would I confirm an incorrect appointment for a dental cleaning when I came for a crown!!!! That's means I would just be confirming an incorrect appointment. She refused to take responsibility that they had made a mistake in my booking and I ended up being there much longer than I was supposed to be . She is very unprofessional and nasty and doesn't take accountability. 2.) I got my crown put on around May . They gave me my written price to include insurance . I paid in full at the service .( I have receipts and bank statements )and confirmed with the receptionist before I left that I was good , she said yes . 4 months later they say I owe them some more money. I let them know I paid in full when I got the services . They say that the insurance down graded my codes and I now owe more . Never in my entire life have I heard of insurance downgrading 4 months after a service , additionally I aged off the insurance and now had different insurance. It seemed fishy to me and incorrect. I contacted my old insurance ,they have no idea what they are talking about and they say I paid in full as well. I don't know what type of sketchy stuff they are trying to do but between the rude dentist and incorrect way they handle business please save your money and go to a better dentist . Again , her staff is amazing and it's unfortunate that she runs people off because the rest of them are amazing people.

Absolutely love the entire staff, professional and they take the time to explain everything and will answer any questions. Dr. L Walter's has a gentle hand best dentist I have ever went to. Definitely recommend.

I have never had such a thorough cleaning as I did today! Scottie was fantastic!!!! Not only did she provide a deep cleaning which I know I needed because she showed me with the camera how bad my plaque buildup was yes ,(I know that's disgusting) But she also educated me more in the hour that I spent with her that I have had almost 58 years She immediately put me at ease as going to the dentist has never been one of my favorites but her laughter and joking around made me feel as if I've known her for years However once she started my cleaning process again she was very thorough very knowledgeable and very educational. Once the dentist came in I was again impressed with her professionalism. She went over my x-rays with me pointing out any areas of concern and explaining details what I could do to correct the problem. Again and 58 years I've never met upper more professional team Once I went to leave I was very impressed also with the two girls that worked at the front desk. They explain to me any insurance charges that they were filing and also scheduled my next appointment at a time that was convenient for me I would give them all 10 stars if I could but honestly the best in this I've ever seen and I highly recommend them to anyone and already have two family and friends

I had a wonderful experience at Indigo Dentistry West. The staff was very informative and Caring. I had the most complete cleaning with the Dental hygienist. I look forward to my future relationship with my new dentist.

Dr. Raymond is a great dentist. His staff are professional and courteous. He has taken care of my great-grandmother, my grandmother, my mother, and myself. I would personally recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Raymond is fantastic. Love him and his staff, everybody in the office is so friendly and make you feel welcome. I heard about Dr. Raymond about 5 years ago from a colleague who has been going to him since he opened his practice. Good recommendation. Highly recommend.

Gary and his staff are terrific. I've been seeing him for decades and always been happy with his treatments. Very reasonable on prices.
