This office is highly unprofessional and very rude. I came into get my wisdom teeth removed as referred by my dentist . While I was already nervous about the procedure the dental assistant put me under tremendous stress by being super pushy, snappy and had a very nasty attitude which made me scared to be put under anesthesia by this office. Would NOT recommend getting any treatments here .

The most kind and caring staff I have ever witnessed personally! I had some complications and had to reschedule multiple times for surgery and I was never made to feel like it was an inconvenience even though I absolutely know that it was....and a big one! The dentist along with his nurse are the absolute best! Always happy to answer any ans all questions and genuinely made me feel welcome!!! Surgery went well. I've had no issues as far as healing and I had all uppers and lower teeth extracted. Thanks to the Imray& Gessek staff!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

This is an amazing place everyone is nice and helpful, they really care about their patients and doc. Imray is amazing!! He pulled my tooth today and he did a great job, and I'm not in pain anymore, you are an amazing place and I thank y'all so much

Dr Gesek is reckless, and a total barbarian! He knew my history of brain and neck surgery required full anesthesia, yet did not give the required dose, was impatient when the lidocaine would not take effect, and ripped out FIFTEEN teeth as I screamed NO over and over, and attempted to crawl backwards out of the dental chair. I was not anesthetized at ALL. He had his techs hold me down. I had bruised arms the next day in the shape of their hands! This was the most brutal, assaultive procedure I have ever underwent, and it was completely unacceptable!! It took almost 5 months for me to write this review, I have been so traumatized by what happened that day. I can't even get dentures now, because he left so much protruding bone in my mouth, that I now need a SECOND surgery to fix it all. Plus I have nerve problems, and a jaw injury. He's lucky I didn't stroke out in the chair with the issues in my neck. File a grievance with your insurance company, or even the police, if you too were a victim of this monster. Judging from reviews across multiple platforms, my experience was not a one-off event - he has ABUSED people like this multiple times, going back many years...the guy is a sadist. And his staff covers for him! All kinds of fraud and sketchy behavior are happening at this office!

I had an appointment several months ago and Dr. Irmay is a very professional, knowledge and the procedure was fast and efficient. I hardly had any pain or discomfort. The staff was also professional and accommodating. They are also friendly and kind. I also want to shout out to Nicole, she is very knowledgeable and professional and seems like she has a lot experience in her field. Nicole also reminds me so much of home with her New York accent and attitude. This is a great place to get Oral Surgery done. Thanks for everything that you guys do to help people and myself feel better.

Being someone who, quite literally, has full on panic attacks at any dentist, I am in awe right now. Dr. Imray is a dental God. I had 3 moral extractions today with nothing but novacaine. Now, i won't lie and say the shots don't hurt. Because, they do. But he's so gentle and sweet the whole time. Then, he had all the teeth out and stitched in 20 minutes. And, aside from a minute amount of "pulling" on the bottom 2, I very literally felt NOTHING. Not. A. Thing. I would definition say that if you need any kind of oral procedure done, this is the place to go and the man to see! And his nurse was amazing, too!! He bedside manner was impeccable. Thank you both!

I contacted this office trying to find information about broken dentures and cleanings. The nice assistance named Nicole indicated their office not doing dentures but provided important information on dental plans that did. Nicole's representation was helpful.

Dr.Imray was awesome,the tooth was removed in what seemed like a flash,he was gentle and comforting and his assistant was awesome as well ,very friendly and I was so at ease,thanks Dr.Imray and entire staff.!!!

I wish I could give out more then 5 stars. Thank you so much Dr. Imray! I can not tell you enough how amazing you are at what you do! WOW! I am impressed with Dr. Imray and his team. Dr. Imray is absolutely , hands down the BEST Oral Surgeon I have come in contact with. 10/10 would recommend him and his team to everyone. I walked into my consult, a nervous wreck. Dr. Imray insured me that everything would be okay, and even helped take off the edge of all the anxiety I had.. I went in for wisdom teeth removal and could not be any happier. The heal time has been amazing, I was in very small amounts of pain. If you follow their instructions they give you I promise everything will heal as it is supposed to. Front desk staff are so sweet, and super helpful if you need it.

Would not recommended if you are looking for great customer service. Kayla is rude, not someone I would want answering my business line. Without looking my son up she asked his age & stated they are no longer accepting patients under 13 years old. I explain he is on a waiting list and I am checking the status. Kayla then proceeded to tell me he shouldn't be scheduled for a consult, that I provided "false information".. I explained that I would never intentionally give false information. Kayla repeated herself again to ensure she was making herself clear. Due to the length of time and situation, it was becoming a bit confusing on my end as a parent trying to help her child that is in pain. Kayla was to busy being disrespectful, that she offered no resolution. By far the worst customer service!

I am an epilepsy patient who destroyed his teeth by grinding during seizures. I eventually just gave up on them, and then neglect started showing its ugly head. After recently receiving significant results in my seizure treatments, I decided to have them fixed. I was happy again. I wanted to be able to smile or laugh out loud, instead of chuckling through my nose. I was so thrilled to finally be healthy enough that I had the chance to get my smile back and be able to actually physically express feelings of joy again. It has been years of covering my mouth and laughing through my nose. My dentist at Coast Dental in Fleming Island, Florida referred me to Dr. Scott Imray. It has been a wonderful experience. The first thing I noticed, based on the memorabilia in the office, was that Dr. Imray was retired from the US Navy and that he had been a highly respected officer. I was taken back for my consult. Dr. Imray was polite and succinct. Basically, it was a professional experience. I came back for my first surgery. Again, it was very professional, performed quickly and skillfully. No pain at all. In fact, the pain pills prescribed to me are still sitting in my medicine cabinet. I didn't even have to take a Tylenol. I also received a call that evening just to make sure I was doing all right. My follow-up and second surgery followed along the same lines as the first two visits, Professional, polite, skillful and succinct. Again, no pain pills were required after the second surgery and his staff reached out to make sure I was doing well. I was so grateful by this time that because of him I was well on my way to getting that smile back. I wanted to be able to express my gratitude. When I went back for the second follow-up, I had to wait a few minutes before he got around to me. I spent that time enjoying the naval memorabilia in the room. There was one particularly beautiful photo. I'm not gonna say which one -- I can't give away all my secrets. I happen to be a Navy buff. When Dr. Imray came in, I complimented the photo and he mentioned how much he loved it. Then I dropped a few facts about the ship in the photo, and he just opened up. We had a really pleasant conversation -- when his hand wasn't filling up my mouth. I was able to explain how what he was helping to do meant so much to me. That's when I got a big old smile out of him as I left to go home. I would highly recommend his practice. His staff is also polite, friendly and professional. They knew my name and history by the second visit. I would like to close by throwing out another huge -- and public THANK YOU to Dr. Imray and his staff. Thanks for helping me down the path that will finish with me being able to let people see that I'm smiling. ROCK ON, All Of You! (edited by John Woolard - Ret. All the edges were nice and smooth. Making the first impressions for my dentures possible as soon as my gums and extraction sites finished healing, with no follow up procedures required. As much as I enjoyed my experience with his practice, I am glad I don't have to go back. Thanks Again!
