My experience with Dr. Puterman and his staff was outstanding from the initial call to the office. The staff is top notch. Dr. Puterman was extremely knowledgeable and patient with a me as someone who has never required any dental work beyond regular cleanings. I was well prepared with information for the procedure which went without any problems. I have recommended Dr. Puterman to my family and friends. He is just the best. And, a special shout out to Marla who was exceedingly helpful in sorting out an issue with the insurance company. KUDOS to Dr. Puterman and his stellar team!

Dr. Alan Levine is a wonderful periodontist. He also has excellent interpersonal skills and knows how to put patients at ease. Sherrie is a first-rate dental hygienist.

I have so many good things I could say about Dr. Puterman and the rest of his staff, I truly wouldn't know where to start or end. However, I'll try to keep it simple and say that the customer service and bedside manner is unmatched! From when I initially scheduled my appt. with Ms. Ruvinsky's assistance, everything including the pricing was transparent and I didn't feel there were any unexpected surprises. At the actual visit, Dr. Puterman was very conversational in a way that immediately increases comfort, but also shared very detailed and informative timelines of the potential treatment(s). Finally, his insurance specialist (I unfortunately can't recall her name at the moment) was so incredibly helpful by taking care of all the necessary insurance paperwork on my behalf. They made the visit seamless and were very mindful and respectful of my and other patients' time which was a pleasant surprise as I, myself, arrived a few minutes late. I'm excited for future experiences with this practice as it can be very hard to come across positive dental experiences, but ImplantsDC is obviously very intentional in creating these.

Dr Puterman and his staff are exceptional dental providers. I've had complex procedures and I was treated with courtesy, and received excellent care! Appointment times are honored. Dr Puterman went out of his way to make sure my dental needs were met and I was informed about all procedures along the way. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Levine performed two difficult tooth extractions and inserted implants during the same session. My time in the chair was long and difficult for both of us, but the result was excellent. He is an excellent periodontist.

Dr Puterman was amazing! I had gum grafting surgery and he made my recovery easy from start to finish! When i had a bit of complications, Dr Puterman was only a text away and responded right away. I would def recommend this office! Cynthia and the staff were super nice and very professional. 5 stars!

For someone afraid of anybody working in my mouth, Dr Puterman put ALL those fears to rest. Above all he is very professional. He's calm and listens to you. He explains everything he's doing and has very gentle hands. His staff are some of the most personable people I've ever met in a doctors office. I would recommend Dr Puterman to anyone needing complicated dental work. He's amazing.

What a relief it is to engage with an efficient team in a dentist's office that puts the patient's needs first. Dr Levine is an analytical strategist in determining the right course of action -- and also a delight. I'm glad he and his team are treating my complicated mess of a mouth.

Dr. Puterman is what is right with healthcare. He is extremely skilled, consistently voted top periodontist for a reason, and handled my very complex and difficult single front tooth case with a professionalism rarely seen. The part I will always remember, however, is his kindness. Needing this type of work is scary. Knowing his skill and experiencing his kindness helped me through the ordeal and provided me with amazing results. I simply could not recommend him and his team enough.

Dr Puterman is a jovial genius...the best... Have had much work, implants and bone grafts, over many years, and heading back in (after years) for more infrastructure support, next week...and looking forward to it!!!! One can relax into knowing, and feeling lucky, that he is the most competent, and his whole team, super kind and convivial...and sedation - like a vacation...

Dr. Levine is an absolutely top flight periodontist. No one is more expert. His staff are wonderful, too -- Rachel, Yesenia, Nancy, Robin and Sheri are professional, helpful and charming. They make the experience seamless. All of this expertise comes at a price, of course. This is a Park Avenue practice, so expect to pay for the stellar level of care. I've had 2 gum surgeries here and never felt pain in my mouth, only in my hip (where I keep my wallet). That said, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a terrific experience with Implants DC. Dr. Israel Puterman is the consummate professional. Bone and gum grafting couldn't have gone better. Dr. Puterman and his staff are not only very professional but are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Puterman is really very good. I highly recommend Implants DC.

I had a terrific experience with this practice just yesterday - a gum grafting that I was really dreading but turned out to literally be pain-free as well as almost PLEASANT! The office is beautiful, the staff incredibly kind and helpful - especially Alexis, Eve and Maci - and the procedure was fast and orderly - almost peaceful! Dr. Levine is attentive and so skilled and explained just enough of what was going on without too much unnecessary detail :) The after-care regimen was specific and successful in that I never experienced any discomfort. I'm so, so pleased with both the procedure and the outcome!
