Dr. Baker graduated from University of Colorado Boulder and studied dentistry at University of the Pacific. He understands the value of continuing education and is a certified Invisalign provider, Short Term Orthodontic provider as well as a provider of E4D same-day crowns, which offers the ultimate convenience and optimal quality of crown restorations.

The final bill sent over was a lot higher than the charges on the treatment plan. That is the the amount charged was higher than the stated total expenses I am responsible for plus what insurance should pay by $300+

TLDR; terrible treatment experience and massive sticker shock after being mislead with a lowball out of pocket cost for a crown. The staff at impressions dental have been nice and pleasant to be around, which makes this a difficult review to write. I was informed that a crown was needed and that I would need to pay nearly $480 out of pocket. Not only did the clinic always seem in a hectic disarray, neither the doctor nor his staff were available to actually help me out when the temporary crown popped off right before the start of Labor Day weekend. No one answered my messages regarding needing to have the temporary placed back on my tooth. The lousy experience with my temporary crown and lack of a response regarding my predicament already soured me to this practice. What happens nearly a month after my crown has been installed? I receive another bill in the mail for another $440, with a letter stating that they couldn't have possibly known that my insurance wouldn't cover this amount. Talk about sticker shock... I would not trust them to take care of my dental concerns and certainly would not trust them to not price gouge me for good measure.

Do Not go here! Stay Far Far away from this dentist especially if you have gold crowns! All they want is the GOLD! I have had nothing but issues & will never return. My whole family had issues with this dentist & none of us has returned. We were new to AZ & boy did we make the wrong choice! They said my gold crown had a hole & I had to get it replaced immediately. Put a scare tactic on me & said it needed to be replaced immediately so Of course I believed them. In all reality I should have gotten a second opinion. They replaced this crown not even 2 yrs ago and since day one I have had nothing but issues with it- now I am having to get a new crown molded by another dentist because it was done incorrectly& it is costing money out of my pocket because the crown was recently replaced my insurance will not cover it again! Shame on them for their incompetent work! This crown has fallen off numerous times & never fit correctly from day one. When they originally replaced it I was at the office for over 3 plus hrs & the dentist, DR Baker, left the office and went home as it was past closing time but did tell me I was in good hands with the dental assistant? Really! STAY FAR AWAY & go somewhere else unless you like to throw money away! Honestly they deserve no stars! Had that been an option I would have given them a negative rating! Not sure if they are paying people for good ratings but it is all about making money at this office!

Making an appointment to see the dentist is always agonizing but brandy made the process so smooth and easy! Love impressions dental. Dr Barker is great, makes u feel at ease. The staff is all very friendly at the front desk. Kayla, Callan, CJ, Amanda are best!! They are kind a gentle. Kat & Tori are very helpful in arranging all ur needs. You feel like family when u go there.

Impressions dental is just simply amazing. I really feel like this dental office is truly out to help people. You feel warm and invited from the first moment you step in and are greeted by the lovely stuff. The staff are happy to be there and love their job, it really shows.I 100% randomly Google a dentist a few months back because a broken tooth and end up at impressions dental. I'm really happy I did! I can't thank everyone at impressions dental enough! Truly thank you to all the amazing staff here!

Dr Baker is knowledgeable however the lady works for finance is rude . They are not helpful they are just advertising what they are doing and urging to do things immediately. If we refused any of their services they are getting mad and not willing to help

I had a great 1st and 2nd visit at this location. Ms.Nansy was AMAZING! Very cautious and caring while cleaning my teeth. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything thoroughly.
