Dr. Frazee is an active member of the International Dental Implant Association. He recently traveled to the Dominican Republic with the Association on a Missionary Trip to provide the Dominicans with dental treatment. He has also provided aid in public health here in the United States as well as providing several hundreds of hours of no fee charged dentistry to the less fortunate.
I have been a dental hygienist in Northwest Indiana for 27 years. I graduated from Indiana university Northwest. I enjoy getting to know our patients and working with them alongside Dr Frazee, to coordinate the best treatment for a healthy smile.

Problem free visits with my dental hygienist, love that she prefers to use the water etch to clean my teeth, with an occasional scraping. Dr Frazzee accepts a discount plan which I prefer since I retired and don't have insurance. Allows me to come in every 4 months without restrictions from insurance.

Great dentist! The receptionist Kelly is the best so kind and wonderful to work with to get scheduled. Dr. Frazee is wonderful and I appreciate his kindness and understanding of getting problems resolved and ensuring that solutions are right. Great office

I'm a person who is terrified of the Dentist. I was so nervous but the Staff Lisa at the front desk was so kind, and Kelly the receptionist made sure the paperwork I needed was complete before my appointment. Danielle the assistant was sweet and calming for me she asked questions and made sure I was comfortable. The Dentist came in and explained what I needed and was clear and concise. Over all an amazing experience. This was my first visit and I will be coming back. I would recommend this group to everyone. Thank You all so very much for such a positive experience

This place is amazing the whole staff is worth there weight in gold.Dr Frazee and Danielle got me together they were so gentle. Ms Kelly is also A1 all the way to the lady that took my payment. I highly recommend Indians Implants and Dentistry.
