'This place is awesome. I walk in and they were able to see me right then. It was very reasonable on my pocket book since I have no insurance. DR. Frey was very gentle and understood my situation and did not pressure me regarding my decision. Will be going back'

This office has ignored all request for records. Their prices are 'reasonable' for a reason. NO email or fax shown on their website-VERY odd for any business.

Very nice staff and great doctor! I am usually very nervous at the dentist's office and they make me feel very comfortable every time I go.

My first dental experience in SWFL. I was terrified and with good reason. What should have been a simple minor filling replacement turned into drilling/shaving the tooth to nearly half the size of what it was. No decay. He also drilled away part of the tooth directly behind it, so much so that my nail now fits in between.. He also started banging on other teeth with a metal tool asking if it hurt. I am praying that he did not cause any fractures when he did that. Not one dentist I've ever been to in my 60 plus years has ever done the things this dentist has done. (Not even the one who a hit nerve when filling a cavity.) When I went back to get it fixed, Dr Frey went into full denial mode. Fortunately I took photo of the x-ray and had pre-visit pictures of the tooth, as well as post visit pictures which I will be sending to the State licensing board. A simple outer filling with NO pain, now necessitates significant work to repair the mess, rebuild, made by a young inexperienced doctor who caters mostly to elderly who blindly trust, and relies on his experienced father's Michigan reputation. He is NOT his father. Don't know what was in the 2 shots he gave me but it wasn't novacaine; I know how feels and how it wears off and this was not that. I was uncomfortable to begin with, and he made an absolutely no effort to reassure me, only advise that I could go elsewhere if I felt like I wanted to do that. Unfortunately I had a chipped tooth for 2 weeks, and I felt desperate. NEVER EVER engage any type of medical treatment because of feeling desperate.. this dentist took advantage of that. I will say that the office staff is extremely pleasant. Not a reliable dentist, go elsewhere.

Very nice staff. So glad there is a doctor that will serve those of us who do not carry health insurance. The cost is really $99 for a cleaning, panoramic X-ray and check up.

I have used Dr. Frey for the last year or two. I had been very happy. I went for my cleaning today and was sitting in the waiting room a woman walked in not wearing a mask, was not asked to wear a mask, and proceeded to take care of her business at the reception window. This probably lasted for about five minutes or so. I found it very upsetting to be sitting in a medical office and not a soul asked this person to please put on a mask. One hygienist came out to get me for my cleaning she asked me if I was ready, I told her I wasn't sure and explained how uncomfortable I was with somebody not wearing a mask. By the way, the waiting room area can't be more than 12 x 12. So the hygienist asked me what I wanted to do and I explained that a blatant disregard the proper protocol procedure how to make me feel quite uncomfortable. The response was well what do you want to do, do you want to come in or not, not everybody is always perfect! I think that says it says it all

A different dentist put in a molar filling that was too big and it led to the tooth getting broken after I lost my dental insurance. That same dentist told me I would need a crown to fix it so I decided to choose another dentist that I felt would be more qualified. I spent literally hours researching a dentist who had the zirconia BruxZir crowns, the cost, and reviews. I found Dr. Frey's practice and I was thrilled. During my first appointment, I spent much less time waiting than I used to at my previous dentist - barely any wait at all! The assistant Alex and Dr. Frey were so friendly, kind and gentle and answered all of my questions. I felt like it was a dream come true! The cost of the crown without insurance was comparable to what other places charge WITH insurance!! They even offered to make my temporary crown that same day, which would have taken them past closing time (I couldn't because I needed anti-anxiety meds). Dr. Frey was very patient with me during the procedure without complaints (I had to stop a few times to swallow). Also, once the temporary crown was put in, I had no issues at all. It never broke or slipped off but it came off perfectly for the placement of the permanent. This practice genuinely cares about their patients and what the patient can afford. They have helped a lot with curing my dentist office anxiety. I am so grateful!!!! I would give 6/5 stars if I could! I am now recommending everyone I know to change their dentist. (And the other desk staff were always kind as well!) *They practice covid safety for all their patients.

This young man is a REAL professional! My wife had been suffering with a painful dental problem that seemed to be alluding others for four weeks...a long time to be in serious pain! After speaking with a few friends we decided to visit Dr. Frey. Once in the dental chair, in under five minutes he discovered the source problem that led to a rapid elimination of the pain. And, on top of that, prices are extremely reasonable. How do you improve on that?!

The entire staff was very welcoming and put me at ease. I have always been scared with having dental work done and they made me feel comfortable with the procedure and explained everything very thoroughly. Would recommend to anyone!
