They saw another patient under my chart because they didn't verify the last name. This place is so unprofessional and scummy they should be shut down.

My wisdom teeth procedure was completed July 1, 2022. The initial consultation went without a hitch. During the consultation they gave me a relaxant for the day of the procedure. However, with a quick google search I found that the given relaxant could not be combined with other medications I was taking. (YIKES) Upon arriving to the office, I was immediately put into the chair. I advocated to Dr. Gesek and assisting medical staff that I was experiencing anxiety and would like to be told when to turn my head to not see the IV insert. Dr. Gesek ignored my request and promptly insisted that I need to calm down. I grunted as they put the needles into my gums and I was told that all excess noise must cease. This was a normal human reaction and not over the top. During the procedure I remember 2/4 teeth being extracted and grumbled as I was unable to vocalize I was in pain. After the procedure I was left in a room in tears because of how upset I was that my needs had not been met. It is now September and I'm receiving bills to pay within 90 days or interest will be tacked on. I spoke with my insurance company and they haven't submitted a claim. When I called the office I was placed on hold today for 20 minutes. The phone was then picked up and slammed down as it was 4:59pm. The staff is rude, and will never pick up calls, the doctor should have his licensed revoked. PLEASE go anywhere else for an oral surgeon.

I went in yesterday sep 9th for all my Wisdom teeth to be extracted. 3 of the 4 I don't recall being removed that's why this isn't 1 star. Only problem I had when number 17 was being extracted at the beginning I was not in "twilight" yet (maybe started to soon idk) I felt this painful grinding threw my tooth and it being ripped out and even rember tensing up and opening my eyes. This was the only real problem I had, but extremely painful 0/10 wound not recommend. Side note received a follow up call and mentioned it and the lady just seems like it happens all the time. So if you're looking for a more caring oral surgeon this probably isn't it just my experience...

Understandably, because of all the negative reviews, I was worried about having my husband go here for 5 extractions but it was the only dentist available in a somewhat timely manner that took our insurance so we went ahead and took the appointment. They wound up calling to get us in sooner because they had a cancellation, which was awesome because the initial appointment wasn't until November. When we arrived there was a bit of a wait time, he didn't get taken back until about 40 minutes after the appointment time, but they were visibly busy and it happens. Both Dr.gesek and staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. In the evening after the extractions they called to do a check in to see how he was doing. We just left the week check up and we were in and out. 10/10 recommend.

I will say that Dr. Gesek is wonderful and took great care of my son. Also the medical/nursing staff was awesome! Billing, however....leaves much to be desired. I received a bill for my son's procedure when I confirmed with my insurance that they never received the claim and another claim was "voided" by the provider for his office visit prior. Seems their billing department is a mess, and I'm not having any luck reaching anyone in billing.

I honestly feel bad writing this review but what they did isn't right. When I went in in Oct, I got 2 wisdom teeth removed and had a great experience. Truly easy and pain free process! Paid in full at the end of the visit and then got a bill 6 months later for an additional fee that was specifically mentioned that they wouldn't charge me. An extra fee isn't great but I would have paid it that day and been fine with it. What I'm not ok with is them telling me that I wouldn't be charged for something and then charging me. And of course, it's my word vs the doctor's and it's been over 6 months since the procedure.

These guys were awesome, prompt, and swift! The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and purified by their many air purifiers throughout the office. I had been in pain for weeks from my impacted wisdoms to the point to where I was losing sleep, pacing all through the night. They managed to squeeze me in the day right after my consultation and I was more than pleased!! I have no insurance, so everything was paid out of pocket, but their options and prices were nothing to knock my head off!!! The personnel are a blast! They LISTEN to their patients! Tomiaka performed my consultation and obliterated every bit of anxiety I had before my surgery! Dr. Gesek is THE TRUTH! He wasted NO TIME, I didn't even feel like I completely sat down in the chair before all my necessary extractions were done! I had four wisdoms removed, and the work done left me with little pain until my prescriptions we ready and now the healing is beginning and I feel GREAT! THANK YOU IMRAY AND GESEK!!!! KEEP DOING WHAT YOURE DOING!!! 2047 Park St is the way to go!

I wish I could give them double negatives. How are these people still open???!!! I hate I didn't read the reviews first. These people need a class action suit against them. It was torture. Unprofessional staff except the guy that assists patients safely to their ride after the surgery. The Dr Gesek and Chloe had a disagreement. The curly headed nurse or whoever had a funky attitude. The lady that checked me in was nice. This was just an awful experience!!!

So I came into the office feb 15 for a consult. First off they charged me for an office visit that my insurance covered. So they got payed twice. I have received two letters saying my surgery would not be approved because the documents they needed to support my claim were not submitted such as photographs, history, measurements. It is now May. I feel they are dragging out the process because maybe they are booked with patients. Instead of just informing the patient that there's a long wait or they will not be able to treat them in a reasonable amount of time so that they would not be wasting their time they play these games. I was told there are 23 cases that were waiting to be treated....why are they so behind? This is peoples health at stake. I'm sure patients would be more accepting if the office were more transparent from the beginning. I could have went to another office I only came here because this is what my orthodontist wrote a referral for. I do not recommend this office.

I should have done a Google review before going to this office. They are famous for double charging, they charge me 165.00 for office visit & then charged my health insurance 165.00 they did this to several people in differentamounts. I should have only paid $50 for visit. Guess I'll be filing small claims court for my 115.00. Won't be going back.

If I could give zero stars I defiantly would. Dr.GESEK had no bed side manor at all! Got 3 teeth pulled supposed to be IV DEEP SEDATION and was in no way shape or form sedated. No numbing creme was put onto my gums before the shots, I felt every ounce of pain from teeth being pulled. Then they broke one of the teeth I had no issues with and left it there to continuously cut my cheek. When I called back and informed them of what happened they basically said to bad and to get another referral from my regular dentist. However my regular dentist told me they should have went ahead and pulled that tooth as well. This office is very unprofessional and has no idea what good bed side manor is. The staff and Dr.Gesek were arguing the whole time during my procedure as well and nobody cared whether I was comfortable or in pain.

I was seen here a few years ago to have my wisdom tooth pulled. Being that I have anxiety this worked best for me. Staff was friendly and very informative. The process was fast and practically no pain afterwards. I need to set another appointment. Do you guys accept Cigna lol

My son went here on a referral from another dentist to have all teeth removed. He is 49. They pulled the teeth, left some pieces in the jaw. I believe they broke his jaw because now after coming here he cannot close his mouth!!! We are here today to see what they're going to do to fix all this. I don't recommend this office at all. Did I say they charged his insurance $10,000 !!!!I If they don't fix these issues I'll be calling a lawyer..

Great experience! Got all my wisdom teeth extracted. Quick procedure, had me in and out in about an hour. Recovery went smooth with no complications. All the staff was so nice and helpful, including Dr. Gesek. Defiantly recommend!

Had gotten all four wisdoms out didn't feel a thing and don't remember much lol but I would go again for any type of surgery I needed in my mouth! Thank you guys!
