T he Primary Health Network (PHN) began with one small community health center site in the Shenango Valley, in 1984, with a central focus on providing the highest quality of care to the people we serve. Since our inception in 1984, The Primary Health Network, a private, non-profit organization, has worked with local communities to develop and implement a new model of health care: the Community Health Center.
After over 38 years of service, PHN has grown to become the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Pennsylvania and one of the largest in the nation. Currently, we staff over 150 physicians, dentists, physician assistants, certified nurse practitioners, and other health professionals. Our support staff includes over 450 employees, as well. Last year, we reached over 75,000 patients through health, educational, and enabling services.
Our country's future healthcare system will present new challenges and opportunities for growth. The Primary Health Network stands ready to meet the healthcare needs of all residents in the communities we serve, and we will continue to look to the future, as we continue to provide quality healthcare.

Dr. Petrilla and staff was super helpful. I had toothache a few weeks back. They got me in the next day and after the examination I had no cavities I just needed a deep cleaning so the hygienist cleaned them really good and she set me up for my 6 month exam and cleaning at the end. Highly recommended

I concur with the other reviews regarding rescheduling appointments. My children & I's appointments continue to keep being rescheduled. It's very inconvenient and not a good way to run a business. Anyway, we will be looking for a new dentist!

Good luck getting a cleaning appointment! My kids have been coming here for dental work for years. Dr. Patrilla and his assistants are wonderful! I love coming here but unfortunately my kids cleaning appointments keep getting rescheduled because the lady who does the cleaning didnt show up for work AGAIN! This is the 3rd time that we have been rescheduled. Its ridiculous and unacceptable. Dr. Patrilla please cut the dead weight from your clinic and employ someone who wants to come to work. Until that happens I will be taking my kids somewhere else for their dental needs.

They're always so quick but thorough! I like how the employees always tell you what they're doing and why. I genuinely never understood half of what my dentist was doing till I started coming here. I really appreciate their commitment to scheduling your next visit as well, I never think about it until it's too late!

Staff was so helpful to me when I called for an appointment because my son had a cavity and was in horrible pain. Even though they were booked up for awhile they got us in for a telehealth appointment and the doctor was able to prescribe him antibiotics. They even gave me the number to a pediatric dentist that they could help us further. I am super grateful because I had called at least 5 different places before this one and they either turned me away or were booked out really far!

I really thought the staff was friendly and helpful. Booking appointments can be delayed, but with all the COVID issues, And being a government insurance provider, they have to contend with some of the government policies ( we all know some can be bs) So I get it. As for meeting the dentist and having my first appointment. I thought he was great! This was my first consultation, He was thorough and detailed. He took time to explain and he answered my questions. Big plus, I was not rushed nor felt rushed. As for dental cleaning , that will Be my next appointment. So I will reserve comment for that. But i was definitely impressed with my first visit.

I wasn't permitted to go back with my 5 year old after our post card stated her apointment was at 1, not 11 like they claimed. We immediately left. No one is telling me thay I cant be present in any medical care for my child.

No problem with dentist or staff. I have a problem with their scheduling and availability. After waiting 2 months for an apt to fix a cavity thwy called and called the apointment. That's only one example. I am no longer going there!

Had my daughters appointment today at 8:30, showed up on time and was told that her appointment was at 8:00. The card that THEY filled out for reminders said May 1 at 8:30. Was told that they will not take her and if they did take her they would have to rush, cause it wasn't fair to the other patients that was waiting. How fair is it that my daughter had to be rushed threw an exam when she had appointment an was there on time for?? Patients are not the only ones that make mistakes! Sometimes it's the staff that makes mistakes. Their staff wasn't very nice!! My daughter liked the dentist and it's a shame that the staff wasn't very professional..
